Trying to refill a prescription over the telephone and it's impossible !!! Asked to enter my Rx # , which I do and immediately get a recording saying they're unable to find it ! I've had the same prescription for years and the recording is not being honest when they say they can't find it. They're obviously trying to get people to use the app only. I then press the number to speak with the pharmacist and again get an immediate recording saying they can't help me now and it disconnects !!! 😡😡😡😡

I had a good experience at CVS today. I was able to pick up my medications and leave the store knowing that I had what I needed.

I can think of nothing they could do to improve the experience I had today. I went in to inquire about a COVID booster shot and the pharmacist could not have been more helpful, even assisting with getting COVID tests.

Employees are very kind and knowledgeable. The line moves fast and although I forgot my coupon they still gave it to me which I know they didn’t have to but still did. This is my go to CVS from now on.
