Hands down best grooming place I’ve been to. From the staff in the back to the front receptionist. Every-time I walk in there I’m greeted with a smile, a loud hello and they treat my dog like a human being. Because of there so many years of experience they always make me aware of any other situation that might be going through.Let me just mention that they also scheduled my dog already every other week to guarantee her spa day! I love every single one of them!

Everyone at Joline is very nice with me and sweet with my dog. He always comes back home smelling and looking amazing. I have tried other places, and the haircut he gets at Joline is by far the best one.

I have been a loyal customer, taking my two dogs here for almost two years and putting money into this establishment. Today, I unfortunately had to cancel due to an emergency. The manager told me that to schedule a new appointment, their “policy” required that I pay upfront (1) for the missed appointment and (2) for the new appointment. It is a true testament to the character of the establishment and the greed of its owners. This means I would have to pay $360 to have my dogs washed + their haircut when I usually pay $180 ($90 for each dog). Why wouldn’t simply paying upfront for the new appointment suffice? Why would a customer pay for an appointment they could not make and were not serviced for? I was not a no-show. Why did they not call someone else on their waitlist just like they did to schedule the appointment for me just yesterday (one day before the appointment – giving me no chance to actually “confirm” my appointment like they usually do)?Not to mention, I have let this location get away with scraping my dog under his armpit with their clippers, over-cutting his ears without my permission, and cutting their tails in ways I did not ask. However, I still trusted the groomer enough to do a good job and continued using her services. My dogs seemed to enjoy it there, and in all honestly, I did too. But true colors were shown today.Good luck to anyone with an emergency who can not make their appointment. So long, Joline’s Pet Spa.

I love Joline pet spa. First of all everyone is super professional and kind. I’ve taken my dogs here for a long time and let me tell you I can tell they have patience. My dogs are not easy but they are not scared when I bring them in. They always look so cute and smell so good when I pick them up and they always get the cutest bows. It’s worth every dollar when you know your babies are being taken care of. Can’t thank them enough. Deff trust your dog is in good hands here!

This was our first time taking our puppy here and we are so happy with the service. All around 10/10. Excellent communication and honesty on their end. He looked so cute after and almost a week later, he still smells amazing! Our friend recommended us and we will def follow to recommend others.

I’ve brought my two dogs here countless times to get groomed — and have tipped very, very well each time. The day I had a family emergency and needed to cancel the appointment, they told me I’d need to pay for their entire service plus my next service the next time I want to book. Having a policy that makes sense is one thing, but having a policy that seems quite money hungry and unethical is another, especially when you are dealing with a loyal customer who has patronized this business countless times.If you want to see how rude their workers are please go read how they respond to people’s complaints in these reviews. You’re not telling the truth, and it’s unbelievably sad that you’d lie about me tipping. I’ve left both cash tips, and Zelle tips.No one screamed at your employee. You just told me you have cameras to prove that and a video, so please upload the camera footage and “video” that you have of me screaming at your employee. You respond to all other comments so boldly and disrespectfully, so please upload the video. Not generally one to leave reviews but this is the only place I go to for both my dogs. I have a husky (which are not easy types to deal with because they are so dramatic) and they are the only ones who can handle her. I had gone to another groomer who completely messed up my Pomeranian’s cut until they cut all the fur off because they kept trying to fix it. I took him back to Jolene and they fixed it ! Been bringing all my dogs here since they were puppies and don’t trust anyone else.

Joline pet spa , and the groomers here are a god send . My dog unfortunately is very anxious and has had terrible experiences with groomers before , until we found Joline pet spa . They have had patience and such care with my baby. He is still anxious but so much better now . Joelma takes him in and as soon as she does he calms down and trusts her completely. I will never be going anywhere else and truly hope they are here for many many many more years .

Brought my baby in today for the first time. When I called the lady was really friendly and I was given an appointment for the same day. They did a great job on my baby. They were all so nice and helpful and they even pointed out a possible allergy my baby might have. Even paid less than I did in in another place and they did a way much better job. Would definitely recommend.

We love Jolines! Our toy poodle who is now 3 1/2 has been going since he was a puppy and the staff at Jolines have treated him with nothing but love and care since day one. They do a beautiful job with cleaning and haircuts, plus go beyond just the service with providing lots of hugs and kisses. Highly recommend!

never answers the phone even though i didnt call during lunch break. Before I called, I read all the reviews, especially the one stars, and didnt call on the lunch break. Before you tell me my brain isnt working or im rude and need to go to a new groomer (i already found one, thanks!), i just wanted you to know i was very disappointed. I know you have cameras and before you check them, just know i couldnt even get an appointment so i never came.fyi- i dont have a husband

First and for most I want to say that the service is top notch . My Siberian husky and Pomeranian love it . They come out smelling & looking like a million bucks. And love those cute bandanas they take the time to put on them !! So cute-Side note ** I’ve read some reviews that kinda got me wondering if I was going to a different place with the same name . Bottom line is I’ve never had any issue what so ever & would recommend without a doubt . But that being said . Not even Jesus was able to satisfy everyone. Guess you’ll have to check them out for yourself . But my dogs and I love the service !!

Made an appointment and when I showed up they were closed. I’ve been there several times before and ironically they have a cancellation fee if you don’t show up, but I guess it’s fine if they are not even open at the time of your appointment. They then tried to blame me for it, saying they told me the appointment was the next day and they told me they were closed on Halloween, which of course was not true. They should’ve at least owned up to the mistake and apologized.

Was dissatisfied with their grooming services, lack of customer service and drop off process. There’s no friendliness vibe to this place. A “Good Morning”, “Thank You” or just a smile would be great to create a welcoming experience for your customers. I would also recommend logging in the notes for your pets on a computer rather than an index card. Having your customer stand for about 10+ minutes because you can’t find the pet’s index card is not convenient. And most importantly if you cannot trim the dog as desired, let the owner know up-front. I have a bichon and his hair was cut to the skin. When dropping him off I was told it would be a little shorter than the picture I provided. I’ve tried them 2-3 times will not come back.

Omg I LOVE THIS PLACE .. if you’re looking for the perfect grooming spa for your fur baby 🐶 this is it. I recommend this place and wish I could give 10 stars.. place even ella like heaven when you walk in lol. This was my baby’s first cut. He’s only 4 months. They did a great job with his face.

The Best. My dogs have been getting their glamorous grooming with Joelma for over 10 years. They love her which it gives me assurance that she loves them too. Her new shop is beautiful and extremelly clean 5 star for sure. Her latest art was with my schnauzer I explained the cut I wanted and she just made it happen exactly like I imagined. Highly recomended.

Joline pet spa the best... Been grooming my toy poodle A year before the shop even opened.. Always professional and respectful I trust them with my babies I can't wait untill my new puppy meets Jolma and Aline ..I dont understand all the bad reviews policy is policy they have employees to pay rules are rules... Stayed with them for years; Always delivers decent job for my cat’s grooming. Good service + reasonable price in my area. But do plan ahead for cats’ appointment, as they can only be done in the first appt of each day when groomer is available.

Joline's pet shop is a lifesaver. I have been taking my fiancé's cat here for over 3 years now and every time has been wonderful. The cat is extremely difficult for me to maintain his coat (poor cat doesn't like to be brushed) because of how grumpy and catlike he is. After a visit to Joline's Pet Spa though he is calmer, happier, and more tolerant to being brushed and petted because of how much better in general he feels, I think.Highly recommend. 10/10 Only groomer for me
