If I could give it negative stars I would.Picked up a prescription andwhen I got home it was the wrong amount of pills. I called 4 times to speak to someone and each time I waited on hold up to 5 minutes before I hung up and called back. When I finally got through on the 5th time they picked up and then hung up. The 6th time I got the young lady at the counter. She told me to bring the pills back and they would give me a my 90 day supply. Then she gave me to the pharmacist for him to explain why I only received 14 pills instead of my 90 day supply. He said it was changed to make it easier to pick up all my medications at once. Which made no sense to me. Every 14 days as supposed to every three months is allot more often. When I tried to ask him who made this change he was rude and unprofessional taking over me when I tried to ask a question. He told me he died not know who made the change and I can't bring them back and if I don't like how things are run get your subscriptions done somewhere else. And finished with before hanging up that he can't wait until March when they phones are shut off. He was insulting unprofessional and I will never use that pharmacy again for me or my family.

I live pretty darn close to this location, and its size may not be Large like some of the other CVS's, but it's definitely my favorite one, not only because it's SUPER easy to navigate thru the store, but also because all of the employees are very helpful when ya ask for help. very clean store. well organized.

This is terrible pharmacy horrible service. My doctor called left message for my script 3 times. When I call to see if it's ready Anthony the pharmacists gives me attitude and tells me that my doctor is lying. Then gets attitude with me bc this has been going on for days. I would recommend any other pharmacy.

CVS in Keansburg is horrible. I've had several bad experiences here but today was the icing on the cake. Today, Saturday afternoon I'm doing all of my errands & shopping--a day when 80% of people are doing the same thing. Why, with 2 possibly 3 pharmacists on staff would you close the pharmacy for a lunch break??? I saw 2 pharmacy techs but almost all of the shutters were closed so there was possibly a 3rd. There's NO reason to completely close the pharmacy for lunch when there's multiple techs on staff....especially not on the busiest shopping day of the week. Ridiculous.

Horrible pharmacy, My doctor said that they had stock of a medication I'm taking, so I go there and for system reasons they told me to come back in an hour, but didn't deny the fact of them having stock, after going an hour later, they told me they didn't have stock, and an older blonde pharmacist was rude, and the supervisor is a complete joke.

Wow! The girl (woman) that works in the pharmacy department needs a lesson in customer service! I would never write a negative review about her if it was once or even twice that she was nasty, but now it's been last three visits there! If you are so miserable and hate your job you need to look elsewhere. Shame on the management team for letting her be so nasty to customers. You work in the pharmacy department, people are going to come to you to pickup their scripts! Why do you feel the need to be bothered and nasty?It's YOUR job!

Very polite staff, however need to take my prescriptions elsewhere. Since every single time I call in for my refills they never have them ready. Too many times I’ve called and go pick up next day, and they claim how it didn’t go through. Yet tell me to wait and it will be ready soon. So what’s the point of me calling there automated system if it’ never goes through, then I have to sit and wait (15+ minutes). The whole point is for me not to sit and wait. But it’s never fails, it’s happened way too many times.

Will never go to this particular pharmacy again. You ask the guys for some particular product and they have no clue. Besides ,if you need a prescription,they closed at 6pm. What type of pharmacy is this?,manny people work ,till 6 pm. then if you need to pick up your prescription ,stay with the pain till the next day. Horrible.

I go to this CVS all the time, the staff are very happy to help. They layout of the store is easy to understand and the pharmacy is very timely! Easy to navigate the parking lot, and there is an extra lot that leaves plenty of space.

Went in too get a money order . Manager was called to help fix the machine . I waited 45 min and she never came . The front counter clerk was very respectful but he couldn’t help me at all . I do not recommend this cvs !!!!! Go somewhere else

This location never has the items on sale or advertised in the weekly ad on the shelves and in stock. I always have to ask the employees to check stock for items and sometimes they'll have them in the back too. I'm not wasting my time to go here when they don't have the items.

this place is god awful. they never have prescriptions on time, have been waiting WEEKS for the right perscription to be in stock. transfering to walgreens. SO MUCH BETTER!!! dont waste your money here!!!
