I loved the store, quite a big range of liquors, wines, vodka, beers and all you could think of. Non alcoholic beverages are also available.Price wise its very good.Billing is quick. Display is also very good and everything is kept in a very sorted way.Staff is also very helpful and give their best if you need any help. They accept the cards and cash.Parking is easily available as there is dedicated parking available for all the nearby stores.

As soon as I entered this store a large employee followed me breathing down my neck the whole time I shopped. This is the second time this happened so no coincidence. I was the only person of color in the store and did not see anyone else followed. The vibe in this store reeked of prejudice and bias.Tip: do not follow people in your store simply because of the color of their skin. It makes potential customers feel unwelcome. I suggest no one support this business.

Love this place! Staff is always helpful and pleasant. Not only do they have a huge selection but at Joe Canal's in Hammonton, you can special order your favorites if they are not on hand!

Since the expansion of this store you can't imagine all the wines, liquor and beer that they have. It's just amazing. The store is large enough that you don't feel cramped with your cart. There's a little room in here that you can even have a cigar and a beverage. Its really a nice, clean and a comfortable place to shop. The sales people are very knowledgeable which makes selecting a beverage easy. A must go to liquor store.

Ordered 2 kegs for a wedding. The professional bartender told me that, one tap was broke and sprayed all over the father of the bride and groomsman and one keg was broke. After begging Canal’s to come out for 30 minutes they showed up tried the kegs; saw that their 1 tap was indeed defective and tried multiple taps on the other keg and saw that indeed the 1 keg was defective. So they left me with a new working tap and a different lesser value beer for the replacement of the defective keg. When I went back on Monday to return the kegs and taps, I asked the manager for the price difference between the Landshark and the Miller and was rudely told no, that I was lucky they came out to fix the stuff at all…unbelievably…I wrote the store owner almost 4 weeks ago now to report this and no response. So, to recap- 2 hours of a 5 hour wedding reception were without beer and I don’t even get the courtesy of an apology. Never Canal’s again for me; I’ll go to the small mom and pop stores that still care about their customers!

Was a clean store with what seems to be good stock. Customer Service, had I just gotten a bottle & left, would have been great, no fuss no muss! But the girl was too busy chatting on her phone, to be useful & learn anything like where her wine stock might be.. jmho.. Since, I am in Hammonton, and having an experience of a lifetime, I figured I would try a hometown Winery as well..So, here are pictures of my choice. This is supposed to be one of the sweetest wines you can get.. Made right here in Hammonton, NJ!

They self cheap cigarettes they have a good amount of Liquors wines and other beverages to offer and all the cashier and workers are a very polite except for one cashier. She's actually the only reason I don't like going there

If I could I would give negative stars. I cant even say how discusting it is to have a dog behind the counter. My bottle had dog hair stuck on it. So gross. The punk manager, I think the dog owner, should grow up and leave his dog at home. Very unsanitary.😉

Bad Move! Since the big move closer to Shoprite I hate shopping there. The wine is so disorganized I spend twice as long trying to figure where my favorites are. On the wall, in the aisle, on the shelves? Who knows? There is no rhyme or reason to the set up at all. They've also stopped carrying many of my favorites or maybe I just can find them? The 'pretentious' cigar and wine tasting room is laughable. It's Hammonton. I'll be hitting up the Roger Wilco by work from now on. Better prices and selection. Get over yourself...
