I absolutely love this place! I am so picky when it comes to baths/haircuts and this place has been absolutely amazing to my dog! I needed an emergency bath and they got her right in. Highly recommend. They also never keep her for hours and hours which is great. They always call 20 minutes in advance for pick up which is so helpful. Best customer service and staff by far in my opinion!

i love bubble bubble! my dogs can be difficult but the folks here have the utmost patience and care for them! i always drop off two furry beasts and without fail, pick up two clean groomed beauties 😍 I'm so glad i found this place! give it a try and let your pups be the best looking pets in town 😏 Justin is GREAT! thanks bubble bubble!

First time coming to this groomer and it won't be the last, definitely coming back! My dog had a good experience ,she usually gets shaky when I take her to groomers, but when we came she was calm. Very caring and friendly the staff was with her. When I picked her up she was so Happy and bouncy to see me.Justin did a great job with Star. Very pleased and Happy. Thank you.

I love this grooming place! They are so nice and respectful. Worth every penny! Pichu loves everyone there and is very comfortable getting a haircut by Justin! I would definitely recommend anyone to come here. Your puppy is safe with them!!❤️❤️❤️

Wonderful staff, fairly priced, very clean, and a very happy pup who came back to me wagging, happy and bouncy as ever.I took Shadow here for her first ever grooming appointment and everyone was just fantastic with her. She’s a bit nervous with nail clippers, loud noises (ie. loud running water in the tub, blow drier, etc) and baths in general. Justin said she did FANTASTIC with all of the above which was so surprising! Shadow was her happy, prancing self when I came to pick her up and she seemed to really like every staff member. Definitely recommend for pup owners with nervous pups! They’re so patient and she looks so cute. 😁

They do a good job on my shih tzu Coby :) they are very clean, the staff is nice, they are fairly priced and always remind you with a phone call when your appt is coming up. Coby doesn’t like his face or paws being touched but they know how to calm him down and behave lol He loves leaving with his fresh cut!

I would give this establish 0 stars. My friend took her dog to get his hair cut. Upon return, the dog acted oddly. The dog exhibited distress and agony. Immediately, my friend took him to the vet where the vet documented his symptoms. The vet stated his distress is a direct result of his grooming visit. The groomer brushed the dog’s tail so hard, it caused the dog distress. The dog was vehemently shaking and still remains in duress. If you care about your dog, DO NOT take your dog here.

Excellent !! I have a < 6 month old puppy. His nails were long so I brought him in to get his nails trimmed. The lady took him and cut his nails while I waited, I was impressed with how she treated my dog as well as the dogs who were there for grooming. I am very protective so it was my chance to check the place out.I made a apt for my puppy to get a bath and possible trim, being less than 6 months he just needed a little cleaning up. Well puppy remembered her from the nail trim and was excited to see her!! She called me after about a hour and half to pick him up. He was so happy and clean. She said she didn't want to scare him so she gave him a bath trimmed his face and paws & brushed his teeth, He looked so handsome. I love how kind she is to the dogs! Truly a animal lover!! You won't be Disapoined 🐶 Can't wait till he goes back ❤️🛀🐾

my dog has a lot of anxiety going to the groomer and the owner has been amazing at accommodating my dog so that he can feel more comfortable. it is the best groomer I've been to, they are so patient and kind!

nice place to bring ur pup. i worked there justin is one of the groomer he is a very nice person to work with and michael as welll very nice guys. But the only bad thing about this place is Rosa she has this nasty attitude this is why people never last there longer then a week because she is rude ,barely understand her english , for days i was just quiet doing my job as she would tell me would eant me to do it, .she would say bad comments about me and tell me in my face * atleast she had the nerve to say it in my face ..* i still and act like it didnt bother me just to give her a chance to see if it was me or maybe it was just a way to get stuff done as she like , but is a shame how people can act or be like that .it was not my fault that i didnt understand her very broken english. she gives me a nasty and rude attitude many times just because i didnt understand much she was saying. ill hear her yell at michael for simple things and he stays quiet like who she thinks she is she has no right to yells at people and be rude give attitue like we little kids .. u should be a shame of ur self Rosa ...

