Kate and Matt came to my house this morning to clean my pond (power wash) and open it for the season. To say I was satisfied would be an understatement. They were detailed oriented and cleaned every nook and cranny in the pond. Honestly, it hadn't been this clean since it was installed. I had the pond cleaned last year by a well-known competitor, and it was like night and day. The competitor did a surface cleaning at best and charged considerably more than B & M. Do yourself a favor and use B&M for all your bond's servicing needs. Not only will the job be done better, but you will spend considerably less than their well-known competitor

The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. They even let my children feed their pet koi! I just got a bunch of tadpoles and snails but they have different types of koi at different sizes, pond plants, and pond equipment. I also think they do professional pond installations too.

They also give you honest, truthful feedback to be sure your pond is kept well as a safe environment for your fish. My Family absolutely Love this Family owned and operated Best pond store in New Jersey. Kate and Kathy are amazingly friendly and answer any questions you may have.They treat us like Friends and Family .This establishment is number one on our extremely low short list of pond stores in Northern New Jersey that will ever see my business and we've been to five of them in the area. Very pleasant experience. They have a beautiful set up and lots of Koi fish of all sizes and colors along with anything else you would need for an aquatic garden! Very fairly priced and the employees were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and knowledgeable! Good prices and the lily pad I bought is blooming wonderfully! Nice selection of plants,fish and supplies including pre-built cave-like waterfalls you can pretty much sit under. They have very friendly koi you can feed.

Don't go here! I have spent a lot of money here. Large ponds and many supplies over the years. I also spent $500 on a concrete Snow White and the seven dwarfs. Today not knowing they are closed on Wednesday, I called for my Mom who was excited to go there. I thought we could go early tomorrow if they had a pump we needed There was no answer but ,when I hung up there was a call to me from B&M . It was an irate older woman accusing me of calling all day long. I told the woman this was the first call today. I tried to ask if they had a particular pump because I assumed they were open today since she called me back. She said Sweetheart , WHEN WE ARE CLOSED WE ARE CLOSED! She then hung up on me! This is why small businesses close. if you are closed, have a voice-mail so people can leave a message. Dont assume everyone knows you are closed and call people back making accusations.The customer service was never great, but I like to support small businesses .This is abusive its shameful to treat anyone that way.I can't imagine calling the last number who called and berating the person for something they didn't do . She didn't even bother to check how many times I called before accusing me.Its time for them to retire if they hate their customers.

Very knowledgeable staff on ponds and the fish that swim in them. They always have the right product or answer that you need. They have a great selection of koi and goldfish in a variety of price ranges. And if an item does not work they will always exchange it for a new one. I have been going here for years and trust their services. I also use them to open and close my pond and they are A+.
