Wish there’s was a way to leave NEGATIVE stars!!! Worst CVS…consistently understaffed with the most ridiculous wait times both inside and in the drive thru!!! Prescriptions are never in stock and take forever to process! I will be going to my local town pharmacy across the street from now on!!!

I got my flu shot here today and I was really nervous about the needles and stuff, but Julia and the rest of the pharmacy staff were SUPER nice! Her and I chatted and joked around and before you know it, the shot was complete. I had a great time and will definitely come back for next year’s! Highly recommend!

I've never had a problem here until today. Came in at 5:50PM on Wed. 8/23/2023. The woman working in the back by the Pharmacy was absolutely MISERABLE to deal with. Was picking up medicine for my grandmother and was nasty right out the gate. Everyone else who works here is great, but this old witch has to go. Zero customer service skills and doesn't give the slightest about customers.

I love the amount of help I got from such wonderful workers at CVS. Especially that tall boy with the dark hair named shaneé. He was such a helpful young man, to me and my vaginal cream. Would be such an exceptional grandson if he was mine.

CVS does not offer refund on out of date COVID test kits even if they are out of date when they sell them.

Very pleased with the kindness and expert technical skill of two very outstanding staff members at the Haskell store! Both Deanna and Robhelped me at different times ,with photo needs. Even though it required some time to get my requested photos copied and made into glossies, they each patiently saw it through. I am not experienced in this area,but both these individuals stepped in for me! I am absolutely grateful to them! Mari K.

Been calling all morning and trying to speak to somebody in the pharmacy no answer . It’s now been 45 mins and still unable to reach anyone . This isn’t the first time I’m experiencing terrible service. Whoever is managing this department needs to be fired

First the pharmacy closes for lunch instead of rotating coverage. Now they close at 7pm. Sounds more like operating a bank than a medical provider. Gave 2 stars instead of one because the staff has always been nice.

Update 2023: back to the same nonsense. Customer service is horrible at the pharmacy. They cut down the hours because everyone is too lazy to work. It’s supposed to be convenient because it’s around the corner but it closes so early now!I’ve always had issues with this pharmacy for the last 7 years but in the past year I’ve dealt with the male pharmacist. What a gentleman! He has always helped me and been on time with everything! He’s a very sweet man! I only deal with him!

I have been a customer for over five years. I have experience in the Ramsey and Riverdale stores as well. I tell you that the Oakland store is the most inefficient disorganized store that prides itself as a solid corporate brand.The lines to get scripted medications is a joke. You really need to figure how not to have customers leave because store management doesn’t seem to care. Example.. when I mentioned some time ago to a manager that The mens room was dirty, he said that he was just in there and it was fine. I thought that the customer was always right. He could have toned down his pomposity and allowed me why the room was horrible. Yesterday was simply a nightmare. One of the women tending to a customer left the area screaming that the place was basically out of control. It is a shame.

Absolutely love this store/pharmacy! I’m not sure what all these bad reviews are talking about but both the front store and pharmacy workers are so pleasant and fun to talk to. I even asked that boy in the pharmacy shane for the best hemorrhoid cream and he recommend Preparation H. The product worked so well I can finally sit down regularly now 😃. I’m gonna recommend this store to all my friends at the wanaque reserve!

I love shopping at the Haskell CVS. Although a bit smaller than the one in Wayne, it is always neat and clean and all Associates are there to help. I particularly love that the regular register/checkout is alway open for customers. The Mgrs and Associates make all feel welcome and are there to assist. The shelves are well stocked and very neat! Store is always clean! Nice addition to our town! ❤️😊

Went for second covid shot worst experience EVER explained to pharmacist my son had special needs she'd we repeatedly asks him to relax his arm I told her he doesn’t understand she persisted told her he could explore at anytime so she finally gave him shot my sister took him to car she asked other customers on line if they would make a path so they could get out people were standing all around they were very kind an moved . Then I was to get my shot gave her insurance card she handed it back told me it was a card for prescription it’s the same are she just took for my sons shot told her check computer all info there from first shot . She can’t read an she fills prescriptions!!! She started to give me shot stop went to counter wait on a customer left me sitting in a very messy area floor was littered with wrappers from shots an other garbage I had to ask young man behind counter to ask her to come finish the shot I was there for 25 minutes for my shot alone while my son was in car with my sister she need extensive training in people skills , an reading , also screens were people sign for scrips was never cleaned while I was waiting first experience with different pharmacist was wonderful I explained my sons needs she gave him shot an myself one area clean an we were done Lorraine

The very friendly and hardworking staff at the front and at the prescription counter are the highlight of this branch.However, the corporate insistence that checkout MUST go through the automated devices that don't read phone screens and make your discounts and coupon applications ambiguous are a REAL turnoff for me. If they don't change this policy soon, I may have to consider a different pharmacy.

