It's sad when you spent lots of money in your local dollar tree and the cashier Luz checks your 20 bills. It's even worse when the line is full and she keeps double checking your money over and over again saying that she can't tell if it's real or not because the 20 bills is old. I think you should give your employees markers to check the bills or find new employees who don't embarrass your black customers. I will never spend another dime of my money in this dollar tree again.

Manager and a customer had a big blow out arguing while the line was long.Then she walks away left to do call the police while everyone is telling her to come back to check out the customers. Real big mess of cursing back and forth and yelling in front of kids.

Freezer has been broken for over 2 months. Manager never knows when it will be fixed. Staff is nice but sometimes the store is a mess. Inventory not stocked until shelves go bare. Very inconsistent. District Manager needs to step up and do a better job here.

The store itself actually isn't bad all. I only gave 3 stars because the management their just seem to treat they're employees like trash. I mean how can you make money if customers aren't happy and its hard to make customers happy when you were berated in front of a customer for something little. I'm not trying to be rude but maybe upper management should be more involved in how basic store associates are treated as it would be more profitable for the whole company in the long run.

I went into the store yesterday normally when I go there I'm always able to use the restroom now I'm guessing it's New Management and they're saying the restrooms are out of order even though they aren't those signs have been up there since last year they serve the public yet the public can't use the restrooms and the manager and the cashiers are talking about their boyfriend and their love life as if it's my time to work it's just so unprofessional and very ghetto

I visited the Gloucester City store and had a fantastic shopping experience,Rosa was awesome, Rosa was at the cash register and was very pleasant. Rosa greeted me with a very warm hello. Rosa was professional and accommodating. Thank you so much. Mike L

Every time I go in to this store which is at least once if not 2x a week. The store is dirty and the cashier is rude. Either the green dot system is down or cashier doesn't know how and then don't want to help to do it or waiting for someone to come up to cone to the register to having to search the store to help anyone to help. Everyone is that store is rude. And if course they never have anything stocked.

Love love love this Dollar Tree!Always clean and well stocked great values. Never looks cluttered or disorganized. The staff is always kind and helpful. Checkout is always quick and easy. I've been to otherDollar Trees all over and this one is definitely top notch!

Sitting outside the store because I thought they opened at 9.. At least that's what is advertised. Well they're not open and I got here at 9:03. Called and got no answer. Smh! It's 9:13 and somebody is inside the store but the doors are still locked and they're just inside not answering the phone or opening the door.. at least let people know if you're not opening

This is a "quiet" Dollar Tree, off the beaten path that most of these outlets seek. There is a fairly nearby one in the ShopRite shopping center in Brooklawn that probably attracts more of the area traffic. I visited on a weekday around midday, and found the shelves well stocked. One thing you may find different in various DTs is the variety of grocery items. With the increase in prices, it looks like the brand is able to provide better imventory. It is wise to shop here first for many of the staples the supermarket will have for double and triple the price. Paper goods, cleaning supplies, and their biggest sellers in party and holiday themed decorations and accessories.The staff was polite and very helpful. As usual they don't want their carts to.leave the store, so one of them helped me carry multiple bags out to my car. If I'm in the area, I would seek out this location over the one in Brooklawn, which is also nice, by the way.

Workers are nice but 3 times I had issues with customers. ( High talking to their self. Knodding out even had a lady threaten a woman with a baby in line) I feel sorry for the worker store clean and organized.... I'm always shopping in town and only ever had issues here.

This location is a newer dollar tree, compared to others it's a gem! It's usually well stocked, the staff has been friendly and items are easy to find. The parking lot is quite small and on a very steep incline (especially for lower vehicles) and can cause damage if your not careful.

Sick and tired of this dollar tree … it’s like every time I go here there is something going on.. there supposed to be open by 9am it’s now 10:46 on Dec 22nd and I go to the store and the doors are locked yet again .. this isn’t the first time this location was closed even though they are supposed to open at 9am .. there were a line of cars outside and people walking up ! I looked through the windows couldn’t see anyone called the store got no answer this is absolutely not okay it’s almost 2 hours after this store is supposed to open and here we are again closed .. if there short staffed that had nothing to do with people who need to shop if you can’t handle it close the store down ! It’s getting old honestly! so sick of this store I’ll take my business else where !

They really do try. Customers just really don't care and leave a mess. Employees try their best to keep up with it. Be a decent person and don't leave a mess behind yourself like a child.

Went there tonight to get 70% isopropyl alcohol, they only had the 50% one. I was very annoyed by the trillions of bugs that swarmed lights and windows in front of store, and felt very uncomfortable shopping with the amount of bugs that was in the store....I left sooner than I wanted to

Cashier was not very mindful when I said I can't see to select EBT then she lift the machine up so I can see. I was struggling.to slide card.she could of lift the machine up then so I wouldn't of had a hard time.

They don't have a lot of options, I mean it's a dollar store but even so. The store is okay but everything is out of order or on the floor most of the time and it really seems like staff don't do their job. If you are in and out, know what you want, get it and go then it's an okay experience. I must say though the bathrooms are horrendous.
