It's like many other Stop & Shops. I came here on my way to the auto shop. I was unfamiliar with the items on the shelves because they were not my usual s&S, but I noticed Isles are clearly marked, clean, and have very helpful customer service and check out personnel.It is much larger than it appears from the outside.

Haskell Stop and Shop is located right off of 287 N Or off of Union Blvd. There is plenty of parking from in front to both sides.Bathroom are clean and spacious.Awesome place to shop for your every day to days items. Always Fresh and always delicious.. I have never been disappointed by their products.I love this place- friendly service and staff…The location is clean and kid friendly-Awesome bakery- They have made many delicious cakes for all occasions. Gada is the baker queen.This Stop and Shop goes over and beyond to help you with all your needs. From food, delivery, to shopping for you and then they will place it in your trunk.Easy as that. Order ahead of time. Order online. Or go inside and buy it for yourself. Good store but they have changed things around over the past year and it's hard to find anything. They used to have a great selection for cards and gift cards if you needed to stop quick but they basically got rid of it and made it smaller. They also don't have the selection of gift cards like they used to now they only have a few and they are by the registers if anybody is looking for them.

I don’t have a problem with the store in general but I do have a problem with the online order pick up department. It’s happened more than once that they call me to postpone my online order pick up time but this last time I told them to just cancel it because it was the only free time I had to do the pick up and they charged me for the entire order. How do you charge for something that should have been cancelled and was never picked up?

Apparently, Stop & Shop are forcing their broken app to allow items to be discounted. This doesn't work as the coupons don't always show up. I don't have the time to sit down at the computer and clip coupons before shopping. Price gouging on top of price gouging it seems. Never supporting Stop & Shop again.

Noticed mold on my juice as I was loading my groceries into the car, I went back in and was refunded. Only to come home later and find mold in my blackberries. This store is a health hazard.

Bought 4 steaks here, three of which were horrible smelling. Their berries are 50/50 sometimes moldy. The woman behind the desk was helpful, but If you decide to shop here, check your meat and produce even if the date is good.

I always have a good experience when I shop there . I really like scanning my order as I shop. It is convenient and makes check out faster then having to have the cashier scan and then bag it u0. Can keep track on how much I am spending

Most of the produce is usually inedible and half of it is covered in mold. Always...Updating my review 3 years later, as of 2024, nothing has changed... although they have since painted the exterior of the building. Guess having fresh produce is less of a priority than a clean picture of the store on google...

Large store with plenty of selection. Parking lot is comparatively small compared to the store so Imagine at times the parking could be tough. Prices on this stop & Shop about the same to the other stores...

The store itself is satisfactory. It’s clean and, for the most part, it has a good selection of product. Unfortunately, the biggest problem is the staff. I have been shopping there on a regular basis since the store opened and feel that the level of customer service has gone down hill. A small percent of the staff, including managers, are friendly and helpful. Most of the staff is rude, unhelpful and not friendly at all. If there was an isolated incident, I wouldn’t bother to write a review but it seems that more times than not, I have an unpleasant experience dealing with one of the employees. I live close to this store but today, I decided that I am going to start shopping at the Pompton Plains store. The staff seems more friendly there and honestly, I don’t need to get aggravated when I go food shopping.

I really have no idea what is going on in this store in Haskell. I have complained before about finding expired stuff on the stuff . Yes they say they are going to take care of it. Usually it’s only by a couple of days past the date on the package.But this one takes the cake. I was in there on 3/5 and spent $100.I went to go use the Vevetta shells and cheese mini. It had expired Dec 16th 2022. This is not acceptable. But what’s even worse is when I went to call the store I spoke with the assistant manager Amy and told her what happened and she laughed.She did say I can get a refund . But this is not the point.!!!!!Why should I have to take twice as long to shop and check all the dates in everything. Maybe a call to the board of health should be made.I would like a response from corporate at this point not the store.

Nicest Stop & Shop I've ever been too. The store was modern, clean, well stocked, and we'll staffed. They need to put this level of quality into some of their older locations. Makes my local Stop & Shop seem even worse than it already is.

The new female manager was very helpful and went above and beyond to double check in the back for an item that was not on the shelf. No manager has ever even offered to help like that before, but she cared enough to look and she found my item. Thank you! 😊

So I ran in to grab a few things and ended up with roughly 40 plus items, hehehe... maybe even more .. Anyway, the place is huge and has a large variety of well....everything! However, the only downfall is everything is slightly more expensive than other supermarkets. And you know it adds up quickly. $$$ but it's location is great though especially if you live in Haskell, Wanaque, or Pompton Lakes. Completely convenient.

I mean it's Stop&Shop,what else can I say. It's like everyplace nowadays,,out of some items and the prices are going up. People seem like they're doing you a favor by being there and helping you. I understand that shoppers are rude to and they tend to treat the cashiers like a lower species. Overall, I had a good shopping experience. 👍

The prices were marked wrong and they wouldn’t honor the lower price ! Glad I live part of the year in Florida where Publix is a really great store to shop at! Not like these crooks! At stop and shop! Should be called stop and get ripped off

This stop & shop has gone down hill I sometimes shop here but not anymore only at night the staff is rude the night manager and the guys who are on the shift with her stand in groups making fun of people, when you need help they have attitudes!

I hope this review is for the store located in Haskell, NJ. I just did a pick up, and the workers that brought out my groceries were so, so, so nice, and they even loaded them into the car! I am not used to this! I’m sorry I didn’t have the means to tip them. I just wasn’t expecting the service. They were super friendly, and my groceries were packed so nicely! Thank you! What a nice experience!

They do not store their produce properly. Constantly buying fruit and veggies just to get home and find out they are rotten where I couldn't see at the store. The fruit section is not kept cold enough by any means. Obviously a common occurance since I never need my receipt or to show the exchange when I go to replace the product. Really wish this would change

And finally refreshed, remodel looks great. Was happily surprised by new shopping carts today, then sad because there is no spot for the self shop scanners. Overall great improvement and the associates have always been great.

I hate to give negative reviews and especially at this Stop and Shop because it is where I shop but please tell, what is going on here? Upon my last visit,, Shelves are all in disarray due to rearranging, shelves are scarcely stocked, and the general condition of this store is poor and worn down. By the way shouldnt rearranging of the store be done in overnight hours?
