I am in the service business, and I know the value of a team player. There is a young man named Roman working at your store every time I stop in, he is friendly and polite. He even makes suggestions concerning products. These days it is hard to find motivated employee much less helpful employees. I want to acknowledge this young man, please make sure you guys take care of him.

I visited this store a couple times. It’s clean (the bathroom was immaculate). The staff was very nice. Everything looks fresh and delicious. They have a large variety and keep the store well stocked from what I could see. The aisles are a decent width so you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other.

I worked there for 7 months. In my time, the managers, not Antoinette, were misanthropic. They still are, they go around harassing and bullying their employees. The produce they get is toxic and ShopRite goes out of the way to cut corners and select poor quality items. It's no mystery the entire building needs light shed on it. Corporate is already investigating the current leadership.Pack your bags.God bless.John 15:5

Overall a positive experience as this is my go to Shoprite in the area. Clean, fully stocked shelves with everything I need, friendly staff, and plenty of parking.

I used to enjoy coming to this store, but as of lately there seems to be something off with their self-checkout area. The workers appear to be scrutinizing you as you scan your items. There are at least 12 customers checking out but they only seem to be "observing" certain "type" of person.I normally wouldn't think too much about if it was only one worker. But when they have two or three workers all engaged in the same behavior, it makes one think it not an isolated case and perhaps they were instructed to pay special attention to a certain subset of their customer base.Thankfully, there are other options in Lumberton.

Just waited in line for self checkout when there were about 6 self checkout consoles closed. Was told there weren't enough people to staff them. Firstly, I'm already doing your job myself. Second, thats noy a reason to close down SELF checkout. In addition, I've previously applied for a job at this location and never even heard back, so which is it? Edit: 11:00 am, 2/14/24 the young man staffing the self checkout line was uncaring, in his own world, and didn't say a word to any customers about which SELF CHECKOUT kiosks were open. I'm so fed up with this location I might go out of my way to a different one.

Customer service here is atrocious. If you expect good service from them you must do everything they expect or they are nasty to you. Can’t take the time to explain something to a customer. They’d rather chew you out for not doing what they want when online ordering. I’ve been shopping at a ShopRite almost 30 years and until I moved in June and started to deal with these people I’ve never had an issue. Unfortunately I’m stuck because of where I live with delivery and being disabled I have to rely on it. I’d do anything for a closer to Pemberton store to open so I didn’t have to ever use them again. I’ve never been talked down to so much until I started ordering from this ShopRite. I worked customer service for over 20 years and I would never speak to people the way they do. If you don’t like customers maybe it’s the wrong job for you.

I was in express and after loading 1/2 my stuff they come up to me and said you have too much. I had about 35 items. By the way no one was in express. Then she made me put items back into my cart and walk down the other end and stand in a slow long line and I’ve had back surgery. The open up more lines instead little girls standing around talking and then make you move. I will never return to this store again! Spoke to a manager and told her I will not return. Poor management! They should open up more tellers! Out of stock with a lot of items and the produce sucks! I will go to Medford so much cleaner and customer service is professional.

Worst customer service in the world! This store has the absolute worst ShopRite from home service I have ever seen in my entire life. Every single time, at that! They never deliver during the time window that you pay for, always have payment issues and want to write your card information down (questionable) and are extremely rude and dismissive! Absolutely disgusting.

My late night visit to ShopRite in Hainsport. I was happy they were open and there weren’t much people. I took my extra precaution. The store provides disinfecting wipes at each entry, additionally I was armed with my personal bottle. I got most of the items on my shopping list except additionally cleaning agents, and hand sanitizer. Overall it was fine.

Love this store for fresh meats and produce. They do have some really good deals and sales from time to time. I find that the ShopRite brand food items are as comparable and/or better than some of the brand names. Every time I've gone to this location the employees are always super friendly happy and willing to help.I would also like to add that the ShopRite brand products are actually very comparable to the brand name products.

Went shopping here on 11/17 about 4:30. Stopped by the deli counter, 3 people were behind the counter dropping f bombs like crazy. Complaining about their hours. Shouldn’t have people like that working there if they can’t control their language. We all say it, but not while your working in front of customers.

Only shop rite I'll go to shopping alone with a toddler for a hungry family of 5. More food needed then can even fit in a cart. Crazy toddler hurling frozen veggies at my head. Takes so long just to load the stuff onto the register to be rang up. Friendly cashier, took her time and helped. Management helped bag and had someone push my extra cart to the car for me. He expected to unload it all too for me and would have gladly done so. However I told him I had it from there. To make matters more difficult, were vegetarians and staff has had no issue checking on very specific products for me. They always make a stressful shopping trip budgeting for a family of 5 much more bearable. Thank you!

