This is the third veteran clinic in the area. I believe that I have had enough. These reviews on Google won't do. This industry is so corrupt, it's pathetic. I will make it my business to protect the community that I live in from scumbags that are here to rob you of your money without providing any sort of value, at all.Look at the photo of my Yorkie girl. She is about 6 weeks pregnant (at least that's what my wife and my 3 children think) based on her nippples and stomach swelling up.They wanted $92 and said that the vet wouldn't be able to confirm for sure and that an x-ray will most likely be needed which is $300-$350.I have done that six months ago in the Carlstadt Animal Center, this was the first clinic we went to when our Yorki girl was 8 months old. We were very excited thinking she was pregnent and so I paid a total of $680 for the x-ray first. Which is the most expensive, vet said this is needed to check for any bones, heart, etc.After followed another examination, hudnred of dollars more. Then before they sent me hom and after robbing me, vet said that most likely she is not pregnant because first of all she is too young, second of all - no Yorki gets pregnant during the first heat! I wish I knew this then. This clinic has officially closed thanks to my intervention just last month.Wake up people, one a time - we can make a difference!I would like to finish this lengthy review by letting communities know that the employees of this establishment called the local police department, who showed up on site and asked me a few questions. I have explained what this business is practicing here, told them that I am at this point going to investigate this myself. I have 3 children. 2 teenage girls and a boy, I am beyond frustrated that scumbags can do whatever they want and there is none that will do anything about it.I have spent an enormous amount of my own time on this, please do not ignore it, do not be quite. We need to strive for better as humans and value morality over the hunt for the dollar.PS - I will update this review with more photos of Stella in about a month from now once she delivers her babies 🙂

The staff at Oradell Veterinary Group were extremely kind and helpful! My dog was visiting from out of state, she isn’t a patient here but they told me to bring her right in. They removed the tick and also provided a complimentary tick remover for the future. Anyone that is looking for a new Veterinarian for their pet/pets I would highly recommend! Thank you again!

Excellent service. Friendly Staff! And its own parking lot! Dr. Karlecke and her team did a great job with my cat getting micro chipped. I'm a first time pet owner. first time pet anything. check in process was smooth. The fee for the visit seemed high but I don't know what to compare it too around the area. Its the service and friendliness that made it worth it. highly recommend!

My dog was sick and we knew that we had to get her euthanized. I went to Oradell Veterinary Group of Hasbrouck Heights as soon as they opened and was told that I had to go to Oradell Hospital in Paramus during rush hour traffic because they were fully booked. I was very disappointed that the facility did not accommodate to our situation.

My first visit to Oradell Veterinary Hospital was absolutely wonderful. I have a three year old mini lop who'd been seeing another vet the past few years. After deciding to make a switch, I was blown away by how much better my experience was at Oradell compared to the other veterinary hospital. Dr. Boren was not only well-informed and knowledgeable about rabbits, but explained everything throughout the exam with kindness and patience. It was so refreshing to get all the details about my pets health, what to look out for, and how to improve their diet. I left feeling like I had a much better understanding of my bunny and appreciated the advice on how to improve my care of them. Again, my experience here was phenomenal. The space is cozy and welcoming. All the staff are friendly. You're allowed to accompany your pet into the examination room and observe while the check-up is performed. I cannot recommend Oradell, and Dr. Boren in particular, enough to anyone with a rabbit! Please take your bunny here! They'll receive the best care and you'll walk away feeling your money was well spent.

Dr. J DeVries and the entire staff at the Heights office are caring professionals. My Akita was seen at this office and attended to by the Staff and Dr "D" for Her entire life. It is more convenient for me at the Heights office, but if need be the Main Hospital has all the Specialists and equipment for pet care. My Thanks to Dr "D" and His staff

Very grateful for this veterinary group and everyone I’ve come across in the office and also at their emergency hospital. A big Thank You to Oradell Veterinary Group in Hasbrouck Heights for taking such good care of our kitty on 7/19/23. Our kitties have been using Oradell since 2001, at both the Paramus and Hasbrouck Heights locations, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism, care and compassion of their staff. On our most recent visit, a very special shout-out goes to Dr. Marisa Palmer and vet tech Dana (great teamwork guys!), and to cheery Sierra at the front desk. It’s always a bit stressful for our “kids” when they go to the vets, but the staff here really helps to calm everyone’s nerves. An amazing group of dedicated and caring professionals. We thank you so much!

