Great job with our nippy morkie! No other groomer was able to handle mozzarella because of his anxiety, she did a great job and he actually cooperated with her. Thank you! ❤️

I cannot say enough of good things about Jennifer! We have been taking our yorkie to Jennifer for a few years now. Our previous groomer used to drug him every time he was groomed. Jennifer handles him with extreme care especially because he exhibits extreme anxiety after what happened to him at his previous groomer. We were looking for a local pet groomer that would be patient with our elderly dog...and we found exactly that with Jennifur's Pet Spa in Hawthorne. She does a great job with his grooming, has more patience than any other groomer we've used, and the shop is clean, convenient, competitively priced, and Jennifer herself is a pleasure to do business with.Highly recommended.

Jennifer has been grooming my Soft Coated Wheatens for over fifteen years. Whether its a "puppy" cut or the traditional "Wheaten Look" she has done a perfect job every single time. Sadie loves going there and is very comfortable being there. The next time you pass by look in the window, Sadie loves to sit in the window and look outside! Over the years Sadie suffered from seasonal and food allergies. In fact, it was Jen who recommended that I change Sadie's diet to help her allergies. Jen started using a special shampoo which relieved her itching considerably. I've offered to bring the shampoo or pay extra, but Jen always has it in stock and won't charge extra. Together we resolved her allergy/rashes and cleared up her skin. Its obvious from the camaraderie and trust between Sadie and Jen that Sadie loves being there and she always leaves with the perfect cut! I don't know what I would do without Jennifer. She's extremely knowledgeable about pet care and has been very informative when we had various pet maladies in the past. I'm so proud of Jen and her new location and the success she has achieved there. Jen also bathed Mariah, my Maine Coon cat, and did a fabulous job. If you're a cat lover you know that bathing a cat takes grooming to a whole new level. It's obvious that Jen has a special talent and passion for grooming our pets and her care and professionalism are a shining example of her love of animals. More importantly she always puts the pets interest and wellbeing before all else and it's evident! She's the best and I highly recommend her. Now, if only she cut human hair I'd be set!

We have a 2 1/2 year old Shichon (Shi-Tzu & Bichon mix). Also known as a "Teddy Bear". Due to being homebound during the Covid-19 shutdown he hasn't seen a groomer in 3 months and the poor guy was clean but very long nails and very knotted hair! We had to make an appointment far in advance with "Jennifur", but it was well worth the wait. Her prices are very reasonable, she did an amazing job (one of, if not the, best I've ever seen him get), and it took only one hour! Outstanding! We are going there from now on!
