I was waiting for my prescription to be filled and the woman who was helping me was the sweetest! She told me she could only fill 2/4 of my prescriptions but if I wanted to take all 4 of the scripts somewhere else I could. She was honest about the wait time being close to 3 hours as they were understaffed. I appreciate her being so honest and upfront about the time it would take.

Every time I come here is always busy. Unfortunately, it is just one person on the register who handles the cashier and FedEx. Justin was under pressure and managed to get my business done and professionally. But coming to Walgreens is such a horrible experience that I would rather pay somewhere else 3x more than deal with the quality speed of Walgreens.

Worst Walgreens ever the girl in the front with the curly hair and glasses was extremely rude I watched her coworker hand out paper bags for free and she made me pay I spent over 200 dollars in here and waited in line for over 30 minutes the manager was called about 4 times before coming to the register in the back playing on her phone ! Don’t go here got to the one on preakness

Pharmacy is going down bad. Employees don’t know what they are doing, there’s ALWAYS seems to be an issue every single time I pick up my meds for my parents. I miss the old pharmacy employees.

This location need new management because nobody knows what is the customer service. Their pharmacy employees don’t have manners. I go for booster shot after 1 hour drive and once I go there, they told me their system is down. I asked them, if your system is down why not you guys text or call us. So we don’t need to drive an hour but they told me, it’s not their job to let us know. Pharmacy in charge Ahmed should train them what is his employee job and he need the proper training also. I recommend the customer should avoid that location.

Waited on the line for picking up my family prescriptions for more than 25 minutes and all I can see 2 people's staring at the screens like idiots without saying anything, when I asked them, they said they system is down. They could've opened their mouth and said so, so Me and a bunch of people waiting not knowing what the hell is going on.Not going to this stupid place again. Moving my business to another decent place.

I have been using the order on line process. Have been using multiple stores depending on which store has the items I need in stock and same day delivery. Every time I use this store there is an issue. They either adjust my quantity lower, or substitute an inferior item or smaller size for same price! I never ever get what I request from this place. They are RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOUSY IN MY OPinion.I received an item that was smaller than I requested I was specific about no substitutions but they subbed it anyway… I called the store and was told to bring it in with receipt and get the right item! EXCUSE ME… if I could get there I would never have requested a delivery!!!

Horrible customer service by this lady. As soon as I gave her my name she said it’s $325. She didn’t even ask if I had an insurance card to give her. I gave her the insurance + prescription card that comes with insurance. She said she could only put in one. I didn’t understand because I thought both work together? She did not explain and kept taking deep breaths while putting in the numbers. She gave me back the cards after trying both and said they didn’t work. Then, the actual pharmacist came in, helped and told her she was not putting in the ID# where it goes, so it was her mistake and she didn’t apologize for being ready to send me home if it weren’t for the pharmacist who stepped in 🙌🏽. Then, she took a break just how you see in the pictures and looked at me without giving me any explanation of what was going on. Then, she said the computer was not working and told me the pharmacist would check for me. Then, she came back and said it’s $125. I showed her the coupon (I had shown her before) from the manufacturer. Again, thank God the pharmacist stepped in and actually looked and said she knew what to do. The pharmacist really helped me while the other lady gave me an attitude from the start…very different from how the other staff member was treating customers (calm and friendly). I understand people are tired but it’s not my fault. This is our health and we come for our medication hoping to pay the least for copay so please be helpful. Thanks to the pharmacist, I paid $0 for my prescription 🙌🏽

I honestly didn’t want to give them 1 star.. the tech Zoe clearly doesn’t like her job. She is absolutely rude and need to work on her people skills.... but besides her, the pharmacist Imur was great.

This pharmacy went under after Amir left. I have been trying to get my second dose of a vaccine (not COVID) for over a month now. Every time I come in, I get a new excuse for why they can’t give me my vaccine. It’s down right disrespectful and unprofessional. The techs and new pharmacy manager Ahmed don’t want to help anyone.

Don’t believe when they say your prescription will be ready. I confirmed earlier in the day when my prescription would be ready. I gave them an hour and a half more time then said it would be ready. Five hours later, still not ready.

Worst customer service at the pharmacy. I’ve been calling all day no answer. Kept on hold for over 45 minutes with no response. Called over 20x no answer. The day I went for my second dose the wait was for an hour just to register. No one know what the hell they are doing there. Luck your getting one star if there be a zero you’ll get two zeros

Waited at the drive thru for 15 mins and nobody came to the window. Didn’t have a mask to go inside and I’m sick so I wanted drive thru. Beeped my horn several times too. Pointless having this drive thru. Wasn’t the first time this happened either. Find a better pharmacy.

My favorite Walgreen to go to. Customer service is above and beyond. Always fully stocked with items, if something is not available on the floor representatives will go in the back to take a look or look which nearby location has availability.
