Interior photos show before and after in the same photo. Ultimate claims to vacuum interior and clean it as well… fail on that one and because it was a $35 car wash and only the tires look good… 2 stars.

I'm never very happy getting my car washed here. I've always had to ask them to do some part of it over. Either vacuum or wiping the dashboard and console, including the cup holders. It's the only near my home so because of location and convenience I try to give them another chance. NEVER again! I paid for the Ultimate package and there was nothing ultimate about the work. I wish I could post the pictures I took afterwards. I was so upset I didn't even ask them to clean it again. There's never a long line, now I know why. 😠👎🏽

The workers were rude except for one. My car is still dirty and I had to ask them to clean my door and they advised that cleaning my door was extra. It’s crazy that they said the dash was included but mine still has dust on it and my windshield still has bird droppings on it. Never coming back.

I have been using this place since they open. The fact the they finish by hand makes a big difference. If there is something they missed, you show it and they will happy take care of it. Always to my satisfaction.

Simply put they are the best in the area for the money, they vacuum and hand dry your auto which in my opinion is so much nicer than the automated drying that most place do these days.

I’m speechless. My Jeep Renegade looks brand new today. It’s four years old and it looks like the day I bought it. I just got it detailed at Five Star Car Wash in Hainesport. They did an outstanding job. Every thing I look at in my car is sparkling clean. My seats are still wet but when they dry you’ll be able to read JEEP again. I am so impressed with how clean the guys got my car. I’m at a loss for words. Just look at the pix. Even my steering wheel feels even better than it did before. Love love love my JEEP. By the way, the owners could not have been more accommodating to me as I waited for my car. I’d highly recommend this place 100%. 🚙Service: Auto detailing

It’s an okay spot. I payed for the Ultimate Wash (#6) and my car was still dirty on the inside. They didn’t wipe down the entire dashboard. I don’t recommend paying for the “higher end” service. Just get the base car wash. The inside you can do yourself. Or go to a different car wash where that’s cheaper. Unfortunately I will not be returning here.

The person doing intake is the worst. He explains nothing. He has no communication skills other than to point to the board and say “pick a number.” He is anti-customer. He’s completely unqualified for the position he holds.I asked nicely to pay extra for any interior cleaning. He said they don’t do that. Fine. Then I found out he didn’t vacuum the back of my SUV. The person who dried my car off said I had to ask for that separately, but there is no sign and the intake person never mentioned it. Vacuuming the entire car should be a basic service.I also had to look for the cashier he was nowhere to be seen.I’ve been coming here for 25 years, but no longerThis business is either intentionally trying to go out of business, or they’re simply unaware how bad they have become

I believe this business is under new management.Fortunately today when i arrived and departed they were not busy.I selected the best package and paid an extra additional $10.00 for the rim cleaner. Total ( $30) While they were drying, wiping,and completing the final touches, I specifically requested on two occasions that they pay close attention to the side skirt and bumper areas.After they announced that my car was completed, it was necessary for me to request the employees rag, and complete the job to my complete satisfaction. As side comments were being made by the employees, stating, "It was tar and couldn't be removed." And another stating, "That they didn't see the dirt". ( on my white vehicle) I found that to be pathetic!!Nevertheless, I didnt appreciate that it was necessary for me to remove the dirt, grime and residue from the areas that I pointed out.If the previous or perhaps current owner was present she would have overseen and/or personally and dealt with the situation at hand. Although this carwash is local business frequented it since 2002, and I will not be returning due to the lack of customer service displayed from start to finish.The property looks run down, and the service and the outside appearance ( sign and postings) no longer look pristine. Everything has fallen short.It's sad, but it's over!!!!!!!!WHITE JAGUAR XF

$21 for the Ultimate Car Wash. Dude who took my Mustang wasn't the friendliest but that's fine, you're dealing with people all day when it's 90° outside I don't expect the best attitude and honestly, you shouldn't either. As long as he wasn't rude or disrespectful, which he wasn't, just seemed hot and tired.Car came out nice, the 3 guys drying it off did a good job, no spots, no swirls, and we're friendly. Car was nicely vacuumed before it went in and everything dusted when it came out. All that for $21.Honestly if anyone complains about it not being the best job, then wash it yourself. I get that "I paid them to do a job I expect them to do it." But come one. It was $21. Most self service automatic car washes, you're paying $15 or more. And that's without vacuum, without dusting, without people hand drying it for you.People complaining about parts being broken off, if you have loose parts and go through an automatic car wash, it's going to break off. If something changes I'll redo my review, but until then, I don't see any issues. For $21 it's a good deal.

Terrible customer service. I went there with my truck cleaner than how it actually came out. Instead of the Chinese lady that works there or owns the place addressing my concern she argued with me in front of other customers about how the stains were there when I got there because supposedly they were from the road. I happened to clean my car inside while I was waiting in line for my car to be washed and those black oily stains were not there prior me getting there. I looked at my car multiple times before it went in the tunnel and the stains weren’t there. However this lady was rude and disrespectful and did not want to return my money, nor clean the black spots that were all over the driver door. The worst experience I’ve ever had and I payed 30$. Do not go ti this place it’s sloppy and they are not aware of what visto at service is. By the way I was able yo get the spots out with baby wipes meaning if it was tar it wouldn’t have come out so easily.Service: Auto detailing

It's ok if you need your car washed. However, I went with the #5, $20 with tax. Dash was wiped down but vacuuming could have been better. Tires were clean but rims had lots of brake dust left over.

