Been taking my dog to Erica for years, never been disappointed! Muffin always comes home looking, feeling, and smelling wonderful! Erica takes such good care of my old furbaby--wouldn't go anywhere else! (See before and after pics)UPDATE: Had to take in another dog who had lived with a hoarder for over 10 years and had NEVER been to a groomer. Poor thing was a hot mess, until Erica worked her magic and turned this sad furball into a Cinderella! Will always go back! (see second set of pics of darker doggo).

Our dog was having a skin issue, so they suggested we get his hair shaved so we could keep a closer eye on how the treatment was working. It was his first time getting shaved and he seemed happy as can be as we left. Very kind groomers, very reasonable prices for the service, and he looked and smelled like a new dog!

I was asked to drop of my dog at 11 AM and pick up at 2:30 PM!!! I’m not sure what they wanted to do within that 3 and a half hours. I definitely refused to. Couldn’t look inside either as property has no windows from outside. Do not recommend!!

She did an amazing job! She fit me in last minute and made my dog look fresh and clean! He was done right when she said he’d be and he seemed calm and happy! At petsmart grooming he always comes out very anxious and sometimes they are late. Awesome customer service and overall great job. I will be coming back here for sure!

I took my labradoodle mini for the first time for grooming , she completely ruined her looks . Even after showing her pictures as reference from her last cut , she did a very poor job . Also the fur was cut very unevenly, not blow dried properly. She came with weird smell. I would suggest to avoid this place at all cost .

Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs. Took my puppy here and the grooming experience was horrible. It seems that somebody who did not know how to groom did the job. However the bigger concern was how my puppy was feeling and behaving when he came back home. Something had changed during the grooming session and my puppy wasn't feeling the same. I'm wondering if my puppy was treated with the love and care that he should have been.If you love your pet, NEVER take your pet here!

My dog is very old and anxious, but Erica did a great job taking care of her. Erica was also willing to spend time talking with me about her process and what to expect for an older dog with health issues. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

The best. They put so much love and care with your Fur-babies.I highly recommend them.It's so nice to feel comfortable with these young ladies.You wouldn't be sorry.It's nice to know their in good hands.

Erica did a fantastic job on my 2 dogs. My Maltipoo was like a sheep dog and my other dog never experienced a groomer in 10 years. Both are ready for a doggy debut. Excellent work.

Brought my seven-year-old male golden lab in today. He looks amazing and he came out happy, All cleaned up with a cool shave for the summer. Erica was great with him. Thank you again!!!

35 years of experience!? Doesn't even know how to get dogs out of their comfort zone. I was told that my dog wanted to bite her, yet he reacted this way because he was feeling nervous and not comfortable. She stated that she "had no time" to make him feel comfortable. It's not possible to throw a dog in a cage before grooming him, while he is nervous, and then trying to take him out expecting him to feel comfortable all of a sudden. The groomer that I took him prior to this dealt with him perfectly fine. Very upset with this place.

Very professional. The place was clean and it was easy to make an appointment. I requested a bath and shave. They are not crazy expensive. They did an awesome job with my cat. They have him the lion cut amc now I'm tempted to change his name to simba or mufasa.

Overdue grooming for 10 yr old Shih tzu. Good w8th the dog Noticed that previous groomer forgot to cut his toe nails on his rear legs and fixed problem.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, took my dog to get groomed by marianne or whatever her name is. Gave her a photo for reference and once I picked my dog up didn’t look nothing like the picture. Stay away from this place!!!

Shouldn't offer cat grooming if you guys dont want to do it. Who ever answered the phone was very rude about me asking if they bathe cats.. asking why I can't do. I just can't. Saying they scratch and bite dont dogs do the same thing but are bigger. I wish I could give negative stars.
