It's not 24 hrs. Also they close at anytime be it 5 pm or midnight mornings any where between 5 and 6 am. They need more employees. There is only one most of the time. When and how do these people people get mandatory breaks and lunch especially working 10 hr days or more. I bet they don't get and benefits either. Again always closed at weird times of the day inconvenient For patrons. Higher more employees.

I’m giving you five stars for your wonderful employee, Jamie. She really has pulled me out of such bad moods just by being her friendly self. She is wonderful at customer service and is always so great at making my kids and I smile. Keep hiring more people like her!!

When this store first opened I was a consistent customer. 2 years ago one of the employees got me upset, and I haven't been back. Yesterday 4/21/21 I actually went in as I was running late for work. I purchased 4 yogurts. 2 I ate the same day, today 4/22/21 I start to eat one and it tasted weird. I look at the date, 1/26/21!!!! Now mind you this is something I bought every day, 5 days a week here since they opened, and never had to check dates for expired products. Just shows you they obviously no longer care, and take no pride in what they do.

Recently the store seems to be going downhill The nitro iced coffee and the regular iced coffee are always out I let them know at the counter and the woman doesn’t seem to care this has been going on for weeks The coffee center itself is not kept up have to get cups over by the soda station I really would suggest a surprise visit by the owner the new help in that store doesn’t keep up with cleaning and stocking and also seem to just want to rush you out of the store so they can stand around and hang out I really miss the old staff they always greeted you and kept busy doing there job

Always greeted w/ a smile and a hello...a great group of women and a marvelous extremely hard working group...they have been hammered w/ all kinds of issues but Lisa, the store owner has got to be the hardest working kindest lady..

The old hag that works there named Kathy treats customers with so much disrespect it's sickening. What a miserable old lady. You would think she would change after the first time of treating people like garbage. This lady enjoys doing things out of spite and treating people with so much disrespect that's on a whole other level it's just sad I can't even put into words the way this lady is with her customers and employees. Very sad 711 i will not be visiting there ever again and i will make sure I let people know how much of a disgrace this lady makes this company look. It's ashame what people have to go threw with this lady. She needs therapy.

I was in the store today while I watched a manager by the name of Lisa completely disrespect the employees under her in front of a line of customers. I will never be back in that store. Thank you to Kori the nice clerk for helping me with what I needed and I’m sorry you have to deal with such an ungrateful manager.

I go to 7-Eleven across the country. I go there for the Brazilian Bold, in my opinion the best coffee anywhere. I asked the woman behind the counter where it was and she said they haven't had it for a long time. I've never seen this before. Never go back.

my husband was just in and he is 33 years old and was denied his purchase of tobacco as cashier said fake id.....yea ok when lottery machine is sitting right there where you can scan a id too see if valid......another reason we dont go there as not customer friendly......

There's a dark hair girl that works there, she claims she is the manager, she apparently has some emotional problems, I'm a disabled senior and she verbally attacked me claiming that she had banned me .I have no idea what she was talking about.all I wanted was a fresh hotdog as I been buying there every night for the past months.she verbally attacked me and said I had to take the stale hotdog that she gave me.i was visibly shaking for fear she was going to climb over the counter and assault me.dont no what her problem is ,her eyes looked like maybe she was high on a drug.i don't no her it was very scary.

Need to use the rest room forget it. You will need a combination and if you ask, dirty looks from the staff is what I got. What a disgraceful way to treat customers. I will never buy anything from that store again.