Busy location, usually well stocked. Recently a change in management and staff. Delivery is great. Huge selection of toys and decorations for the holidays. And a huge, gorgeous Christmas tree in the foyer that I look forward to seeing each year. Love seeing their holiday section as I enter the store. Great Easter items, Valentine's Day things, etc. Not to mention a beautiful Floral Department. If you're looking for gifts for the holidays look no further than the foyer of Shoprite ofLumberton. Newly renovated produce area with a wide selection of hard to find and organic fruits and vegetables.

Used to have nothing but great experiences great quality, I purchased a fruit tray for 16.99 took a bite of honeydew and it fizzed in my mouth like peroxide. Took it back without a receipt and was told "we have no way of tracking it" gave it to her and walked out. Zero support for my loyalty....and I thought ACME was bad.....to everyone shop at Columbus Market Amish made food and amazing fruits and vegetables.....I'm done with supper markets...

This SHOPRITE treatment was near to humanlike.Bus from Mount Holly[wood] NJ, to Cherry hill nj, travels Marne hwy, not rt#38, as posted. Politically planted witnesses as fake passengers, talked, jdoes, off the bus to await invisible bus at ShopRite Lumberton, nj.POST10/2010 near fatal experience 3hr walk, hobbling with cane & injuries from run down - mercury mountaineer 4/24/2008 at high speed. These things assisted compartmentalization of life changing injuries an innocent labeled politicized attacks and assassination experiences. Be necessarily placed in the back of one's mind as to deal with imminent threats for which...THIS JOHNDOES has DIFFICULTY REALIZING the numbers of attacks that occurred, no time to worry. Yet attacks REMAIN CONSTANT yet jdoes stoic persona gave simple honesty always redpectfull and hopeful this wasn't all nightmare. After observing a large white truck cab a couple hundred yards away back up and park with driver's side in view of bridge. Vicariuously direct with cane to legs knees supporting it as vehicle sync trailers fender struck the cane between knees - body tucked between the bridges beams - a deep gash was scratched off top of wood grip hook. Took of photo of it after return to trailer. HTFarm.Do you mean all this escalated espionage occurred after the bridge buried in your mind (egghead) to deal with pending threats as complained to manager, Travel Inn, Mike manager of the white haired black dude cursing," are you deaf or something?"[Idk]. He shaved his head and wore scarf like a do-rag.Long walk from shoprite to WaWa and over a short death trap/CENTERTON ROAD BRIDGE memory so I used a mountain bike and the woods and scooted across that bridge s few times before they ripped it down for politics.No problems only solutions.Support ALL Good Cops.Make the world a better place to be.

Rahkia is awesome and was very nice even though she was obviously overwhelmed overseeing all of the self checkout area when it was very busy. David (the supervisor or manager on duty at the time) was terrible and totally disinterested in doing anything besides continue the conversation he was having with another employee. I only know his name because Rahkia had to yell for him multiple times just to provide and override for my transaction, which he chose to do remotely so he wouldn’t have to walk over despite the fact that Rahkia was running around like crazy trying to help like 5 people at once. I hope ShopRite recognizes the great job rahkia is doing.

Management doesn't know the meaning of customer service. I asked them to make a couple cuts in a large roast and they flat out refused. I've never had an issue at any other shoprite. Talked to the manager and she verified that they don't do that.

Not the cheapest but it'll do. Produce Department can be lacking at times. Frozen food Department is small and lacks variety. Other than that, it's fine and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The store itself is perfectly fine, and has everything I'd want to shop for, and used to be my main grocery store. However, they got rid of the hand baskets since New Jersey banned plastic bags, which leaves you with the only choice of pushing a gigantic inconvenient shopping cart around. I rarely go back now unless I need something small.

Only complaint about this store is that they NEVER replenish the red shopping baskets by the customer entrance. Every time I come into the store, I have to go searching for a basket. Kind of annoying.But I must compliment and commend SANDY who works in the fresh seafood department. She is the absolute best! Always so friendly and accommodating! I love when she’s working because I know I’ll get exactly what I want. The other guy who works evenings is awful. He’s always bothered and never wants to go out of his way to cut a fresh piece of a certain size. He’s lazy and miserable. But SANDY is amazing!!! I hope management recognizes this stellar worker and treats her well! She deserves all the praise! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Store is clean and well stocked. The way they organize it is a bit funky but overall okay. Staff is super polite and friendly. Love that they have the digital displays for ordering your deli meat and cheese so you don't have to wait in a queue to order.
