Nice suburban strip mall featuring Panera’s Bread, Starbucks, Home Goods, Duncan Donuts, etc. plenty of parking. Nice collection of mild mannered shoppers. Great place for lunch.

Like many strip malls, there are too many empty stores, but I frequent this mall, so I hope new stores can open. It would help if the dirty and worn awnings were replaced.

Nice to see stores open and no long lines to enter, which is great. Harmon's is great, they've had Purell in stock in all sizes and the service is always great. Parking lot is pretty beat up at points and the heavy snow mounds don't help.

I've seen this place grow and mature before my very eyes- one of the few that remember the Pathmark, Washington Mutual, RadioShack, Children's Place, and Blockbuster when they were in town. I hear the rent is absurdly high, but the brands that have held on continue to serve the community with good offerings and sales.And the new stores like Kings and Starbucks keep things fresh- Valley Mall is truly a staple of Long Hill Township.

Valley Mall has so many great stores for shopping, Old Navy, Home Goods, T.J. Maxx, Bath and Body Works, Famous Footwear. Plus parking is very easy at this mall.

TJ Maxx and Home Goods stores offer fantastic values asnd both stores are well-stocked with a variety of excellent merchandise. While many people think King's supermarket is expensive, the quality of their sushi, Seafood and meats is unparalleled in the area and if you shop the sales, the prices are competitive!

One of my favorite malls in NJ. This TJ Maxx has one of the best selections I’ve seen in comparison to ones I’ve gone to in other parts of NJ and in Massachusetts. Definitely a hidden gem.

Valley Mall is several groupings of stores. It is somewhat older but the stores are all nice. I have shopped at Kings, Petvalu, Home Goods, Old Navy, Jos. Banks. There are several other stores in addition to a Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, and Panera.

nice place to grab a bite fot lunch at Panera or just go shopping for things at tjmaxx, old navy, and other stores. Also a kings here which is a little pricey when compared to the shoprite down the road, but has nice pastries

A small mall with an interesting assortment of stores. Anchor tenants include Kings Supermarket, Old Navy, TJMaxx, and HomeGoods. Other tenants are GNC, Bath and Bodyworks and Harmon. Adjacent to the mall building are a Starbucks and a Panera. Ample parking, good lighting and a litter free lot make this a good and useful place to shop.

There TJ MAX is the BEST..They have all the newest styles for women and a Great men's department sometimes it goes quick Everything is where it is supposed to be..I can go on and on but I will just say...It's my happy place !!!

Reasonable prices at TJ Maxx and Home Goods. It has Starbucks, Panera Bread and the best King's in North Jersey. Plenty of parking !

This is a large strip Mall in Sterling, NJ. It has Kings, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Blimpie's, Panara's, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Jos. A Banks, and Old Navy. Also, Shoprite and Walgreens are nearby. A Great place to get together with friends and shop.

A lovely Asian couple run this business. I have been coming here for 8 years now, since I used to work at the Bensi restaurant that used to be here in the Valley Mall back then (where the Sherman Williams is now). I would get my work pants hemmed. And I still do! She does all kinds of alterations and quite expertly. They also do dry cleaning, and the prices are very fair. The lady is also so so nice!! I highly recommend coming here for all your dry cleaning and alteration needs. They are located inside the Valley Mall right between the GNC and The Cutting Crew, closer to the TJ Maxx side.

Great tjmaxx and homegoods...kings is convenient and the Panera and Starbucks along with the smaller shops can round out the day after a visit to the pet adoptions on Saturday at the pet shop.
