My wife and I are so glad that we gave MAZZA’s flooring a try after a really bad experience with a big box store. First, was the excellent customer service. Joe Chille was phenomenal taking us through the selections of flooring options that would fit our needs. Otto and the install team were fantastic from measurement to install. The entire process (from selecting a floor to install) was quick, clean, and completed in a timely fashion. Soon after the install was complete, Joe called my wife and I to make sure we were completely satisfied.Let me emphasize that we are completely satisfied!We now have a much higher quality floor in our bedroom at a price that did not take us out of our budget.We would highly recommend MAZZA’s flooring to our friends, family, and neighbors.

We started out with new carpeting for our dining area and new flooring for the kitchen. Made an appt with Joe C. and told him what we're looking for and choices based on having 2 large dogs.Sent him photo's of the spaces so he could help with color choices.Spent probably close to 2 hours. Sent us home with samples and had them come out and measure. Got a good quote on both rooms so we decided to add the 2 bathrooms. Same thing, sent pics and he had color choices for us to take home. The luxury vinyl is a great product. So those were added to the scope of the project. Just had the install and WOW what a difference it made, the installers were also great and took their time and did it right !a few pieces were re-cut cause wasn't to their like and made it right ! We will be getting more done in the future and will be back when it's time !!

Huge thank you goes out to Joe Chille for another excellent job helping us select the perfect rug. On the day of installation, Joe even came to our house to make sure everything ran smoothly. He's quick to answer all your questions and provides insights into making the job go seamless.The installation team was neat and organized. They cleaned up during the entire process and even helped to remove furniture for the job. Once your rug is installed they will carefully returned the furniture to it's same location. Way to go, Mazza's Flooring America Team!

What an excellent experience we enjoyed ( Yes, it was enjoyable dealing with Joe Chille) at Mazza's Flooring America on the White Horse Pike in Mullica Twp - Hammonton, NJ. We met Joe Chille for the 1st time and what an expert Joe is with any type of flooring products. My wife and I sat with Joe and explained our ideas and what we needed and Joe did the rest for us, with no pressure. Mazza's has beautiful products in flooring, regardless of your needs and they are the only company in Atlantic County & beyond to offer a Lifetime Warranty on their installation, NO ONE ELSE OFFERS THAT!Everything went so smooth, from Otto, who does their measurements, to the sale with Joe and especially their installation team. The installation team was excellent, so professional, neat and installed our new vinyl-wood floor that looks beautiful. They removed our carpet, moved the furniture and the floor moldings and replaced everything neatly and without any issues. Plus Mazza's offer consumer friendly financing, should you need it!I cannot say enough good things about our flooring purchase in dealing with Joe, what a gentleman and so knowledgeable about all of the flooring products in the store. I had great experience with Mazzas. Samantha was terrific I had my floors refinished and they were in and out, neat and fast. I couldn’t be happier. Three weeks before Christmas price on Monday started job on Thursday and finished Friday evening. Wow. My floor looks like new. "Not happy? we can refund you the area rug and let you keep it or bring it here and let me see what can be done to fix it "I was blown away after the phone call from Vince here @ Mazza Flooring. They went over and beyond what need to be done. They have earned a customer and one who will brag about this experience. Now America business need to follow his lead!!!!
