I have two doodles, and was so frustrated trying to find a groomer for them in New Jersey that I was driving to the city for months. I was recommend Ruff To Fluff on the street by another doodle mom, and wow, this place is incredible! My dogs have never been so relaxed coming home from the groomer. They were sparkling clean and expertly styled. Not only do they look amazing, they feel happy which is all I care about. Another plus is that they were ready in three hours! Most groomers take 4-5 hours. Highly recommend!

Danny is very unprofessional. He left a voicemail about a “missed appointment” that I did not schedule and stated that he no longer wants our business.I picked up my dog Hershey from her previous appointment on April 6th, but i did not schedule her next appointment that day. I also never would have scheduled an appointment on a Tuesday because I am not able to take her on Tuesday’s.My mother called him and tried sorting out the problem with him, but she said he was rude to her over the phone and had no interest in listening.In the voicemail he said we also missed an appointment on March 5th, but that day was a Sunday, and they aren’t even OPEN on Sunday’s. So how did we miss a previous appointment on a day that you aren’t even open?? He also does not call the day before to confirm appointments like most businesses do, which would have completely prevented this entire situation. Now we have to find a new groomer for our dog because of his scheduling mistake. I did not book that Tuesday appointment.Since then, I have called multiple times and left a voicemail to call me back, but it’s been a week and he still has not called back. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but if Danny had just called me back to sort out this misunderstanding, I wouldn’t even be writing this.

Danny and his crew are awesome! My mini goldendoodle always looks great after bath and haircut. They are very passionate and kind. Super recommend them!

My brother has taken his dog here for the first time and will definitely not be going back. They shaved his hair down saying he was matted when he was not and cut his ears. His dog also doesn’t act the way he use to. He’s been off since he’s gotten his haircut. I would not recommend taking your dog here unless you want your dog to be traumatized.

Today was our first time using Ruff to Fluff. Everything about this service was great! Our dog was groomed perfectly. She came out with her tail happily wagging. The customer service was also great. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

I have been bringing our 2 dogs here since Danny opened, last time I attempted to drop them off for grooming Danny came out with an Assistant and told be one of our dogs was very matted( he wasn’t) he gets brushed daily. He told me he would have to close the store just to groom the one dog and that it would cost $200-$400, laughable. I walked out, I often wonder why both dogs wanted to leave the minute I walked in every time. Find another groomer.

They did our puppy cut very badly.It look like they don’t know grooming at all.Very disappointed with their service.We told clearly no short cut and in worst they shaved our dog completely.Worst experience.Not professional at all.We Will never visit againupdate to owner reply: Its absolutely false statement that he is matted completely. The money we pay is your responsibility to clear some matts.

Came in asking for a puppy cut, brought a photo and everything. They criticized the photo, and then cut our dog completely differently. Cut her hair super short, almost shaved with long hair on ears and tail. We’re so disappointed. Will never go there again.

Worst groomers I have ever been to. Cut my dog so close to his skin it was welting, red, and my dog can’t stop licking the wounds. PLEASE go to a different groomers.
