Pharmacists and staff are exceptional. They have gone above and beyond when I’ve needed to fill prescriptions quickly and have always been available to answer my questions patiently. Although they are not the nearest pharmacy, I much prefer using this pharmacy to chain pharmacies.

Fast, friendly service + great shopping - this pharmacy retains its hometown personality and is honestly an absolute delight to go into. We've been customers since we moved to town 22 years ago and have used them exclusively for our pharmacy needs for at least 20 of those years, and have never been disappointed. I've never felt rushed when I have questions, and they've gone the extra mile dealing with insurance a few times for us, too. Worth noting that they're now offering vaccines!

Rock Ridge went above and beyond. They called insurance to help determine why my medication was not able to be processed, order the meds and had them ready all within 6 hours. Super efficient! Friendly staff! Very clean. They were great with me (I got the booster) and my 5 year old daughter who was afraid to get her first COVID vaccine. She was happy it was quick n didn't cry. The nice lady (forgot her name) that gave us the shots was great with kids. Everyone there was really nice. My prescription was ready then too. I definitely recommend this pharmacy!

I made my appointment for my booster vaccine online on a Thursday and was able to get an appointment on Saturday. When I got to the store there was quite a long line but sure enough it moved quickly and from beginning to end I was there 1/2 hour. That included the 15 minutes I had to wait after receiving my vaccine. They have the system working like a well oiled machine. Good job Rock Ridge!

My wife and I came in for our booster shot, having made appointments online. Things moved so smoothly and easily once it was our turn. It was my first time in the store. It’s full of a lot of great little gifts items as well. And tons of greeting cards. What a fun little treasure to discover just down the road. CVS has nothing on this gem.

I went here for the first time for my son's COVID vaccine and it was a wonderful experience. The physician/nurse explained to my 6 year old what would be happening and kept him calm. My son was so proud for not crying and getting his vaccine. I was so happy with our experience there!

What wonderful staff at this pharmacy. My uneasiness at getting vaccinated was alleviated by Lucia at the pharmacy counter and Michelle, the pharmacist who administered the shot. They were quite competent and friendly. They explained the process, what to expect, and addressed all of my concerns. The small town, neighborhood feel of the place was calming and relaxing. Much better than going to a crowded vax center. The personal, friendly service went beyond what you expect these days.

Went there for Moderna booster. Very efficient operation, store employees are very nice. Had to wait 15 minutes after shot. There are nice gifts in the store to look at.Found a cute small teddy bear for my granddaughter.
