Good products of fountain but pool lights’ quality are so bad, we have more than 20 dead ones in the shop , call customer service never to resolve it. We want buy extend warranty, they refused, poor customer service and poor quality of pool lights

I have me been ordering from this company for a few years. I have never had a problem with an order. My resent order came in damaged . Actually a religious statue for a church. Jesus foot was broken off. After speaking to several employees and the owner about the damaged statue. They refused to replace it. I was shocked. The church had been through hurricane Harvey and was getting their church renovated, had a lovely spot for these statues ( purchased 4 ) The company offered me a discount for the statue being broken. This is a 5' tall statue! They also said I could mold my own new foot on Jesus ( that was to be located in a prominent place Front of the church. We paid for a statue in perfect condtion this is not what we received . Really surprise of lack of customer service. My loyalty to this company is worth nothing. In fact the owner hung up on me. We will no longer be patronaging this company. It let me know how they handle problems. As long is there was no issue they were great. There are several fountain/ statue companies in the United States that will treat their client right.
