I’m a young women every time I come in to CVs glenrock a big sized older women who i assume is the manager profiles me and makes comments. I come in here and if she’s here she’ll follow me around. I come to CVs almost every other day every single time I’ve paid for my stuff the utter disrespect. Today as she leaves in front of my face as I walk in she’ says to another manager “watch her.” It’s incredibly rude and unprofessional. Maybe she needs to stop stuffing her face with chips and do her job instead of harassing PAYING costumers. Disgusting treatment.

CVS, Glen Rock, pharmacy department- Sofia as lead pharmacist is outstanding! Kind, efficient and professional. Also a shoutout to two or her team, Michele & Alkada. They are friendly and engaging. Great team, great leader.

We should sue this place for negligence abuse including prejudice for mistreating my caretaker who is my friend.This is one of the absolutely worst places in the history of rubbish cvs store quality that blond middle aged "Julie" always double charges my and dear friend on a tight income.Some chick at the pharmacy who is a technician repeatedly mucked up my prescriptions by putting in more than a month of monthly supply with refills instead pf one monthly supplyIf that isnt enough that manager Sharon is terrible and in the pharmacy previously they gave the wrong medicine and when I had a very severe flu and athma attacks frequently they put me on hold I just needed a refill two hours on hold ended going to thr hospital later because of not having my meds. Deplorable inhuman treatment of anyone.

The manager was not friendly. I still can’t comprehend that a great company could have people like her. I feel bad for the people that work for her. If this CVS closes I wouldn’t be surprise. Hopefully, someone fires her soon but now I will go to other CVS. Where they are helpful? Especially give Great Customer Service! I wish the Best for the ones that left because I personally wouldn’t want to work with her either. Those poor kids having to put up with her.

My prescriptions were called in by my doctor at around 9:30 in the morning and as of 230 this afternoon I still do not have them. I still do not have a notification that they are ready. Why on earth are these people taking a lunch break at the same time? I know that Cvs policy but it’s ridiculous. There’s no reason in the world why everyone needs to go to lunch at the same time completely insane.

This store is most likely the worst cvs i’ve been too. I am CONSTANTLY being accusing of shoplifting. I have been non stop harassed by the rude and unhelpful staff. Especially the perfectly named manager “Karen”. There is a women with bright blue hair that absolutely loves following me and my friends outside and yells at us. And worst of “Meisha” is the most rude and disrespectful old women i have ever encountered. She has accused me of shop lifting, harassed me, followed me back to my car, screamed in my face, kicked me out and refused service to me on many occasions.On top of all of that, the pharmacy is awfully slow and the store is constantly messy and unorganized. Not to mention they are never restocked.I am going to corporate and will never be going back to this store.

This pharmacy is without a doubt the absolute worst place I have ever experienced. I have had numerous issues with various doctors for myself, my children, and my spouse. The problem is always the same.The doctor calls in prescriptions only for CVS to claim they did not receive them. One doctor was on hold for 45 minutes while i was in the store, speaking with the pharmacist in person who claimed nobody had called in hours. I'd rather go to the trunk of a car in the Bronx than deal with this place again.

I've been to this CVS twice. The first time my prescription was not available until 45 minutes past the time quoted. Yesterday I received a text asking me if I wanted to refill. Said yes and got a response indicating that it would be ready at noon today. Showed up at 1pm. Was told that they do not have any prescriptions (not "we got it but haven't filled it). When I showed her the text she said yes we have it but haven't filled it and that the text says it will be ready at noon and they will contact me when ready. I cancelled it and will try another CVS in the area.

Worse run CVS in the area, bar none. Been coming here for yrs as it’s close to my house. Always has long lines and empty shelves regardless of time of day. Just provided feedback to the manager who I happened to see in the store this morning. She could barely hold back a yawn. She literally did not care.If anyone at CVS HQ is reading this then you should prioritize coaching up this store’s leadership team, or perhaps consider a regime change.

