Very disappointed last night. This was our second time there in the bar area. First time was fun (but really I think the crowd made it fun). We swung by after hanging in the city around 830 and there was just no service. There were plenty staff, all just standing around the bar. I never even got a drink, we ate and my husband stood at the bar for over 10 mins to cash out. I literally had to walk behind the bar myself and get my card. Otherwise I probably would have just left. I'm very patient and accommodating to servers and staff shortages, but blatant laziness I cannot.

Hidden gem in town. We tried the nachos and the pizza. The prices are unbeatable. The pie would go for $20+ anywhere else and we couldn’t believe it was under $10. We just moved to the area so this will be our new spot!

As a bar to go drink at, it's great, but as a restaurant to have dinner at; not so much. It's very dark, with very, very little lighting, it's a miracle if you're even able to read the menu to order. The food is nothing to write home about. It's not bad, but it's not the best either. So if you're looking to go out & grab some drinks with your buddies, I definitely recommend Harborside, but if you're looking to go out & have a nice dinner, keep searching somewhere else.

I really hoped this would have been a positive experience as it is local for my father. Food was not good at all. Crabcakes were very greasy - lots of oil on plate and the crab cakes (mostly breading) had a distinctive old oil taste. Crab cakes were covered with 'CaJan' tartar sauce which tasted like 90% corn syrup - really nothing of a Cajun flavor. Unsweetened Ice tea was sickly sweet. Short rib ravioli was swimming in a bowl of milky 'truffle' cream - no truffle taste. Staff was very young and unfortunately not attentive - pleasant but not trained in table service. Men's room was not clean - water or urine all over the floor. Besides the men's room the ambiance was ok except for the blasting sounds of the TVs. The only nice part was that we ate on the patio and the weather happened to be very pleasant and the waiter did lower the volume on the TV.

The food was good but they were doing rehab and probably should have closed we couldn't hear over the jackhammering sound that went on all through lunch.. After we called ahead of time to ask if they had booths they said yes but didn't bother to tell us that's where all of the rehab was going on... Call ahead to make sure they're not rehabbing ☺️

We were so excited to get a bite to eat here and the management and hostess are absolutely awful. They do not know how to run a busy restaurant, they have young kids running the front who do not know how to talk to patrons. Save your money; Fishtales, Dead Freddy’s and RopeWalk were all fantastic! Much, much better over all for both adults and kids. Just an honest review, I highly suggest you train your staff better!

had ordered the wings, french fries and the steak and shrimp scampi to go from there. The steak was definitely not cooked to medium rare like I asked and the shrimp looked undercooked. Nothing on the plate smelled bad except the sauce had a weird smell and it definitely was not scampi sauce. Unfortunately it gave me food poisoning pretty bad not even hours later and I have been sick all night since I ate the food from here. First time eating here but definitely do not plan on going back there or ordering to go from them.

We just finished a boat ride when the captain recommended this restaurant. When we arrived, they didn't want to accommodate our 29 person party because of reservations even though the restaurant was completely empty. They lost out on good business. The head waitress did not want to accommodate and appeared bothered. We wanted to eat there. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Stopped by there recently for dinner and food was so so delicious. My boyfriend and I sat outside and service was great. Hanna was very attentive and fun, even other waiters stopped by to chat about how nice it was outside. Extremely friendly wait staff, delicious food, and even had a band playing inside which we could still hear outside. Great restaurant, thank you so much Hanna you’re amazing!! :)

A friend and I stop in for dinner about a month ago. It's been years since I've been here, nice place. I ordered the grilled scallops skillet ( absolutely delicious 😋).I took a little bit but we'll wouth the wait ( it was packed). They have outside dining as well, either way you'll have to good time. Definitely worth a look. 👍👍👍👍👍

Over 5 years ago I loved going to the Harborside. In this past month I went there twice, and I have to say I was not impressed with the food. The restaurant was also empty that day and it took forever to get our food. When we were ready to leave, the waitress decided to sit down and eat for at least 30 minutes, which I have no problem with but she saw I was trying to get her attention and she chose to look away and continue eating. At that point we had to ask the busboy for our check and then she finally came over. I will not be returning here because there are plenty of other restaurants around the area that are soooo much better.

had laura as our server when we came in for drinks. she has the sweetest laid back personality. my friends and i literally had our moods improved by her taking our table. definitely will come back to harbourside, walked by a million times but never stumbled in. loving the vibes here. plus the sangria pitchers we got were bangin! laura created 4 return customers for sure!