First time here. Paid the ultimate clean which is like most expensive one but its pretty bad. They dont clean carpets, everything inside was dirty as it was not even touched and they didn’t even vaccum inside. I ask them if they even cleaned inside and they were pretty rude. Definitely not coming back.

FANTASTIC. AWESOME. AMAZING. I am sure I have 20 more vocabulary words for this but the bottom line is that the staff here did a great job cleaning up my SUV. I made an appointment for a full detail. I have a 170 lb dog and there was slobber and dog hair everywhere. Slobber between the seats, slobber discolored the leather, etc. I offered to pay extra for more care for dog hair removal without hesitation. I left the truck first thing in the morning and they gave me a call about 4pm that it was ready. I sent my husband to get it - and he called me immediately to tell me what a great job they did and that the truck looks brand new. He is super hard to impress - so that tells me that it was a great job and worth every penny. I am going to refer as many friends and family as possible to this business. It is hard to find a good detailing business and with staff that cares and is friendly. Definitely give this place a try.

Both times they treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy, and have went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction with the work done. I will continue to recommend them to family & friends!

Twice in the last few weeks, I've gone out of my way to get my car washed, because they list they close at 5:30. The first time, I arrived at 5:12 and they were closed. Today, I arrived at 4:28, and they were also closed. The service seems to be hit-or-miss. I've had my car come out beautifully, and other times the cleaning of the dash and vacuuming has been barely apparent, and I've had to do it myself anyway.

I have been coming to 5Star for many many years and have always had a good experience. Today, my car didn’t come out as clean as it normally did...probably because I haven’t had it washed in quite a while. I was a bit disappointed in some of the things that weren’t done and spoke with the manager Mike. He immediately came out and went over my car thoroughly and it now looks amazing. I really appreciate the extra effort that he put out. This is customer satisfaction! This is why this place always has a line...it’s worth the wait! Thanks again Mike!

This wash should be named Two Star Wash. Bought the top car wash and they provided a half-hearted vacuum job and didn’t vac the trunk, clean under my windshield wipers, or clean up the dash console areas. My fault for not checking before I drove off.If you must go here, do a thorough check of their work and get your money’s worth.

I love this car wash!! Jennifer was able to squeeze me in first thing in the morning for an interior detail. They did an excellent job in "washing" my seats. My SUV looks brand new, all the dog hair was removed, fresh car scent... the interior is spotless. The price is reasonable for the service provided. Less than $150 with taxes.

While Five Star is not close to home, I consider it the best car wash in the area, enough so, that I go out of my way to give my car the care it needs.I always ask for a #4, which means that I avoid having liquid wax applied to the body, Rain-X on the windshield, and a tire shine liquid. The reason I avoid these is because I paid extra for a special top layer applied to my car by the dealer (they told me there’s no reason to was the car for three years). I must also avoid application of any glass treatment (Rain-X) because the forward-facing camera mounted behind the rear view mirror is very sensitive to anything that might alter the properties of the glass and the way light passes through. And tire shine applications can, over time, destroy the protective coatings applied by the tire manufacturer.The staff at Five Star Car Wash and Derail are very thorough and it also looks like the facility is well-maintained. I do enjoy taking advantage of their loyalty program by making sure my card is stamped every time I visit.While you are visiting Five Star, you can also take advantage of their detailing service as well as having and oil change. Give Five Star a try.

I had taken my car through the car wash and upon doing so going through the car wash my keyless entry and trim which were factory installed parts had gotten ripped off the car. Not only were the employees and owner very confrontational, but one of the employees threatened me with bodily harm infornt of my child. This place is very unprofessional and they will damage you car. Stay away!. They will damage your vehicle and tell you to go screw!!!Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I'm so surprised people are giving 5 stars. This is my third time going and I thought this time would be better. I paid $21 and still had to wipe the entire inside of my car down and then vacuum it when I got home. I also had to wipe down the bumper and all chrome. Believe me, I'm not the pickiest person about my car. It's always a disgusting mess but for $21, I would expect them to at least vacuum and wipe the inside. My bad for not inspecting it until I got home. Do not waste your money here. Again, no idea how people are giving 5 stars.

Went in a car wash and an oil change because I had a $20 coupon ($10 off each). While the coupon specifies synthetic oil, their standard oil change pricing don't state which is a synthetic package and what's a standard package, nor did the front desk mention it. So it was a bit of a shock to get a $70 bill an hour later, even with the discount.That said, he did point me to the cheapest wash option and the car wash itself isn't too bad. The waiting room is fairly nice all things considered, with food and car accessories available.Overall, you just need to know what you're getting yourself into before you go.
