2.10.2021As always 5 stars!!This is my one and only groomer for my dog. He no longer comes home all sad and shakey after being groomed. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This review doesn’t reflect upon the staff, they did a great job grooming my dogs. However, the owners lack of professionalism and consideration for her clients time is ridiculous. Not once, but twice I showed up for my appointment (which was made weeks in advance) only to be told that she wasn’t coming in. I understand things come up, still a simple phone call the night before or at the least the morning of would have been appreciated. I scheduled my entire day around picking up and dropping off. I was given no explanation, they didn’t offer for them to be groomed by someone else. A follow up phone call and an apology would have been the normal thing to do. Needless to say, I’ve gone back to Bark and Purr in Teaneck which I highly recommend.

My dog used to love baths and after going to Petco she came home shaking and sad. She plays dead when I tell her "want to take a shower". Since I have started taking her to Bark Bath & Beyond, not only does she come home happy but looks incredibly cute. Thank you for treating our little family members with care.

Great staff and service. Last time I took my puppy there he misbehaved and was trying to bite the staff so I couldn't get all the services done. But when I picked him up, he was bleeding from the nail. I wish I was informed of this. But I will give it another try next time.
