Don't buy over weight products from this company. Mine was damaged. Took over a week for the store manager Paige to attempt to contact me. The only reason I feel that I was even contacted is I informed customer service I was charging storage and the same delivery fee that tractor supply charges after customer service didn't respond to multiple emails, after several more phone calls to customer service the district manager Steve Kinney finally contacted me via email and apologized for the lack of response from Paige. He made nothing but excuses and didn't really take responsibility.No customer service, Paige still insists that it's somehow partially my fault she didn't make contact with me. It's hard to contact someone if you never attempted to try. But she has plenty of time to go online and stalk you. Even has none employees of tractor supply contact you. So not only did tractor supply not only not refund my money or exchange or return the safe, now I am trespassed from the Hammonton location. Funny I've never been in the Hammonton location except once to pick up the safe. No mention of the threat of violence from the store manager Paige and her friends that don't work for tractor supply. But says my behavior. Funny that all my communication to tractor supply was thru emails. Never once in the store, so what behavior in the store? I'm honestly confused. I never threatened anyone, that was Paige the manager. I also have the police report from the threats. Awesome customer service tractor supply. Another reason I hate big box stores, no accountability or respect for American consumers.

This is a really nice store. We stopped in to look at some chic's because our location does not sell them. They had a good variety and plenty in stock. The person that helped us was very helpful and knew a lot. We have never had chickens so we have a lot of questions! When we are ready to start we will be heading to Tractor Supply for the Chick's and supplies.

Very friendly store stocked, But not worth buying wood fuel pellets bought 2 pallets and had 20 bad bags. Wasn't worth the extra fuel to return them. At least home depot keep some undercover somewhat.

I don’t leave reviews normally but I’ve also never had such an adverse customer service experience either. Came in for 3 things, 2/3 things were out of stock and the only bag of the feed I needed that they had was greasy and brown at the bottom. I asked an associate if she minded checking in the back if they had a different bag of it and she was short and rude as if I was inconveniencing her by asking. I have never had a problem at any other TS store except this one, associates just look and act miserable.

Great customer service, I asked one guy where something was took me right there and made sure I didn't need anything else before walking away. Small line at registers when I walked in was gone in the few minutes it took me to get up front so they were moving fast as well.

I was very disappointed with my experience here yesterday. As I was browsing the store for work clothes and tools, I felt that one associate that was working in the clothes section was following me around the store as if he thought I was stealing items. Every aisle I went down I could see him staring at me. I was even followed out into the parking lot. Very uncomfortable and will not return to this location because of it.

My family LOVES this store and they have the greatest people working there. I can talk to any of the employees and you really do feel like they are your friend! You have some of the neatest things to look at and shop for. Thanks for making shopping so much fun!!

Wouldn't allow me to use a digital gift card inside the store. So I go outside order my dog food online for pick up and they tell me I got to wait 45 minutes. The store is damn near empty not busy at all the manager see the order confirmation but tells me I can't just go inside and grab the food I paid for now I'm setting in the parking lot for 45 minutes with my dogs waiting on food.just lost a customer I'll order from chewy from now on

This location does not have hay. They say the township is holding up the approval to have a TT behind the store for hay.

I always enjoy my visits to Tractor supply of Hammonton. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They answered all my questions and very helpful. I also love that the store is animal friendly. We just met the cutest little puppy. Even got a smooch 😊I would recommend a visit to anyone.

I like to buy dogfood here, high quality and food that keeps our dogs happy. I also enjoy buying tools here. If you need tools this is a great place to get larger tools that are not carried in autoparts stores. The trailers sold here are outstanding and now can be rented for 19.99. Great store, good for gifts.

Ordered a pair of work boots delivery was scheduled for 3 to 5 buisness days boots took longer then that to be delivered the next day I returned them becasue they did not feel comfortable employee said the refund will be immediate to my bank account I’ve been waiting day after day and no sign of refund they took my reward points of right away but the refund won’t appear so I called costumer service they said it will also take 3 to 5 days for the refund to post it’s been longer then that and there is no money on sight this place is a joke!! I told an employee about it he went to tell her manager and her manager responded with an attitude raising her voice saying “there is nothing we can do it’s not our fault it’s the banks “ yet when you order something they don’t hesitate to take that money right out of your account but when you return stuff it’s like they don’t want to return that hard earn money ok your back !!!!! Unacceptable

Great customer service but not enough associates on duty while looking for my items one person on register had to go outside to find a second person to ask if they carried what I was looking for they were very helpful but do need to hire more help
