I just wanted to thank the beautiful ladies that went out of their way for me today in the deli department and awesome gentleman that helped me in the checkout line. I was their last customer ( for the deli department ) for the day, but they treated me like I was their first. I'm a hospice care aide so one of my patience was craving something special so while one of the ladies assisted me with that the other raved over the chocolate chip mint mousse so I had to try it. She asked that I come back and tell them how I liked it, well I don't believe I'll be around those parts again so I had to leave this comment., IT WAS DELICIOUS LADIES THANK YOU!!! And my husband loved it too... God Bless and thank you for everything that you do for us customers. Have a very Merry Christmas and an amazing New Year!!

I just visited this store for the first time since the complete remodeling was done. It is BEAUTIFUL! It is now brightly lit, immaculately clean and the selections are much more varied, accessible, and attractively displayed.I had stopped shopping here for awhile but now plan to resume my regular shopping trips. The staff is friendly (especially Kim), and the Acme/Lancaster brand meats are far superior to other local supermarkets at the same price point. My only negative comment is that there are never enough checkout aisles open and usually the one lane that is open has a long line. Self checkout is fine if I only have a few items, but not for a whole weekly order.

Very nice staff, clean store, and solid selection of items. Unfortunately, much of what’s here is vastly overpriced - you’re paying “Haddonfield prices.” Look out for deals and bulk buys. Otherwise, be wary.

This is a small, old store in town. It’s easy to shop at. The employees are extremely friendly. They have many regular customers.

This store is small and higher priced. Because of it's size it is easy to navigate and the location is very convenient to the neighborhood. It is rumored to be bought by Albertsons and has recently been updated.

This new ACME slaps! The new meat and seafood counter is awesome and the produce is very fresh. The people there are super helpful and the new selection is great!

Very convenient market - has mostly everything I need. They’ve definitely improved their product selection. Good meat and deli department. Can’t do without them. Update: They’ve had a big makeover, and the store is beautiful now! I put their selection and price against any of the other supermarkets in this area. They also have things the others don’t. Proud to support my local market.

The sign said herb 3/5 , must buy 3. I bought 3 and did self check out and they didn't ring up. I was charged $4.98 for 2 and $2.49 for the third. I was in a rush , but that isn't right.

I love this little ACME. I decided to walk to this store a couple of weeks ago as part of my exercise. I used to get all of my grocery items delivered via Instacart but I think I will keep coming here instead from now on. It was my third or fourth visit to the store today, and I discovered that this store has everything I need and want. I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, some nuts, some grains, some dairy products - yes, I live a simple life and this store is perfect with high quality products! The employees are very friendly, too :)

1.) Efficiency issue: Extremely long check-out wait due to inefficiency & understaffing — Please replace 2 habitually-unstaffed lanes with self check-out lanes!2.) Quality issue: Notoriously-subpar produce.

It’s an ok store but any store or company that can’t handle NJ’s “no plastic bag” policy by just PROVIDING FREAKING CLOTH OR PAPER BAGS… is a piece of you know what, and this place doesn’t even give ya a basket to shop with anymore because “since the bag thing they all got stolen” - you morons cant think of a single creative solution to that??

This location of Acme was different than other Acme Markets I normally go to! The store wasn’t branded as regular Acme, rather it looked like a any individual store in any neighborhood. Inside the store I was amazed with the homely atmosphere! Small store yet it was organized in a nice way! Great Acme quality fresh fruits and vegetables 🥗! Shelves were full with merchandise and price tags were correct! Staff at the check out counter was so friendly and helpful I was super impressed! Great work!

Not only does the acme have my personal information for my phone number for certain discount codes but now they’ve implemented a policy where if you want to access their digital coupons, you must download an app and give the apple of your personal information and let that app remain active on your telephone. That in my opinion is an invasion of my privacy beyond what I need to give my grocery. So when you walk down the aisle and you see an item advertised for two dollars and that’s the only price advertised on the item and then I get to the register and then they say to me it’s six dollars because I did not and they will not give me the discount I feel that that is an unfair business practice and it’s all over store. So when you think about the Acme that my grandmother used to take m as being operated today it is not your friendly neighborhood grocery store anymore. I will do everything in my power, not to give this business, a penny more of my money ever again because it is totally. Hue is doing business. Not to mention the prices are inflated, and the quality of the food that they’re putting on the shelves isn’t as good as it used to be.. It’s time for the Acme to get bought or go in to retirement.

Acme has been the leader in inflated prices and this current pricing scheme makes it worse. As a single person, I find it more difficult to save here unless I buy something on clearance. Their model of "must by multiples of 3" or "must buy multiples of 5" to get the price is ridiculous (especially with produce) and more prevalent. Despite having a few wonderful staff members, this is no longer the store for me. I can order takeout every night and save more money.

