I stopped by the drive thru at Glassboro Walgreens tonight just to check if there was a outside chance that my prescription might be ready before closing. Pharmacy Tech Zack provided the kindest, fastest service I've ever received! In these times where everyone is in a hurry and many businesses are experiencing staffing shortages, it was so nice to encounter someone who extended such courteous assistance. Thank you Zack and kudos to the Glassboro Walgreens for hiring top notch employees!

Worst experience ever trying to get a vaccine. Pharmacist was terrible. Went in person with script to make an appointment. She said the name of vaccine was wrong. She set me up for a new appointment. I got a new script. Fill everything out online. Get there and now she tells me it is too soon after setting the appointment and seeing the dates prior. Also, why do you ask people to fill out the forms online, then ask the same questions at the store????Terrible experience. Never again!!!!

Went to pickup a prescription on Sunday 11.00 AM. Dispensary was closed and I was getting late. Pharmacist came at 11.08 AM. They dont even follow their opening timings. I will never come again. Good bye wallgreens.

They will cancel your prescription without calling you and when you try to call and ask why they never answer their phone. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

I was picking up a prescription at the pharmacy and i had a few other items in my basket. I asked if i can use the card on file to pay for my other items along with my prescription, (it is not a FSA card) and the woman at the counter said no because they were too busy. I understand, but there was nobody behind me and two people doing register. I needed items like bread and cans of soup and the card on file was the only way i can pay for these necessary items. I left with just my prescriptions and not the other things i needed. You don’t know what people are going through, sometimes the extra few minutes matters more than you think.

I just came into the drive- thru to pick up my prescription papers at the pharmacy due to a mix up in locations, one of the workers at the window with blond streaks decided to be extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I pulled up. As I explained my situation she was just rude and lastly said to me was “thanks for wasting our time”. I went in to complain and she’d just look at me disgustingly and say smart remarks. While speaking to the manager, she would say smart things under her breath. However, Mike who was on shift helped me out and actually was understanding. This was on 9/21/22. Right after they closed for 2 hours.

I’ve been to several pharmacy’s, cvs, Walmart, Rite aid, shoprite, acme, mom and pop pharmacy, and unfortunately Walgreens. I must say Walgreens is by far the worst pharmacy of them all. The girls at the glassboro pharmacy very seriously lack customer service skills let alone pharmacy skill, and the pharmacist that works there must have went to one of those short and cheap online pharmacy schools cause they lack knowledge of anything you asked them🤦♂️. They tell you one thing when it’s the complete opposite information 🤦♂️🤦♂️

The wait for a prescription is way to long. They told me to drive around 1st time for 20 mins, after 20 mins i returned to the window to wait behind a line of cars when it was my turn they told me it would be another 20 mins. It was just shy of an hr now. I called to complain about the wait and said they should've originally told me to come back after an hr instead of me waiting there for that time only to leave without my script,It was just amoxicillian for a baby. Ridiculous wait, go to another pharmacy if possible. I admit I was furious when I called but they weren't apologetic about the wait or wasting my time.

Maybe the worst pharmacy Ive ever seen. They are severely slow and unknowledgeable. They refuse to hire adequate staff to help with the demands of their customers. They do not follow up on issues that arise on their end. Awful pharmacy

This pharmacy sold me medication I did not need to increase their bottom line. Pharmacy manager told me that the doctor prescribed the medication for longer period usage. But my doctor advised me to discontinue the meds after two weeks. I lost $60 and got 2 more refills that I didn't need. They refused to take the meds back when i returned from the pharmacy and said I should have checked it before I left the store.

Usually don't have a problem with them but I just used the pharmacy for the first time and am very disappointed. I live 2 hours away and don't usually use Walgreens for prescriptions but this was an emergency that was called into this Walgreens from my surgeon at home and I needed to pick it up ASAP. They claimed there was no record of my prescription in their system and had me going in circles for half an hour until finally asking for a number to call my surgeon (on a weekend!). Once the person helping me got on the phone and said my name, the head pharmacist realized he was literally holding my script at the time...because they'd had it the whole time. It was just a big waste of time.

I have been getting prescriptions filled here for over 2 years. I had always been satisfied. However over the past 2-3 months, the service has deteriorated tremendously over multiple occasions. Will change pharmacies going forward.

Transfered my prescriptions from rite Aid that closed, maybe I'm spoiled, but every time I go there, something is wrong, they call my provider for a refill when I dropped off a script, two months in a row, told me I had 2 scripts, when I dropped off 3. Dropped of a script, said it would be ready in a few hours, there was an issue, no phone call to tell me it wouldn't be ready, standing in line to pick up a prescription, 4 people working, can't get waited on.i am done

It's ok high priced and with those prices at least you should be able to buy a bag. Seems i always forget and they never have them when I'm shopping there.

Asked the pharmacist for a recommendation for a cold medication. They looked at me like they were never asked that question. Their response was anything in cold medication. Ok I know there is better stuff that they could of suggested besides being so vague. I thought that's what they are there for 'help' I will continue to go to CVS rather than Walgreens. Not happy with this store.

Absolutely horrible and awful customer service. Currently waiting in line at the drive thru for over 35 minutes. I'm pinned between cars and can't exit. The absolute absolute absolute worst!!!!!! Glassboro nj Walgreens sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

Trying to get a prescription for two days finally went in person to find out it’s closed I went to the front counter a representative told me they would be open tomorrow when calling the phone system should say so instead of leaving me on hold. And connect me with another pharmacy who could fill my medication. What about the people who are in dire need

Have the pharmacy open up at 8am on Fridays. People have places to be in the morning and need to take there prescription right away.
