Love this place. They have a huge selection of quality brands for both dogs and cats. Their staff is so helpful and friendly too! We bring our cats in a stroller/leash combo and they’re always happy to help us and see our kits. They often have good deals on food too. Despite living almost 30 min away, we always feel happy to make the trip down to support a local business that treats us well!

Great locally owned pet store! Everyone is always helpful and friendly. We get hay and treats for our guinea pigs here and our cats love the banana-shaped catnip toys. Worth signing up with them if you're a regular; for example, we get every 6th bag of hay free. Would much rather support our local businesses than big chain stores.

This is my favorite pet store! They have such a huge selection of food for both dogs and cats and the toy selection is even bigger! Not to mention the treats! They also have a very knowledgeable staff that can help with deciding what is right for your pet! Would highly recommend taking a visit if you haven't been there yet! If you get on their mailing list they also have great deals on products and they have a great rewards program!

Amazing selection of hard to find pet foods.My client told me about it because I needed raw food. Their selection is spectacular! Their prices are very fair and they also have rewards for the food I buy.I love shopping with small businesses! Go here, they are great and support this business.There is a groomer and play place next door. We are trying the grooming based on great reviews.I’m so happy to have found this place.

I just came from Pawsitively Purrfect Pet Care and I can say they lived up to their name. I needed new dog food for my Pit and from the moment I called, to entering and leaving they gave excellent customer service. Five stars! Their selection of pet products was abundant. Their friendly tone and demeanor was comforting.As a black women unfortunately my experiences have been where I am not seen, or heard, costumer service is obsolete, mediocre at best. But that was not the case here.I left with food education, lots of goodies and complementary dog treats. I didn’t just find a food supplier for my dog, I found a place where I felt welcomed. I will definitely be back.

Pawsitively Purrfect is a wonderful, full-service pet supply store. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and always patient and courteous. We adopted a new dog yesterday, and they were our first stop for a new harness and treats. Whenever I have any questions, they've got the answers that I'm looking for. And they carry a wide variety of high quality food, toys, treats, and accessories. I feel so lucky to have them nearby and I recommend them to all the pet parents I know.

I’ve been a Parton for years. Ted and staff have always gone above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed, even if it required special ordering items for us. They are consistent with keeping product stocked and up to date with the feeding trends especially in these uncertain times.Their variety is like no other shop I’ve encountered. With two dogs with speciality diets, they had the ability to help create the perfect feeding plan for them that won’t break the bank. Their frequent buyer program is also super helpful in staying on budget.I highly recommend this shop!Keep up the great work.

I have a really picky dog and one woman working on this particular day recommended a dog food brand VET diet and gave us comparisons to the traditional Royal Canin that we were using. Long story short my dog eats this new food with no problem I’m so happy with the recommendation. On another occasion my husband couldn’t come with me to pick up the 30lb dog food and being pregnant it’s hard for me to lift things, one gentleman at the counter happily picked up the dog food and brought it to my car. Love this place! Nothing but good things every time I go

Small shop, but a lot of variety. My dog eats the go! brand dog food, and I couldn't wait for Chewy.com to ship it so I came here. They had a lot of food for your fur babies, and lots of choices for treats and toys! Parking is limited and it's fairly close to the street. Staff was also super helpful and friendly.

We went to pick up dog food that other stores don't usually carry. It was our first time there and we were greeted warmly. Ted, the owner was so helpful and even recommended a treat to try out for our dog. The store is open 7 days a week and pretty much has everything you'd need for your pet. We will be back.

After Pet Valu closed, I needed to find a new supplier for our cat food. I was so glad to find these folks and positively surprised that I’m within the delivery area! Good selection of raw frozen cat food. They called within ten minutes of ordering to confirm delivery and they arrived just when they said they would. Fantastic service, great contactless delivery! Their website is fantastic too!

If you are looking for speciality pet items, Pawsitively Purrfect is the place to shop. They carry a huge selection of dog apparel/accessories, pet toys, and premium pet food. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. It's definitely worth a walk through if you have any 4 legged friends in your home.

It's the only place I go. Last year for the first time ever I took my two cats in to have pictures taken with Santa. The pictures were perfect. I'm so proud of them. The staff treat you like gold, and the Mr. and Mrs. Santa obviously Love doing this every year. I have no desire to go anywhere else for my pet supplies.

Too many options, normally that would be fantastic. However, it was extremely cluttered and I had way too many options for my dear dog, Kevy I started to get anxious when Kevy was overwhelmed with the amount of treats through out the store. Needless to say Quantity doesn’t equal quality. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the food in the store was expired. There were not many employees, it almost seemed like there was no one even there! so it would seem rather difficult to make sure everything was fresh. It was rather inconvenient to get to as well.

They carry excellent food (and toys!) and the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. My dog, Teddy, gets excited when he knows we're going to the "food store." He gives it two paws up!