We've been shopping here since 1978 when we moved to Cherry Hill. There are plenty of stores to choose from in the area, but we love the "little ACME" in Haddonfield! The staff are very friendly and helpful. It feels like a typical small town full service grocery store, because it is! It has close aisles and limited selections but they always seem to have what we're looking for! Unlike other smaller stores it is always organized and well stocked. I've never encountered a true mob shopping trip there, it's just a steady flow of regular customers. They have an excellent deli, great meat department and bakery. They cook quite a lot on site too! Fresh, clean, friendly and easy to get to. A perfect small town store!

I only use this Acme if I'm driving by and need to grab something quick. The aisles are a bit tight as it's an rather old and small Acme. The staff have never been particularly friendly or helpful so if I'm doing shopping for the week I prefer the Westmont Acme where everyone is friendly and helpful from my very first visit.

I'm not a huge fan of Acme, in general, but this one very close to my house and more convenient than going to a big grocery store. This Acme is very small with just the basics, but it's nice and well kept. The staff is always friendly. It always smells strongly of fried food, so I try to keep my trip quick so my clothes don't pick up the smell.

They have a good selection of items and offer delivery or pickup with online orders. For anyone with mobility issues this is much appreciated. My orders have always been filled accurately and with a cordial service. I prefer the in-store service here versus a close by grocery.people are more helpful and friendly. With their ongoing specials I find prices are competitive now

Karen the cashier is not a happy camper working on XMas Eve. Threw my groceries across the belt and told me Merry Christmas. No help bagging. Very passive aggressive. Make sure you bag quickly or you’re groceries will be smashed and destroyed. Merry Christmas Karen

I’ve just returned from this Acme location. My family and I had previously enjoyed our experience shopping at this location , but sadly this experience was very different. Tonight my husband, son and I entered the store to shop for milk and various groceries for my family. I picked up a few items and walked around the store to search for my husband and son. I was getting tired as I am 8 months pregnant and couldn’t find them. So I had put my items down to call him and I again met up with him. We proceeded to the self checkout and while their an employee made us feel very uncomfortable standing over us keeping a watchful eye as though we were stealing. And as we got to our vehicle and loaded our car my husband had noticed another employee standing outside again watching us. My family and I felt very uncomfortable and discriminated against. My family and I will not only not be returning to this location but will never give business to ACME Markets again.

I love this Acme. It has a small town feel for sure. It’s literally right in the middle of a neighborhood & abuts a main-street through a walkable town which gives it an old fashioned vibe. Its perfect for my elderly mother who feels overwhelmed in the huge overly mobbed stores. The employees are considerate, friendly & extremely helpful ! The store is clean & well stocked. The only downside is they don’t carry some of my regular items, which aren’t the norm (like coconut sugar ) & have limited organics (but improving) so I do have to find those elsewhere but I do most of my shopping here. I hope Acme never closes this sweet little store.

Have not been to this Acme in over 27 years. Looks just the same just newer products. Visiting from Washington State originally from Haddonfield. It is nice to see the store still here. In my youth there was a photomat booth in the parking lot.

Historic Acme in Haddonfield! This Acme isn't terribly large, but they are pretty well stocked when you don't want to make a run to a larger super-grocery store, you may just need to know where to look. The folks are friendly, and the fresh food is always well presented. Their prepared foods are very good as well.

This Amce feels like home when you're shopping. The staff is super friendly and efficient they are always willing to help! It's clean and not too big where you feel overwhelmed.. Yes, the prices are sometimes a bit higher than other supermarkets but it's conveniently located and the atmosphere is nice!

This store could use more variety in some areas but that is most likely due to the buildings size and age. The produce area definitely lacks in variety and sometimes lacks in quality. But I must say, there are plenty of employees that have wonderful customer service skills.

Convenient Market. A bit high priced for a regular market. Hope it sticks around because it's close to home. The people are mostly friendly. I thought just customers got a bit surly. Lisa is the best supervisor in the area. Supplies dwindle quickly and are replaced slowly but the shelves are usually well stocked with what they have. With that said, you can certainly make a decent meal with what they sell.

This is my favorite grocery store. Reason why.. Customer service is extremely friendly and helpful. Even though I wish the store would go through an upgrade and get self checkout. Have more registers open when it’s busy .

Always clean and well stocked. There aren’t often many check outs open but that’s okay because they have many Self Check Outs that are very straight forward to use.

The deals on meat and other foods are great and have good quality, but the produce quality is terrible. I have found mold on the strawberries multiple times, vegetables are mushy or dried out. Great for nonperishables but would never recommend produce. A woman named Rena who works the registers is fabulous and always kind.
