I have never had such a wonderful experience with a veterinarian and the people who work with him… shout out to Jason and Joanna who were wonderful. They all treated Sassy with such compassion... Even though I showed up an hour late because I could not get Sassy in the carrier, Dr. Sepulveda gave her such a thorough examination and put my mind at ease. I have found my forever vet.😻

I tried to make an appointment for my cat this morning. I spoke to Jessica over the phone I never never never had someone that rude! I heard the doctors are so nice over there and people advice me to go there but if she welcomes their new patients this way I can tell you people will find an other vet. She was just horrible !!!! This Jessica was the rudest person.

While a deeply difficult thing to write about, I feel compelled to share about my experience with the amazing and compassionate team at Veterinary Wellness Center of Glen Rock. When we had to make the impossible decision to look for end of life care for our Maltese of 18years we could not have imagined the care, compassion and consideration we received here. The staff was incredibly sympathetic, gave us a warm and private setting to say our goodbyes and Dr. Sepulveda walked us through every step of the process with care and kindness so our little guy could go in peace. They even went so far as to send us a hand signed sympathy card in the mail which is a touch above and beyond. While its the most devastating loss to say goodbye to your pet this team makes it that much easier to bring peace and healing to the process. They are truly angels and we will be forever grateful.

Dr. Sepulveda, along with his wonderful staff, are knowledgeable , warm, and caring and have always taken great care of my dog, Lily. They have always been professional to her and I, whether it be for routine visits with vaccines, blood work, and allergy care to sick visits and cleaning of her teeth. The office is immaculate and efficient and I would highly recommend this office for all your pet care.

Everything that has been written here already about Dr. Sepulveda is absolutely true and is why we have been taking our two Labradoodles to him since the month he opened in Glen Rock. However, what finally drove me to write this review was the incredible service that he and his staff provided last month when I wasn't even in his office. The dogs and I had an early morning flight out of JFK and the airline was not going to let us on the plane because of a problem with our documents. I called the office and his staff snapped into action, getting a hold of the doctor, getting new documents printed and signed, and then take a pic of them with their iPhone to send them to me standing at the check-in counter. Absolutely amazing. Just a wonderful doctor and a really great local business. Everyone with a pet in Glen Rock should think of going nowhere else...

Dr.Sepulveda is an amazing doctor and his practice is top notch! From the professionalize and kindness of the employees, accommodating scheduling, clean and high tech facility. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new veterinarian. Our Jasper (cat) had a small accident and the office got us in the same day, with no wait and no rush during the appointment. The Dr takes time to explain every detail and his professionalize reassured us we are in great hands. The staff is amazing with our cat and is very caring and loving. The office and technology is amazing as well. From basic health, eye care, dental care, injury rehab and surgical area I would not trust any other practice with Jasper. I highly recommend this practice and would never take Jasper anywhere else. If I could rate 100 stars I would! Thank you Dr.S and staff for your amazing work!

Dr. Sepulveda, Regina, Elise, and all the amazing techs at the Veterinary Wellness Center go above and beyond. When our 20 year-old cat Patches grew a mysterious bump on his jaw, they walked us through the options keeping Patches’ comfort and quality of life as the top concern. When we brought our in anxious dog, Buster Brown, the doctor was kind, gentle, and took the time to develop a relationship with him so that next time he’s not so scared to go to the vet. I cannot recommend this team enough—they have made us feel cared for and it is clear that they place the animals comfort first. We have found our forever vet!

So glad I found this office after never feeling 100% satisfied with a vet for my cat Ivy!! This staff is wonderful from start to finish. Even during these troubling times they are on their A game and offer only the best service. Dr Sepulveda is so kind and very knowledgeable. I feel so comfortable knowing Ivy is always in great hands at this practice.

Always a positive experience. Friendly staff, knowledgeable vet. Unfortunately we had to put one of our dogs to sleep last Summer and they were very gracious and supportive. Having to say goodbye to a pet is a deeply sad moment and they were kind and caring during every step, even with the pandemic and the strict limits on what they could allow. We continue to take our other dog there for their outstanding care.

Dr. Sepulveda is an amazing veterinarian. He is a superb diagnostician and has kept our cats in good health for many, many years. We travel forty-five minutes each way just to have him and his wonderful staff take care of our pets. His facility in Glen Rock is state- of-the-art and both pet and pet-parent friendly. Dr. Dennis and the staff are so caring that on the recent occasion when our Allie had to stay for a few nights, he didn't want to come home ;)!