Great salon, I've been coming here for the past 2 years and love it. My dogs fur is always so soft and they're so sweet to us everytime. The staff is awesome. I definitely recommend.

Never taking my lagotto here ever again. I had an unpleasant encounter with the apparent owner of the establishment who interacted in an unreasonably rude and attitude-driven tone. While there were other staff present, I was demanded to lift my medium to large sized dog despite communicating that such an arrangement was impossible as I am seven months pregnant. If this petty and aggressive behavior was exhibited towards me, I cannot imagine how she would treat my dog under less than ideal circumstances. I would highly recommend that anyone search for a more competent grooming service that could exercise the bare minimum standards of customer service.

First time going there and i love it! My work schedule is crazy so Sunday is my only day off and they took me with no problem. My dog looks amazing, especially because he has so much hair and tends to get matted. Will definitely be continuing my business here. Thank you!

Horrible salon, rude people, tried them twice, do not recommend to deal with them! You’ll never know how much they charge you for the service in advance, every time I come they try to charge $20-25 more than before, they keep negotiating in aggressive manner appealing that my dog is not medium size and sheds a lot as well as they pay a lot to their employees. Like, seriously? Never come back again!

Took my baby GOLDENDOODLE puppy today and had a most pleasant and smooth experience!! First of all, the owners were extremely nurturing and loving towards my pup. Very understanding about her peeing everywhere, assuring me she's just a baby it's ok! When I picked her up, (half hour late) she was sitting in the owners lap! They had taken a Polaroid as well. My baby smelled so fresh and her coat looked great!! Place is super clean and I love that. Can't wait to bring her back. Thank you for the treats at the end too!! Cute doggie bag!!

My dogs loved it there, but because of a miscommunication on one appointment the owner refused to groom my dogs. She made an excuse of her English being bad, which was a cop out because I understand her just fine. She is very rude and refuses many dogs when she feels like it. I was apprehensive to go there in the first place because of her reputation, but in this case her reputation proceeds her. STAY AWAY!

The only place I've ever felt comfortable leaving my dog at!!! They do exactly what I ask for every time, my dog feels comfortable when I leave her to get groomed. Very friendly and the store is clean! Highly recommended!!!

although I am giving them 5 stars because they did such a beautiful job on my dog, I had a horrific experience that upset me for an entire weekend. I brought my do for the first time last Saturday- September 3, 2016. I asked for the first appointment because I like to wait for my dog.I am very nervous about leaving my dog somewhere , so I like to wait outside in case of any emergency or and to make sure when the doors are opened and closed that he does not run out. The reason I am nervous is that I had a terrible incident in the past with a groomer and my dog got away from her and hit by a car.So the owners son said no problem you can wait outside , there is even a bench.So I waited and even got coffee at corner, a few times I looked thru the window about three times. I was excited to see if he was doing good and just being a little nervous mom.So i got a call he was done and went in to see how beautiful and hapy he was. She did a great job and I believe that she truly loves dogs. BUT out of the blue she tells me I am not welcome back!!! I thought Buttons(dog) bit her. She said no it was me. She didn't like me peeking on her. Which I believe she means looking thru the window. I guess she saw me and she said- I didn't trust her so I am not welcome back. I explained and apologized a half dozen times but she was very rigid that I was not welcome any more. She actually made me cry but still nothing she has a heart of ice. She said I should trust the groomer. No offense to her, but I dont know her from a hole in the wall and wanted to make sure it went well the first time. I DID NOT BOTHER her at all. She over reacted and lost a great customer. The ironic part was that right before she called me I was on the phone with my husband telling him how I felt comfortable with this place and that next time I might drop him and go see my mom who lives 5 minutes from there.Her son should not tell people it is okay to wait, because trust me when I tell you it is not!So i give their handling and cut a ten but their interactions with humans a ZEROIts up to you do not get them mad walk in with your head down and over your dog and proceed to your car . Whatever you do dont look back or you may be banned!!!!

The staff here is great!!! My Pom-Maltese mix is quite the fluffy little thing, so keeping him groomed is very important to me. He always comes out happy and looking great.