Indeed I agree that this is the worst pharmacy I have ever used, but I yet time again I give them a chance only to be disappointed. They know that I refill my scripts each month yet they always need to order them. I never received a script on the day written. You would think that a wealthy town would have their act together but it's quite the opposite.

Wasted several hours here attempting to have basic prescription filled to no avail. My newborn was added to my health insurance and this addition was confirmed...three times by my insurance company. The pharmacist, and techs she evidently trains, is/are under the misconception that medical care coverage and prescription coverage for the largest health insurance Co in the nation are always separate entities and my daughter is covered under "medical" but not under "prescription" ; my health insurance company begs to differ. And that certainly is not the case. This misnomer stems from an 1-800 number which is an affiliate of CVS. I am quite familiar with this 1-800 number and they do not have access to "real time" coverage info. Several calls to the main blue Cross/ blue shield hotline confirmed the "medical" and "prescription" coverage are both in effect at the same exact time, yet the CVS pharmacy chooses to blindly call their own affiliate number, which does not have info as current as blue Cross blue shield. After an hour or so attempting to educate the pharmacy, I finally ran out of time and patience and agreed to pay for my daughter's prescription , although it was covered under my insurance - then they tell me, "Come back after 5:00 pm tomorrow, we will have it then." They clearly saw, for an hour, I was trying to clear up their insurance issue to immediately obtain the medicine for my daughter- yet they failed to tell me they would not have the medicine available for 30 more hours anyway. If you would like to deal with a rude, curt, misinformed staff with no empathy... who does not have your medicine in stock and lacks basic critical thinking and customer service skills, go to this pharmacy. I'll be going elsewhere so my daughter isn't up crying her eyes out waiting for medicine. The pharmacist on duty clearly has no time for customers and is unwilling to listen to health insurance co. After I left , I again called blue cross blue shield and they apologized for CVS being misinformed and advised me again that the CVS affiliate hotline simply does not update as quickly as blue cross blue shield hotline number. I initiated a complaint through CVS's customer service number and was told they would promptly escalate this to district management, as it is an urgent matter.. 3.5 hours later... no call. CVS pharmacist exhibits cavalier, curt , dismissive attitude.

I had recently used the pharmacy. Instead of giving me me the medication prescribed, the staff gave me a generic brand. My doctor wrote on the prescription to give me the low dose version. Somebody must have not read the prescription because after going two weeks with horrible side effects; I gave up taking the medication. I saw my doctor and communicated with her how scared I was to take the medication again. And that’s when we realized that the pharmacy messed up the dosage. I probably won’t use that pharmacy again. It makes me extremely angry that it happened.

The worst experience I've ever seen. The behavior and dealing with patients are so bad . They don't work properly and blame insurance company. They try to change quantity of medications. The Dr prescribed 4 times a day but pharmacy says once a day. Treating very badly. Sorry I don't have more than worst word ........:(

This place really went down hill. There are always long lines in the front and also by the prescription counter. My most recent experience, and last one for sure, was today. Waited 15 minutes at 8 pm on the RX line. When I was finally called, I was told my prescription which was called in at noon was still not filled. When I told her it was blood pressure medicine and I needed it tonight I was told if I wait ten min they would give it to me, but they are backed up and almost a day behind. Really? To fill a bottle with 30 pills? Like I said.... Never again. Going to RiteAid.

Horrible customer service!! Last time they told me I wasn't insured, even though I showed them a valid insurance card. Had to have the doctor call and clear up the mess. There's always an issue here and they take forever for the simplest things.

It is one of the worst cvs in my area. The manager of the store is one of the meanest I ever met she acuses people and does not show the proof of she has against people. She takes personal problems against the customers. I do not recommend this store

Not expecting much from CVS but this one is the worst. Gave me the wrong medicine and another time declined insurance and blamed insurance but the reason was that they processed the claim wrong. Not going here anymore - there are plenty better alternatives.
