This is far and away the best vet center I have ever been to! Dr Kandell helped my cat Phi when she needed teeth extracted, and showed me how to brush her teeth (on my other cat Morgana because she wasn't cooperative), and when Morgana had an emergency this year he made the follow up after his hospitalization at an animal hospital so easy! He told us exactly what to look out for with him to make sure his FLUTD wasn't coming back! All of the other vets and employees I have interacted with have been so kind and are so sweet to our cats. I cannot recommend them enough!

Brought my much older puppy 18.5yrs for end of life services the vet and team were wonderful, it was our first visit. Nour second time we brought our 12wk old puppy for a first time visit and again the vet and team were excellent. Easy to understand, didn't feel rushed out the door answered all of our questions. Great job! Thank you.

Dr Kandell and staff are amazing and very kind. He is informative and takes his time during appointments. My dog is a senior now and he is gentle and caring with her. I am and have always been very happy with the care received at My Pets Veterinary!

Took my 18 month cane corso for her annual checkup and blood work today.; Annalee was our tech and we love her! She took time to go over my long list of vaccine questions and went above and beyond to help us with our 112lb dog (no easy feat). We saw Dr. Thurn today and as always she provides us PRICELESS knowledge on how to keep our girl healthy. Dr. Thurn is very thorough with her annual exams and we feel confident that she wants the best for our dog as much as we do. With that being said we have requested that Annalee and Dr. Thurn be our go to tech and doc. in the future :)

About a year ago, my cat was very sick and I knew I needed to take him somewhere ASAP. I had just moved to the area, and every vet around me was booked up and would not take new pets in without 2 weeks notice, and the emergency vet was going to be very costly and they said they were experiencing high wait times. I called My Pet's Vet Center to see if they could help, and they were INCREDIBLE. The receptionist was clearly very concerned for me and my pet, and they made room for me to come in the next morning. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet was so kind, listened to me and helped me get my cat the best care! They found the issue and gave him medicine and a long term solution which has kept him well to this day. They are very communicative and great with follow ups.I still go here now for my cat's check ups, and the place just keeps getting better. Short wait times, clear instructions, and the vets addresses every single concern with care and diligence. They also make it easy to get prescriptions in their office and online. 10/10!

Staff is very friendly! Waiting room and exam room were very clean. Our Doctor was great with our puppers. She explained what was wrong with him and gave us two treatment options for us to choose from which she explained the difference in them and didn’t push us on the option that was only a few dollars more…she left the decision completely up to us. She answered all of our questions! In other words we didn’t feel rushed, and we felt like people not walking $$$ signs.We just wish exam room had a water bowl for the pet especially since we forgot ours that we normally keep with us.

My dog has a broken leg and we have been trusting them to change his cast and keep us updated about his leg till now. I have appreciated the patience these people have had with me and working with me to make as much as they can cheap, but this has crossed a line that i want other people to be aware of. When my puppy got back home from his recent splint change i noticed a drastic bending in his casted leg. Over 3 days it only got worse and worse so on the 4th day early in the morning i called and texted a picture only to be told that the splint was broken in 3 pieces and the vet attempted to tape it together and i needed to take him in to have it changed. But why wasn't i told this the day of? They never ever asked if i wanted to spend the extra money for a new splint they sent him home with a broken splint! It supports nothing how is it better than sending him home with nothing at all. But when I took this to the manager demanding some sort of justice they changed their story and said he was fine and we should just wait till his next apt which is 6 days away! We spent money for a service we didn't receive, after next apt I do not think I will be returning here. There was sweet people but be weary with your pets, I just wanted to warn my fellow animal lovers.

I recently had to have my best friend of 13 years put down due to illness. The compassion, patience and all around support this office showed us during this difficult time was absolutely stellar. From the doctor to the staff, each and everyone of them were AMAZING. I cannot express my gratitude enough for how we were treated during our visit and how comfortable you all made us feel. I would suggest My Pet's Veterinary over all others in the area, and we have been to our share for our other dog who suffered from bad skin allergies. I'm grateful I have finally found a Vet who understands what is best for our pets as well as our budget.

Sorry to say that I can’t recommend this vet anymore. I have been here for about 10 years. I tried to make an appointment for my dog because her entire nail broke off again with the quick exposed, she’s in a lot of pain. Last time this happened she needed to be mildly sedated. While the receptionist wasn’t rude, she didn’t seem to care at all when she said the next avail wasn’t until Monday, 5 days away. They have usually been accommodating in the past in urgent situations so I was taken by surprise when she told me there was no room and nothing she could do except recommend an emergency vet. According to her there are staffing shortages. Finding a new vet has been on my mind for the past 2 years or so, as there have been so so many staff changes and a few small issues (long waits for appointments/mask rules that extended beyond regular human doctor’s office policies/annoying curbside rules that only allowed one person in at a time otherwise you couldn’t go in with your pet. I have kids so could never go in with her). The last checkup she had recently, her room was covered with hair as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Staff used to be warm and friendly. I’ve always trusted the dr.s which is why I stayed. But now it’s time to move on. I’m grateful for the care my two dogs have received over the years, but along with my other concerns, unfortunately I don’t see the point of being their patient for medical care when they can’t see my dog for a serious medical problem.

Front desk was super polite! They send text messages for visit updates and information . They also send a follow up text to make sure your pet is still doing well. Very convenient for anyone with phone anxiety! The facility was very clean and welcoming. Doctor was very kind and informative. Would totally recommend!

Kobe is 4 months and He has been doing great with My Pet’s Vet. Unfortunately he had a double ear infection. Everyone was so loving to him and the fact that it shows by how comfortable he is walking in with them without mom by his side. ❤️

I have used Dr Gartland, Hannan and Kaplan for a few year for multiple cats n dogs. They are thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate.They are almost always on time and staff are very helpful and friendly. My dog absolutely loves going there! Although they can be more expensive than other vets, I can almost always get an appointment within a few days or even same day. In-house meds are expensive but their online store is competitive with Chewy. They are also very willing to send rx to other vendors for you or even records if you want a procedure like dental work done elsewhere because of price. Don’t be afraid to ask:) I’m grateful to live so close to wonderful vets

My kitty had a issue early this morning, and I called here without an appointment and Buddy never being there, I was in their office within 20 minutes. Dr. Elder was so nice to Buddy, I will definitely bring him back there. Kudos to the whole office. And by the way, his regular vet, which is a different office, told me to go to an ER - so much for caring huh?

Everyone was friendly and professional. We went right in and the vet tech was very knowledgeable and took time to learn about my dog. She was patient and easy to talk to about my elderly dog. The doctor was also a pleasure to talk to and understand. This was his first time meeting my dog and he did the best check up ever. He even took time to draw me pictures to make sure I understood what was happening to my dog. My daughter came with me and is now changing her vet to MyPetVet. I was more than pleased with our visit and so glad I changed from my very busy and unfriendly veterinarian. My veterinarian was Scott Kandell. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the technician’s name.
