We recently started coming here and the staff are always friendly. But my biggest compliments go to Michele the groomer. We have not been able to find someone who is patient and attentive when cutting our dog’s nails. Our dog hates getting her nails cut and she made it quick and painless and was so helpful with providing us more info on why she may be so stressed. We will be coming back here, for sure.

Some of the nicest staff I have ever met. They truly care about your pet here and appreciate their customers. Two seperate times I was impressed by the kindness and attention to detail of the staff.Kate saw that I dropped a $20 bill after I left the store and called me to let me know. She kept it until my next visit which I used to pay for my dog's food! Thank you Kate!The manager here kept a coupon for me for a month until she saw me again because when I tried to use it, it wasn't available since you had to print it.Wonderful job, will return here weekly.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Kate is one of the sweetest people! She always greets us and our dog everytime we enter the store.We enjoy the rewards program, for every 200 points you earn you get a $10 reward

Went here after getting our new puppy today. The service the staff did was amazing. You could tell they geuinely care about making sure everything fit perfectly for our dog and that we had a great experience.

It can be a little pricey, depending what you're looking for. EVERYTHING from wild bird feed, live mealworms, and cats/kittens for as adoption! Treats for all animals. You can even wash & blow out ur dog right in the store. The staff is always helpful and if they don't have what you need they'll take the time to find where you can find it. I'm ALWAYS in there. Also, every 200 points ($200) get $10 free. I think seniors 10% off Tuesday....i think

Please don't close all of the stores. We take our dog there about once a month to give her a bath. She hates it but she always gets a toy and/or a treat afterwards so she gets over it pretty quickly.

I absolutely love that they have the dog wash area, and for only 10 dollars! I also love that they have the fresh dog treats everytime I go in. Definitely one of my favorite pet stores.

I'm really impressed with the selection here. They actually have a bigger variety of stuff than other Pet Valus I've seen. I got a bennebone for my dog who is a big chewer and he's so far been unable to destroy it. It was very reasonably priced.

I understand that covid19 is going around, but I needed something for my puppy. I walked in and the two girls literally didnt allow me to walk through the store. Okay I get that, it’s probably the new protocol.. but the way they treated me? Yeah no that’s not okay at all. They did not even want to help and told me they didnt have a food container. They didn’t even check. They were so short with me. Like okay, I don’t need to do business with rude people.

Doesn't carry pets with the exception of betta fish and sometimes shelter cats for adoption ... Has a decent amount of pet supplies, Primarily for cats and dogs though. But they do have limited amounts of supplies for other pets as well.

I’m glad this place is closing. The cashier tried to accuse me and my gf of stealing then, gave us a problem about a coupon they gave us a month ago. I literally felt her eyes on me the whole time I was in there and I don’t have to say why
