This is a fantastic store with a tremendous inventory and even better people! I paid Lisa and Irene a visit last weekend in search of a specific Gucci Backpack which is extremely hard to find. Lisa actually knew the backpack well and let me know that one of her competitors had the bag in stock. She showed me the other store’s Instagram post from the week prior and had no problems with me purchasing the bag there. I was so confused that she didn’t try to get the bag from the store herself and then sell it to me… I would have paid much more for it! She was just happy to help. It’s classy people like this that I want to do business with. I will be back as a customer again and again!

The best and most trusted consignor in New Jersey !!!! Great selection and beautiful items for those that are interested in buying . For the seller…. The only place to sell!!!!!! Lisa is super trustworthy, honest and fair ! Keeps your items safe and in perfect condition and sells them quickly . You will also always get fair and consistent pay out. Lagos, Chanel, Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, and Gucci to name a few.As a consigner and a purchaser, I truly appreciate the attention to detail given ensuring merchandise is at the caliber customers want.Space is at a premium at Lavish Loft so the proprietor is selective on items chosen to go on the floor.If you cater to more mainstream designers, such as Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton you will certainly want to purchase and consign items with The Lavish Loft.Before you consign, I highly recommend contacting the store owner and asking about their Guidelines and preferred brands.I've been shopping and consigning off and on at the Lavish Loft since 2017. Mostly items for consignment are inspected upstairs however there are times when the inspection is done on the floor where customers shop.I recommend that when inspecting merchandise for consignment, please perform the inspection upstairs. This avoids the conversation as to why an item was not selected.Some comments made on the floor can be potentially embarrassing to the consignee as customera can hear the exchange.Therefore, inspecting clothes in a private area eliminates 2 things: 1) conversation as to why an item wasn't selected and 2) any potential embarrassment to the consignee. Another thing, I do have think customera should be privy to that conservation at all.Finally, just to summarize The Lavish Loft is a trusted and valuable source for pre-owned mainstream luxury merchandise such as handbags, sunglasses and coats and jewelry (Lagos). The staff are knowledgeable and polite.Hope you find this review useful and helpful.

I never post reviews but this place is an amazing store. High end thrift at its finest. I have enjoyed shopping there many times. The employees and owners are extremely lovely and helpful. I purchased a much needed gown at an incredible price, and am still in love with my vintage Gucci pocketbook that was a great bargain. Don't miss this treasure of a shop.

Hands down the best consignment store in Haddonfield. Their team works with care to ensure each item is authentic and in good shape. The store is always clean and well run. They have a great variety of everyday and designer items. The staff is always willing to help, answer any questions, and even guide you to some great finds! Always good deals and new things to find. A can’t miss stop in downtown Haddonfield!

You can’t even tell this is a consignment store. The whole place sparkles and everything looks new. THE place to go for designer bags at great prices. Truly every designer, every color, every style. Dressy dresses, accessories, shoes, whatever you need. And Lisa is incredible! Will help you put a whole outfit together. Really fun experience.

I would not support this business again, and advise anyone to be careful when working with this business. I gave these women a plethora of Lilly Pulitzer items for consignment. It was my first time consigning and they have a donation policy if they feel items aren't going to sell. I expressed, in person, my concern for their policy on donating my Lilly pulitzer clothes, some with tags still, and they reassured me Lilly Pulitzer always sells and that they would be checking in at the end of my consignment and not to worry.I checked in every few months. At first, they did not put my items on the floor for many months. When they finally did, I would get a venmo payment monthly. One month I did not get an invoice and asked what the status was. They said the consignment was done. I asked where the rest of my items were, about $600 worth of clothing, priced at about ~$250 in their storefront, and they told me they donated them.I was shocked.After all our conversations and lengthy conversation, they did exactly what I asked them not to- to dispose my property without talking to me first. When I reminded them of our many conversations and showed them emails that referenced those conversations, they said I didn't have it detailed in writing and "they would not" be giving me a dime for my things they threw away, because the contract states they can donate items that dont sell.This is true, I didnt have our conversations recorded or detailing in writing or in a new contract and so it was my fault that I trusted them and their verbal reassurances, and my fault for not having it in writing and thinking these were forthright people. In hindsight I feel they were just telling me what I wanted to hear so I would give them my clothes.I tried to work it out with them and it was very clear they didn't care. I cant say I recommend them to anyone, it was a bad experience for certain.In days like these where people are struggling, its unfortunate that a business would operate like this. Its not right and after my personal experience, I do not recommend anyone supporting or working with this business.

Love this boutique!! Perfectly organized and wonderful styles to choose from. You would never know this is a consignment shop, it’s boutique is similar to the big city! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful!! I recommend the Lavish Loft shopping experience to everyone I know/meet.

This is not your average consignment store. They are miles above with their customer service and merchandise. All of their designer handbags go through an authentication process, so you know you are truly getting what you pay for. Be very aware if a consignment store does not offer this. I highly recommend this wonderful business!

Nice selection and workers were really nice. It does smell inside a little bit like dusty mothballs but maybe because of the used stuff. Also the prices are a little high. They have a lot of micheal Kors used that you can find brand new for cheaper price since they go on sale a lot.
