Had a coupon from my birthday for 15%off. Manager denied it without even looking at it. I've been working in customer service most of my life, and this was just annoying. The store itself is decent and clean.

Don't even attempt to get a curbside order here. I normally order from the West Deptford location since it's closest to me but they didn't have what I needed in stock so I ordered from here instead. My daughter always falls asleep in the car so I utilize curbside whenever I can. It took 10 minutes of being on hold before an employee even got my name to look up the order. Then another 10 minutes before it was brought out to the car. It was not busy at all, parking lot was actually pretty empty. I won't be coming back to this location to say the least.

Picked out a sofa set for our family room with 2 recliners on each one. It gets hard use so we prefer not to get crazy expensive furniture for there. You always get a good value for your money. It is a newer store with a great selection. The sales associates are always helpful and go beyond my expectations as did the gracious young lady by the name of Janeen (furniture mgr) that handled my transaction. This week there is a 20% discount on furniture, but always go online & review the sales as well as join the customer loyalty club for no cost. That will save you with additional sale items & notify you of upcoming sales & discounts. They have delivery for an additional cost with an outside vendor.My only problem is when I save on the furniture, my wife starts with drapes & accent rugs. Lol.It's all good.

Pros:If you are in search of decent quality low cost plastic storage containers?There are some decent selections available here. Area rugs aren't priced too bad either....but they are the cheap kind. Perfect location closer to Rowan.This store has a nice selection of: Recliners, Love seats and many couches.Cons:Only bad thing is not much on shelves in the clearance section or any Items that have Saving% off on items marked with different colored dots/Labels? 🤔

I was very pleased to see the new Big Lots. It's in an active plaza and it's clean, have a variety of items for your home. There's an ample supply of food items and the prices are affordable. The store itself is clean and well lit. It's a great place to visit and take your time to browse.

Went here today and purchased a few items..a shirt had sensor tag on it..when I left store alarm went off..rude girl at register said you’re ok but I checked and I wasn’t ok..I also inquired about 2 items in clearance bin and they did not show up as clearance at all.. not a huge shopper ever but will not go to glassboro again..this happened today around 10:30..big lots you figure this one out!

Had a great experience buying a space heater after my gfriend's heater broke. The experience buying furniture has been almost comically awful. I found the sofa and love seat set I wanted to purchase in store on 11/28. It took 3 associates over 40 minutes to figure out how to take my money. One associate actually admitted that “he just wanted to go to lunch already” and left. I ordered the furniture with an associate at last which would take several weeks to come in and put over half the purchase price down, balance to be paid at pickup. I have received a week of emails confirming that my furniture would arrive for pickup 12/12. I called today (12/11) to arrange pickup and they can’t find a record of my purchase, not even with my order number from the emails I have with the order info, payment, and pictures of the furniture. Unreal. This whole experience has been laughably bad and I just want something to sit on for my money.Two stars because, if I ever actually get it, I really like this sofa set.

I went to the glassboro New Jersey, and there was no real problem everything went well but I'm becoming more disappointed at the selection of the food particularly the cereal, there used to be many more choices of Erin's gluten free Canola cereal and now there's only a few and each time I go in I noticed that there is less and less choices of the cereal , there used to be other cereals that they're eliminating so that was disappointed cuz that is the main reason I go to big lots for all the food