The longest wait time for a drive thru pharmacy I have ever been to. Came for a covid test, arrived early and still waited 2 hours! 2 HOURS OF MY DAY GONE!!! From reading the other reviews this doesn't seem like the first time this has happened. I wish I read the reviews before coming here.

is there a such thing as a negative star? I'm a regular at this Cvs and my god this is a first! These pharmacist are atrocious and worst of the worst. I overheard a new technician complaining of pain and requesting to leave, and the pharmacist, Marina wouldn't let her go even outload publicly yelling at her technician to go home after her asking multiple times. And the other pharmacist Jane did nothing to de-escalate the situation either, that's ridiculous. You're happy to take care of patients but treat your staff like slaves. What kind of place of business is this. I've never seen this before at any Cvs, this has changed my view of this location. You have someone who's sluggish, complaining of pain and you keep her on staff? why? Change these pharmacist. This one got to go. hopefully this technician ok.

Katherine at the pharmacy was such a huge help to me! I first called the pharmacy to see if the insurance authorized my medicine that I needed today and was told to call my doctor back to see if they heard anything from the insurance. When I called my doctor they told me they don’t deal with the insurance and to tell CVS to run it by the insurance again. I was so nervous to call back because I didn’t want to seem like I’m telling them how to do their job, but Katherine answered and was a great help! She ran my insurance again and I was able to get my meds though not until tomorrow afternoon. When I told her I can’t wait until then, she told me she could call other pharmacies to see if they had it in stock! I thought that was very nice since I was expecting to have to call the pharmacy myself. Anyways she called me back telling me that wayne CVS had it in stock and I was able to pick it up within an hour free of charge :)

Extremely nice staff...they were very helpful and fast fixing the problem with my prescription. Its shocking how nice they are..in my experience most places ppl are nasty and dont want to do their job. Not this place. I barely right reviews unless they DESERVE IT! XO

Amanda and the one manager with the short black hair and rectangle glasses ( we think his name was nick) Have been very kind to us and transferring was a breeze.They have sat with us trying to figure out how to make thinks work well we were waiting on renewal of insurance. These kind people have notice the anxiety and fear of the situation and were very supportive . Thank you.

I was in the store looking at makeup and asked if I needed help I declined and said I was just browsing. I went to the self checkout and my coupon did not scan. Katrina came up to the register apologized and helped me at the register. The area was very clean. She then showed me where to scan the coupon and notified me of my bucks I could use toward my order. She was very patient and helpful. I would recommend this cvs over the other local ones. I will definitely be back shopping here again

Worst Pharmacy ever, and watch what you are picking up. Walked out to my car with a pair of epi-pens, looked at the package, and the expiration date was for next month. $400+ for nearly expired medication! They should just get rid of the Pharmacy here. At least cashiers up front are usually good.

1/8/2020I encountered twice this certain Pharmacist named ALYSSA/ drive thru. Worst pharmacist ever! She has such a BIG attitude! We customers have the right to ask questions or to verify atleast the amount of each medications especially if we asked in a nice way. So be polite to answer us back and don't be in a hurry! Don't be a DIVA! You don't deserve to be there serving us if you are easily irritable! Be professional!

CVS is supposed to be about Customer Service,healthy lifestyle and cleanliness. This restroom has never been cleaned. CVS CORP. doesn’t seem concerned at all. DO NOT LET SANDRA OR MELISSA HELP YOU! WORST pharmacy EVER. TWICE I've gone here and they've given me nothing but issues. They never ran my scripts through my insurance the first time yet claimed its "not covered" and told me it's $230 out of pocket and I can submit it through insurance myself. Today I went and they would not look up my insurance so for an HOUR I was calling back and forth to figure out things that THEY should be calling to figure out. Eventually it was put through my primary and then when I handed them the secondary card WITHOUT even checking it they told me "sorry it didn't work when she tried it". F*cktards.

Anthony made me feel very comfortable in the store. Especially with me checking out and looking that young man in the eyes. What a hard worker. He is just a typical "good guy". ALTHOUGH the bathrooms were very dirty on multiple occasions. The toy aisle is my favorite part.

The store is not bad, but the pharmacy loses prescriptions. Had to have doctor send it three times, then still they couldn't find it until I requested a manager. Poor service, will be switching pharmacies. Not the care or customer service I like when just released from the hospital.

My husband went on Thanksgiving Day to buy a cable connector. The store manager, who was the only employee in the store at that time, was helpful and very friendly. My husband got exactly what he needed and felt very positive about this experience. Thank you for being opened on a holiday.

Pharmacy is terrible went to drive thru 2 days in a row and was told they had a line in the store so can I come inside. I went inside and there was 1 person in line. Why have a drive thru? Going back to skyline drive cvs they are great with customers and always have someone working the drive thru.

Went in on Tuesday to fill my antibiotic and the pharmacist Karina told me it wasn't in, so I went back for 3 days and it still wasn't in! So I asked for my prescription back to fill it elsewhere (it was an antibiotic and I needed to start it right away) she refused to give it back to me. I then had to go to the hospital to get a new prescription where the doctor said he could not believe that they couldn't give me my antibiotic that day and do not go back there. Karina was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I will NOT be returning to the cvs in a Haskell ever again
