I’ve been a customer of Heights Specialty Pharmacy for over 10 years and have always found their service to be excellent. The folks at HSP really care and provide that old-fashioned, kindhearted service that almost doesn’t seem to exist anymore. Over the years I’ve gotten to know the owner and have been so impressed by his commitment to always putting his customers’ needs first, and his employees are the same way. They even helped my Mom save money when she needed a pricey prescription. I’ve since moved over 600 miles away and was having a hard time locating a medication near me… I reached out to HSP, and even though it meant no sale for them they took the time to help me find a pharmacy local to me that had exactly what I needed. They were so willing to go above and beyond, and it’s much appreciated.

I just want to share with any other people out there who read this post that this store is great and so are the people it brings back the mom-and-pop stores of the good old days that. I am on disability I only get my money once a month and I needed some Neosporin bandages etc I went in there without a dime in my pocket and ask him if I could please just get this from you cuz I need to address the the wound and told them that when I get my money I promise I'll be back they didn't even hesitate they gave it to me when I got paid and we went there and pay them back and I felt so good and if you would try to do that and CVS Walgreens rite aid they would look at you and say you're crazy you can't can't give you anything even if you were bleeding at the counter they don't do anyting so if you're ever in town definitely stop in they've got little knick-knacks and it's worth the trip

These guys are terrific. The staff are friendly, the pharmacist takes your calls and they go out of their way to help you out. They'll even find coupons for you. On top of that, their prices are usually lower than even my mail-in pharmacy.

My family and I have been coming to this pharmacy since I was a little kid. Though the name has since changed the service has not. The staff is always on top of everything and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is well taken care of. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know.

This pharmacy is very convenient to where I live and there’s free delivery for regular customers. The employees are pretty nice BUT my only pet peeve is that, although I’ve asked them to call/text me when my prescription is ready, I never get the calls and so I’m constantly going back and forth contacting them and I almost feel like I’m harassing them but guess if they called me, we could avoid all of that.

They are a great pharmacy with nice people. I encourage people to support their local pharmacy instead of some large conglomerate like Walgreens or cvs.

I just referred a friend to this pharmacy. These guys are top notch! My son has been getting all his meds for 10-13 years from here. I wouldnt go anywhere else1 Mike always takes care of us, thanks Mike youre the BEST!Mikeys Mom!