The BEST Veterinary medical facility that I have ever brought dogs too. Dr Sepulveda is extremely dedicated to the care of dogs AND cats. He makes follow up calls for all of your visits & truly wants to make sure your pet gets better. The office has a wonderful group of 3 Veterinary Technicians (Jennifer, Corrine, & Omar) that are very knowledgeable & handle your pets with the best care. The facility is beautiful & so modern. Very clean & comfortable. It has the newest technology & most modern & up-to-date amenities (tables, tools, computers, etc). I take all 3 of our dogs here & there is never an issue. Appointments can be scheduled the day of. There is never a wait & they schedule appointments so it is never overcrowded. Your pet will receive the best care in the most calm environment here. Pricing is very fair & most often follow up visits are complimentary. Any prescriptions or other products are also priced less than where I have previously. I am thrilled to have discovered Dr. Sepulveda & his amazing Veterinary Wellness Center.

After 3+ weeks of trying to make an appointment to get a molding for a brace for our dog, and getting x-rays sent over, the Veterinary Wellness Center of Glen Rock told us they are not currently doing brace moldings due to covid-19. We had to call time after time to mention we were still waiting for a call from the vet. Why it took them weeks to tell us this is incredibly unprofessional and our dog is still with a splint and wrap now for weeks longer than needed as well as costing us over 200+ of dollars of re-wraping cost from our current vet. I am sincerely disappointed in this veterinarian's office, and do not understand why Covid-19 has any reasoning for why my dog couldn't be sent in for a molding.I would just like to add that the comment below is an utter lie, my father called this afternoon 9/4 after still not receiving the call back from 9/2 Wednesday's call. We had given them our home phone and 2 cellphones in concerns that they weren't reaching us, we began calling on the second week in august when I made the first phone call to request the visit! I was told that the doctor was going to call back in reference to the procedure because sedation would be needed and they were unsure how they were handling the situation during covid. I WAS NEVER at any point offered an appointment offered, you might want to check with your receptionist and your call logs. Also my father would have never had to check with his wife, he would have taken the appointment no matter the date or time. My father, mother and myself were all home after 5pm today 9/4 and NONE of us received a call from you or a voice-mail in fact not one was ever left in all the times we've called other than once in the very beginning. The current vet is EXCELLENT and came highly recommended (animal emergency referral) whom are the ones that recommended our dog had gotten fit for brace weeks ago. Their records indicate that the x-ray was sent August 26th. I'm sorry if you truly believe this review is unfit.

I love Dr Sepulveda! He saw my dog Cardi for the first time and he did a thorough checkup then answered allll my questions. (I had tons) Despite having soo many questions I didn't feel rushed at all and he gave me thorough answers for each and every one of my questions! He was also kind and you could also tell he really cares about pets and pet parents! Also his staff were so kind and friendly! I am blown away with this office! Thank you all! 😊

I cannot express enough how wonderful the Veterinary Wellness Center of Glen Rock is. Dr. Sepulveda and his caring staff put the emotional and physical needs of every dog first. As a professional trainer I am very impressed by the high level of care especially in regards to creating "stress-free" experiences for both pet and owner. The facility is warm and welcoming with the most up-to-date laser technology and forward-focus for pet wellness. I have taken both of my soft coated wheaten terriers here and was very impressed.

I have had to go there several times recently due to one of my dogs being diagnosed with diabetes . Dr Sepulveda and his staff are smart , loving and wonderful with animals . They can always be reached for questions and concerns . My Mia is doing really well and so much better than she has been for months . The office ,operating room and the area where pets are kept are immaculate . My dogs actual love to go there , which most animals shake when going to Vets offices . I went there because I won a free neuter but ended up getting a great Veterinary that my dogs and I love .

Dr. Sepulveda is a true cat whisperer! My crazy cats were calm during their visit to get their check-ups and vaccinations. The staff was compassionate and professional and the prices were reasonable. They saw me on time, had a nice clean, professional, state-of-the-art office and I was given a tour of the office, and got to meet some kitty rescues, courtesy of Dr. Sepulveda. He loves what he does, and it shows!

Receptionist was very rude and our team called on 3 different occasions from a specialty referring veterinary office. It’s not what you say, but how you say it and on all occasions we called for records that were never sent (11/16/22, 11/18/22 and 11/21/22) and in return shown with extreme attitude and disrespect.

My pups -- Jake, Rachel and formerly Viva -- have been cared by Dr. Sepúlveda since he joined Millburn Veterinary about sixteen years ago. He's handled many issues for me: from the complex and serious to the ordinary and routine. It is a relationship that has been thoroughly tested, and it is for that reason that I followed him to Glenn Rock from Millburn, and why I trust him.But I am not the only one who likes him. My dogs like him and trust him, and that makes a world of difference. When he moved to Glenn Rock, I tested other veterinarians with outstanding credentials and reputations, and none of us were as comfortable as with Dr. Sepulveda. My dogs were distressed, so that was the end of that. When my dogs walk by his hospital, they WANT to go in. Who ever heard of dogs who like going to the vet?But his practice is not simply composed of Dr. Sepulveda; it also includes Lisa, Jennifer, Corinne, Laurie and Maria. Dr. Sepulveda sets the tone for the practice, and the tone is gentle, caring and sometimes silly/playful. These are all people that you want taking care of your furry family when you are not capable of addressing their needs.Veronica
