Love this store!I went here to kill some time before my brunch reservation and ended up buying a lot of my holiday gifts here! They had a WIDE variety of teas, with great descriptions on all of them. The store was clean, organized, and had very high quality products for reasonable prices! The worker at checkout was very knowledgeable and kind, and provided great customer service!Great spot, will be going back soon!

The quality of the tea is outstanding. The store is organized in a manner that is easy to understand, and the prices are very fair compared to their competitors. I have been to this store twice in the last 2 months and the customer service is fantastic.

I don't like being the first negative review but I contacted the store and felt their response lackedall but blame.I made specific plans to go to the store during their regular advertised hours. I live 50 miles away so I double-checked before I left and saw they were open every day until Christmas. I arrived at 3:07pm (time stamp on the first photo) and tried the door, it was locked. All the lights were out and when I looked in the front window there was no one to be seen.I contacted the store thru their website.Response from Tea Store; "... actually, last night we didn't leave until after 7:30pm. I think you may have visited the wrong store. Sometimes people mistake the Spice and Tea Exchange across the street for us, The Tea Store. They tend to close much earlier than we do."I replied that I was not at "Spice and Tea Exchange" as they were in fact open.Response from Tea Store;"Not sure where you were at on Wednesday 12/21 at 3:08pm, but my store was not closed. I was there, my wife was there, and customers were shopping.I just check my sales transactions by time for yesterday and we actually had a sale at 3:08pm,and many before and many after."Below is a brief snapshot of my transaction on the day in question. As you can see, we were open and doing business before, during, and after 3:08pm yesterday!"They then attached 4 itemized receipts which showed Dec 21, 2022 transactions between3:00 pm - 4:00 pm EST and their net sales. They had sales at 3:32pm, 3:21pm, 3:13pm and 3:03pm.I'm not sure what this "proves".Response from Tea Store;"I haven't seen any photos?? Please send photos to the store email."I sent photos twice and have received no further response.I was simply looking for the lost art of customer service. Stores no longer seem to know that they shouldn't blame their customers - even if the customer is wrong. But no such luck here.

Wonderful little tea shop with a very friendly and knowledgeable proprietor. She was wonderful to talk to, so nice to talk tea with someone who gets it. I'll be back for more Black Currant Tea!!

I don't drink tea but I come here for the COFFEE! They have a great selection of coffee including flavored coffees. The first time I visited was in person and they do a complimentary grinding of the coffee beans!Since I'm about an hour away, I order through their online store now where they also grind the coffee before shipping, which is great for me in my drip coffee machine. Shipping is also fast! And there's a loyalty program! I highly recommend.

I went here for the first time today. What a find!! The selection of teas is amazing....I was looking for a detox tea and the staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The store is beautiful, every thing a tea drinker could ever want. The prices are so reasonable. I enjoyed chatting with the lady who helped me, she was so sweet!! Will definitely go back n definitely recommend!! Worth a trip (or two).

I looooove this tea boutique, as I call it. I’ve been once and overdue to go back. My teas are delicious and the peppermint teas have been a lifesaver in my household. We have all had an upper respiratory virus and the tea has helped break up all the messy stuff!The atmosphere is beautiful and the owner treated myself and my mother-in-law as if we were family. We believe everyone who comes through that door must feel that very same way. I can’t wait to go back, it’s worth the ride!

Huge fan of the Tea Shop! They have a great selection of Tea and coffee. I enjoy their herbal tea selection. Its varied and comes in different size packages so you can try different flavors and not over commit. As I write this review I’m brewing some of their Apple Cinnamon Chamomile herbal tea. The staff is super friendly, every time we go in they make us feel at home. My wife and I try go in at least once or twice a month.

I cannot recommend this small business highly enough! The proprietor is always super friendly and helpful. She had my member information saved from a few years ago and was able to bring it up and let me have the discount from her rewards program all that time later. She also gave great advice when I was pregnant as to what teas to look at. And I just bought from her to support local business during COVID and got a notification that my order was shipped that same day! Will definitely to continue to patronize this store

I wanted to place an online order for pick up the same day but that wasn't an option on the website. I called the store and talked to the owners, Nadine and Wayne (I think I have their names right). They said they would get it ready for me within an hour for pick up and they did! They have a fantastic variety of teas and tea accessories and a big variety of coffee too. They are very helpful, very nice and the customer service is amazing!

An amazing store with almost every tea and coffee you can think of. All varieties of black, white, green and herbal teas and coffee from all around the world. They have loose leaf and bag teas, there's even a small dispensary of tea where you can pick your own quantity. If they don't have it in store (which is rate) you can order it on there online store.The owner is extremely nice will help you with what ever you need. Cheapest prices I have ever seen. Also they have samples of the tea in front of the bags for you to smell and make sure its what you want. Lastly and most importantly, its super clean and the owner always wears a mask and makes sure to put on glove before touching anything in the store. Truly the best tea shop I have ever been too. I cant recommended enough.

I love this store! I can only have decaf products and they carry more variety in decaf black teas than anywhere else I have been. The owners are really nice and super helpful. They even custom grind there whole bean coffee! There is a large decaf variety of that too!

Nadine was very amiable and informative on the different types of tea (loose and sachet) that were on display. What is so great about this store is that you are able to smell a sample of each product and in that sense, gather an idea of what the teas will taste like before purchasing them. Although I spent a while browsing through each section, I never felt rushed. Even if you are not a huge tea lover, this location also offers a wide range of specialty coffee beans.I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who happens to find themselves in Haddonfield for a high-quality and affordable tea/coffee experience!

The owners is always incredibly helpful, and knows her stock very well for fantastic suggestions. There's usually always a sample sniff tin in front of the sealed ready to buy tins, and there's loads of accessories to choose from. I could easily stay for a few hours deciding what teas to try and adding to my collection.

this store and the owner rock. so hard! I randomly stopped in for a last min Xmas gift and wasn't overwhelmed by the seemingly endless types of teas, coffees, and honeys only bc the owner is the coolest. she's ridiculously helpful and genuinely nice, but wasn't creeping me out/following me around pushing a sale. I'm so indecisive, to a major fault, so she could have easily gotten annoyed, but, nope. she was cool, generous, and extremely sweet. I ended up with (I hope) a good gift and she def got a return customer. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and check this place out! great selection and totally reasonable prices!!!👍😁😎🤑 🍵☕ 🍯🐻 (lol, it's a honey bear, dude!)

If you are a tea enthusiast, do visit this place and thank me later! This place is amazing. Tea from all over the planet. Regular tea, gourmet tea, experimental tea (black tea with green tea/coffee or rooibos with fruit chunks etc), coffee - it's a dream place for tea connoisseurs. Also has a cabinet for honey enthusiasts. You also get a point for each dollar spent. You get discount once you collect 40 points/spend $40. The lady who owns the shop is friendly and knowledgeable.

Wonderful shop with a warm and inviting owner who bends over backwards to help you. I went in only knowing I was buying a gift for someone who likes tea, but nothing else. The owner made many suggestions and was so kind and informative. Turns out the gift recipient LOVES the tea! Very happy customer.

I love this store. Always a pleasant shopping experience. I wish I could spend money here more often. Now that I've given up Starbucks, maybe I can... It's so important to support local shops, especially these days, and especially those that are Black-owned.Try their Rainforest Nut coffee. It's amazing.
