Darlene is so disrespectful and unprofessional. She cursed at my elderly mother. She has absolutely no respect for her customers or her own job. Everything in the store is unorganized. Old prices and tags, everything is messed up. She’s miserable and needs to be fired, so many people stopped going there because of her.

I’ve shopped at the Family Dollar before and the people were cool. My experience today was awful. Mr. Manager Dude was trying to be a badass trainer and treated me like a common criminal. I bought a vape and put it on the counter with my receipt on top of it and he made like I was trying to steal something. When I showed him what it was and flashed the receipt, he was smug and nasty. I didn’t complain. Just walked out. I will NEVER shop at this store again. They are overpriced anyway. Only went there because it was convenient after going to the Vape store. Nothing in there that I can’t get cheaper on Amazon. Buh-bye Family Dollar.

Walked in at 8 pm. Store closes at 9pm. In a very friendly manner, I asked; what I assume is the manager if it was to late to buy a balloon? She was arranging cigarettes, never answered me. No return greeting. Nothing. After a lag she yells for the other young woman that was working there and said she’ll help you. Undeterred, I continued in a friendly manner to try to engage some type of customer service and nothing. Leaving store I said “ thank you” and “goodnight.” Still nothing. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that from a retail store. Especially one that has very recently opened. Even if begrudgingly there is some level of social norm. I’m was disturbing to experience and I will likely go out of my way to not have to go through that again.

Although I shop at Family Dollar stores for limited items, their prices on cleaners, TP, soaps and paper towels has been a great way to help keep the costs down. So much more reasonable then any of the grocery stores. Thanks Family Dollar.

Don’t waste your time coming here. The workers are lazy!! The prices aren’t right the bathrooms are dirty employees don’t want to work but stay on the phone. This place is a mess worst customer service!!!

Love this store, its a quick stop for random things. Can get most of your household things here. Love it! The employees are always friendly and helpful.

Very nice clean store been there several times... only thing is that I notice they don't replenish frequently..no milk no rolls same clothes since opening day... otherwise nice place will continue to go there it's very convenient.

I ordered the popcorn chicken and french fries box. I got 5 peices of popcorn chicken, and french fries. they were very good, I cant lie. however for 8 bucks, I would expect more than 5 peices. The French fries were good, just way overly salted

I was doing a favor do to lack of staff, I applied for a job, and because I told the manager I was being hired as per my profession a chef, she wasted my time doing this retarted online form for the store. like if u "really dont need the help" y in hell have me go through the process?? lolnice store, nice people but this is very unprofessional in my point of view. they have all my info in the air. w.e.

Lots of variety here. In fact it reminds me of an old fashioned variety store. I get my pet food here, convenient and less expensive than the grocery store.
