The second I walked into the store I was warmly greeted. I showed him a picture of the food I wanted and he took me right to it and carried it to the front. I said I also needed to get a certain kind of brush and he found exactly what I needed.The store was nice, clean, and organized. A pleasure to shop there.

Very disappointing. Went in for a food that the store normally doesnt carry the 28lb bag of earthborn puppy vantage. The associate offered to get it in. The manager said they cant order it. I said that's weird cause parsippany stocks it. What's worse is he was doing the warehouse order while speaking with me. As a previous manager for them I know for fact its orderable and yet again other store stocks it. I have to drive an hour away from home to get it when this store is 10 min from me.

Excellent I'm at Pet Valu today. My precious puppy Peppa loves all their high-quality products and it makes it so much easier having such a friendly staff.

They have good hours and a really good selection of cat treats l get all my healthy freeze dried cat treats from them.
