They had a great selection. Shipping was quick. We ordered one saddle on trial and it did not work out. We sent it back and tried another that was just what we wanted. Rikki was easy to communicate with. I’ve already recommended Equitack to others at our barn.

Returned a saddle as it did not fit the horse well, I was told I would get a full refund in 2-3 days. The saddle was received by Equitack on 11/22. To date I still have not received my refund!! I called and spoke with Rikki she said oh it slipped through the cracks. That was 2 weeks ago. Called again and was told I would get my refund mailed on Monday it is now Thursday- no refund. I have called no answer and no one has the courtesy to return my call and let me know what is going on! Incredibly frustrating. I will not use them again.

Hi, I wanted to leave a review of appreciation for terrific professional service, for both Jamie and Orlando. I bought a relatively new CWD saddle online, and needed new panels. I knew to come to Equitack. After riding in it a while, my horse was getting a sore back. My trainer said it was the saddle fit. I called and explained the new panels didn’t seem like quite the fit my horse needed. Jamie came out within a few days, agreed, showed me how it should fit with a saddle she brought, and submitted a ticket to adjust the panels the same day! I brought the saddle in on Monday afternoon, and had it back in my hands on Wednesday morning. Orlando is an attentive and expert craftsman! I so appreciate both Orlando and Jamie! Thank you so very much for all of your hard work, and for being so responsive! I’m so lucky to have my barn not too far away! Thank you, Erika

Such a great and easy company to work with! I tried two saddles and both shipped very quickly. They were both in great condition and priced very well. They were also happy to evaluate photos and videos to confirm saddle fit and offer opinions on how well the saddle worked for the horse/rider. I ended up keeping one of them (my horse and I love it!) and the other saddle was very easy to return. Everyone I communicated with was very friendly as well!! Would absolutely try saddles from them again :)

Equitack has been a great company to help find a saddle that fits my horse. I recently ordered one for trial and unfortunately it does not fit my horse. They advised me to hold on to the saddle and they will have a fitter come out and help me find the perfect saddle for me and my horse. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a saddle ! They are very responsive, professional and answer all of your questions very quickly!

Amazing experience with Equitack. Impressed by the knowledge and service of this saddle shop. The merchandise is top notch, the sales staff (Rikki) is an expert with fitting and has a vast knowledge of the brands they carry. After choosing a beautiful CWD, she came out to ensure it fit my horse. Because they have a saddle shop on site, they'll be making a few adjustments to make it perfect. I haven't had this level of service with used saddles in the past - it was always a risk for a big $ purchase. Equitack takes risk out of the equation and will make certain you are happy. Highly recommend visiting their showroom for a great experience.
