Me and my boyfriend ordered lattes and just got big cups of milk w/ no espresso. . . Mistakes happen but the espresso should be the first thing besides the flavor, etc. that is put into the cup.

Went inside and waited 5 minutes to be waited on. There was 4 employees and they only cared about the drive-thru. The guy taking my order seemed annoyed and got my coffee wrong, (Md ice coffee with Butter pecan creamer) what i got was plain ice coffee with no special creamer. When he handed me my drink he filled it up with so much ice I couldn't get the straw in. I'll do drive thru if I'm feeling brave.

Don’t waste your money here don’t come here. They need to fired the children they have working here. The blonde curly headed lady, with several holes in her face could barely hand me my drink because she wasn’t paying attention to me at all. On numerous occasions, the other young people girls mostly gave me an attitude because I wanted to make an extra purchase when I got to the window because the water she handed me tasted like pee water. Clearly, they are not cleaning their beverage station.

Ordered online, the line was long but that was fine because it was moving along. I ordered 2 iced coffees, 1 hot coffee, and a bacon egg and cheese muffin. I get to the window and the man holds out the 1 hot coffee and 1 iced coffee without the cup holder, the lid wasn't closed all the way so I got burnt as soon as he handed me the cup. Then I'm waiting for my other drink the guy went to go look then the girl with the curly hair and heart tattoo on her face comes to the window and looked at me like I ruined her day and with an attitude asked me what did I need.... my simple iced coffee...... she sends me forward and the guy politely hands me my other coffee..... but I get to my destination to find that not only did I get burnt and the girl gave me an attitude and they give me the wrong sandwich , but how do you with a serious face put this in a bag and think this is good to eat. This dunkin really is a joke. Don't waste your time here . I will go to the other dunking for now on.... they are never like this .

I’ve honestly never been to a drive through where I wasn’t ordering after a minute. I sat in this drive through for 5 minutes waiting for my order to be taken and when I said “hello” for the second time I was approached with an attitude. I thought drive throughs were supposed to be fast. Not only did I receive an attitude, they no longer were able to make me a medium iced coffee. I go here almost everyday. It’s been starting to tank recently. Not sure if I’ll be returning.

Honestly if I could give one less star I would… I ordered two bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps and a black coffee with some pumps. The servers did not answer me in the drive thru until I said hello and then wouldn’t speak to me at the window, just dead pan stared at me and took my card. My coffee sat at the open window for a few minutes while the two workers FaceTimed a friend and chatted. I watched the coffee thinking, “ that can’t be mine” but sure enough it was! Needless to say I had to wait for my wake-up wraps, atleast she told me they were hot. I don’t complain so I didn’t say a word but I also did not see anyone over the age of 20 in the store so I assumed the manager was not present.

Me and my fiancé come here all the time they always forget food on our orders very rude she sat there waiting for 40Mins with our crying daughter waiting for 2 coffees on a online order worst dunkin ever to possibly go to also the young kids/ ghetto people that work there should all be fired. At my job if I treated a customer that way we would loose our job right then and there

Customer service experience was non exinsistant. After the less than friendly woman in the drive through window gave us the wrong order, I stood inside behind one other customer to get our correct order for at least 5 minutes. Three people behind the counter and no one even offered to help her or me (the one that walked in with the Dunkin’ box, obviously to exchange). Ended up leaving it on the counter and walking out after the woman in front of me said they had yet to even help her. I’m all for being patient but not even acknowledging your customers is pretty lame.

This location has a big issue with flies on the donuts/muffins and the restroom was dirty too. Also the young lady at the counter was more Interested in talking to whoever over her bluetooth headphones than offering customer service. Not good at all.

I absolutely LOVED this Dunkin’ when they first opened & the manager w the blonde curly hair was there. The coffee was amazing compared to other locations & the food and customer service was as spectacular!! But this location, in Folsom, has gone down hill over the past almost 2 yrs. I had to stop coming to this location in the past Bc my orders were always messed up and the food and coffee tasted disgusting. Lately, the workers (not all of them) act like asking for anything is an inconvenience to them. I have limited time to grab my stuff and I usually always order through the app. I drive a school bus so I can’t go through drive thru & was given an attitude early one morning when I stood near the drive thru window and asked if I should wait there to grab my order or if the inside was open. It was cold out that morning (I stood there for almost 5 mins before I spoke up to be acknowledged). I was told the lobby didn’t open til 7 but since that’s not posted I didn’t know. The coffee is hit or miss anymore. Sometimes I have to throw it away. Cups being filled up less than usual, coffee grinds in the coffee and the coffee just tasting like the cream is sour. Sometimes when I get food, it’s made wrong (not always). I’ve heard an employee talking about me while I’m in the store TWICE now (who knows how many while I walk out the doors). Very unprofessional. I’ve worked at Wawa in the past, for over 13 years. Started when I was 16. This is not how you treat paying customers no matter how annoying they may be. And because I have experience working with people and food, I try not to be “THAT” customer, but when things are done wrong, I’m certainly not gonna walk out and eat that $3-$7 I just spent in there Bc I don’t wanna bother anyone. The manager there now (or I assume she is) is very nice. But a lot of her employees need to be retrained on how to deal with customers and learn how to have customer service skills or go work elsewhere if they’re that unhappy and annoyed with customers.