I absolutely can’t say enough how much I love this office. From Front desk staff, techs, and of course Dr. K. She is so patient with me when I brought my puppy there. She took her time answering all my annoying puppy mom questions. I got my puppy during COVID, so it was a weird time. I had to meet the staff at the front door and they took my baby in without me. They were so comforting. Dr. K examined my boy and then called me and talked to me for a while, explained everything to me in detail. I felt so comfortable. I highly recommend this vet to everyone! Very organized and nice staff. While you aren’t able to go in with your pet because of the pandemic, they have a phone call with you to ensure you are in the loop. My only complaint is that their system is old and everything is printed in paper. Given the size of their company, I would think they would have a decent online presence (their app is really not that helpful to have in my opinion).

Dr. Palmer takes such good care of my babies, Enzo and Sophia🐾🐾 She is very thorough, calm and explains everything. She takes her time with the examination and I feel my babies are in the BEST care at Oradell Veterinary Group of Hasbrouck Heights. This is a satellite office of Oradell Animal Hospital in Paramus so you know your fur babies are being treated by the BEST vets around.🐾❤🐾❤

0 Stars- I was duped and the office manager didn't budge in helping resolve the matter. This is the Hasbrouck Heights Location. I wanted to switch to a new veterinarian for convenience purposes and scheduled for a vaccine shot. I was quoted and scheduled an appointment for a vaccine which turned out that our dog already was inoculated for and was sent home. 2 days later, we received a bill in the mail for a visit checkup and it was 2x more then the quoted vaccine cost. I spoke w the manager of the facility to refute the charge and she stated that "of course there's a charge for the visit and we cant remove the charge and if you don't want to pay for it then we'll hand it over to collections". I explained to her that we were never told of any other charges other then the vaccine but she didn't want to hear it. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

Dr devrees is the best! I only trust him, and the Oradel group with my dog and cat. He is very straight forward and not an alarmist. Never orders unnecessary tests and his bedside manner is calm and knowledgeable. The nurses and rest of the staff are pleasant and love animals always treating them with the best care.

We're going through some health issues with Sammie our 17 year old Siberian. The cat has been quickly fading over the 2 weeks since he basically stopped eating .. We took him Oradell Animal Hospital in Hasbrouck Heights. They have seen him twice in the last couple of weeks. I called today to either try their last recommended treatment (Steroid injections) or to be euthanized. The best they could do for an appointment is 6 days away. Almost every time we go there its a different vet. If you need a vet do yourself a favor and Find someplace else or you will regret it.Oradell Animal has always had the reputation of being all about the money but their animal care use to be good. . Obviously that was in the past these days they're support is worthless

I have been using Oradell in Paramus since I came to NJ in 2001. I love how caring the vets are and they are never pushy and give choices of treatments. We started keeping it local, in Hasbrouck Heights, a few years ago and I have liked all of the vets, but Dr. Karlecke has become our "go to" doctor rather than re-invent the wheel with specific needs for our cats. She has emailed and called me to help treat one of our boys with extenuating circumstances. Someone else would have written off our Felix, but she stayed on the task until he was healed. It feels great in today's world to know that she will not be an alarmist, but will always help with what is best for our fur-kids. I highly recommend this office.

Oradell Hospital is the only place I'll take my turtles. They're the best and most knowledgeable vets i know. It's pricey, but for exotics, everyplace is. I have insurance for them so i get partial reimbursements. They've helped my turtles with egg laying, sicknesses, and also in an emergency situation. They answer all my questions and genuinely care about their patients.

Horrible place. They prescribed my dog meds, when he had a bad reaction to it they told me to go to a animal hospital instead of offering to see him they told me to go to a animal hospital. Stay away from this place or your pet will suffer.
