Ever since Dave retired, this cvs is getting worse by the day. No calls when meds are ready, no notifications when they can't fill the script. Refills never in stock? You know it's needed but you don't order it until the customer gets mad and makes multiple requests even with auto refills selected. Terrible customer service. Will be changing pharmacies.

I love this CVS! No matter where you go, there are always going to be a worker or a few that are ignorant or not helpful, etc. However, there are some really good staff here as well! Years ago, my Grandmother had a health scare. She overcame a lot and I really liked the pharmacy staff (especially Shawn, she is so helpful and was extremely caring). I had questions about certain medications, even had an issue with insurance at one point. Shawn has always been super helpful, kind, and works hard. She’s been there for years, and is a large reason why I keep my Grandma’s prescriptions there, and whenever I need anything, I made that my pharmacy, too. I also loved the pharmacist, Dave. He must have retired, and I wish him well! He was awesome and super helpful, very nice, too. There are some good ones there that I hope stay, because they do make a difference.

Horrible customer service from the pharmacy. Between two or three of the techs NEVER getting prescriptions/insurance correct or even caring about compassion, to Denice or Denette or what ever her name was GIVING ME AN ATTITUDE WHEN I ASKED TO CANCEL MY DECEASED PETS PERSCRIPTION. I will never be a patron of this or ANY CVS in the future. There has been nothing but attitudes, inattentiveness and excuses from this location that has left a bad taste in mine and my families mouth.

I 💯 absolutely LOVED and MISS DAVE! Since his retirement, It's gonna down hill! This new pharmacist is onna power trip n couldn't careless to get to know her patients! SADLY, I will be switching to riteaid... wish me luck♡

CanNOT say enough POSITIVE things about the pharmacy department... The staff is EXCEPTIONAL - and DAVE the Pharmacist is AWESOME!!! I love that even when I'm just in the store shopping & not there for prescriptions, Dave ALWAYS goes out of his way to say "Hello" to me (& my husband), & he knows us by our first names each & every time! In this day & age, that type of personalization is exceptional. No matter how busy Dave may be, he ALWAYS has time to answer any questions with a smile!! We genuinely appreciate Dave & all of the staff at our Buck Rd CVS. Thank you for taking such great care of us!!! :-)

This use to be my go to pharmacy but since yesterday I will not be back if I don't have to. The store is great but the pharmacy was not what I always experienced and this is not the first time so I tried about 5 times before this review.1. Pharmacy technicians I believe is their title, be more pleasant and helpful. I always get the SAME scripts every month yet the prices change nonstop. Why? I don't know!!!! Example - 20.00 month 1 , 14 month 2, then 8 dollars.Another script- 210.00 to 176.00 then 376.00 the other day!! Could not let me talk to pharmacist and was not given an explanation that I could say I would accept. Used my discount card and it was more. No! Instead of being rude and acting bothered bc I couldn't afford to pay 400 dollars bc I have my own home, bills, and a child to care for and tell me oh well medication is expensive. That's not an explanation of the huge price difference. So I leave and go to MALAGA CVS that is close by and guess what, same codes and it cost LESS Then what I expected!!! $146.00. Thank you MALAGA for saving me money and being understanding and quick. Less then 15 mins, in out and questions answered with a smile,from every single one! And they were BUSY!!! There PHARMACIST assisted on the register and was happy, interacted with customers and SMILED! if she didn't like her job, she hid it well. Great job! (tiny,blonde hair)Also, remember others may not have INSURANCE bc we can't afford it or the state feels like we make too much($23 over to be exact) and struggle week to week. So smile and realize your customers get frustrated too but not once did I get rude or treat you in a inappropriate way.

First time @ pharmacy. Had 2 scripts filled. Both were short of the quantity on prescription. Since I was using new pharmacy I had 2 other persons witness & video the opening of the stapled bag, opening of bottles and the counting 3 times. I phoned CVS and they said they don't believe me. Goodbye... my video does show the shortage ... my recorded phone call with CVS verifies their attitude . Which was CVS is incapable of making a mistake. WARNING: count your prescrption quantity before you leave store and in front of rep who handed them to you....or you might find your out of meds for a day, maybe more. Consumer Beware....
