I tried a number of different pest control service providers over the years and On The Spot is by far the best, both in terms of price and service. The office staff are wonderful to deal with as I constantly need to reschedule my monthly appointments. Tony is my regular Pest Control Technician, who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions to maintain my house rodent and pest free. Highly recommend On the Spot Pest Control

We have been an OTS customer for 6 years now and are very pleased with the service. The rates are reasonable and the customer support is excellent. They send you routine appointment reminders via email and phone, and follow up with detailed inspection reports. If you need to make a last minute scheduling change just call, they are always flexible and accommodating. All of the technicians are very friendly and helpful, and Tony is fantastic. I wish that all home services were this easy to work with!

I have been with On The Spot for about three years now. Recently, I found mouse droppings in my garage and called On The Spot the next day. Within two days Matt was over to check it out. He answered all my questions and walked around the perimeter with me. Followed up again a couple of weeks later and checked the roof as well. We set up some traps and nothing for a few weeks and low and behold one day caught a mouse. My anxiety went up a bit but Matt reassured me. And that afternoon Tony stopped by to set up some traps outdoor as well. He is also knowledgeable and does a great job. I would like to Matt and Tony for answering all my questions and providing great customer service.

Matt came by today to check on a possible mouse situation. He explained many different scenarios on how a mouse can get in our house and made us feel more secure by checking on the traps. Using a pest control company is not on my list of pleasant things to do, but On the Spot Pest control made the process easier. I scheduled with Laurie but because my schedule is erratic, I had to cancel my first appointment. Laurie was able to reschedule right away, working with the tight schedule I gave her. She understood my situation and did everything possible to get someone to help me asap. Jamel (technician) showed up on time and was already briefed on my situation. He was very thorough with the inspection, gave great advice and communicated the next steps for the eviction of my unwanted “guests”. He also suggested some tips for keeping them out that could be helpful and were pet friendly. He was friendly, professional and polite. I highly recommend the team!

I contacted OTS thanks to another review mentioning a carpet beetle issue, and I hope this will help someone else too. This will be the longest review I’ve ever written. We had an unusual situation, and other companies were unhelpful and inexperienced. I spoke with Laurie who told me Matt LaRue would be our guy, and she was right. I can’t say enough about Matt. He doesn’t understand he’s one of my favorite people now. He should be a universal president/owner/CEO of all pest control companies. What an amazing communicator and simply a great person. He was training someone on the day of treatment and when I ran back in to grab something, I overheard him from another room telling the trainee “you have to be meticulous”. Could you be more perfect Matt? Seriously, how rare it seems for someone to actually care and be great at their job. He was generous with his time and answered all my questions. Since treatment I haven’t seen even one (fingers crossed). I am so thankful for him and also thank you Laurie for being so kind and taking my calls multiple days in a row. You are both so appreciated and helped us so much. I will recommend them to everyone / anyone who needs pest control.

When we started seeing mice I searched the web for an exterminator near me and On The Spot came up in the list. I looked through their reviews and was pleased with the many comments I saw from customers who are pleased with their service. It was 7am and I called the number. I spoke with their representative Laurie who explained their services. She was patient with me even with all the questions I had and she thoroughly explained the services and their "one time" and contract plans that they offer. Plus she answered all my questions. I had an appointment that very afternoon.The technician Damian was professional, prompt and it was evident he was experienced. He too was patient and very informative. He did a thorough search and revealed the "hot spots" where the critters are getting in. He laid down the bait in areas inside as well as outside our home. I feel we made a wise choice.I look forward to seeing our problem diminish. Thank you On The Spot.

We've had On The Spot Pest Service for a few years -- but rarely do we really need their services. Until today. We woke up to something caught in a trap in our attic eaves, and obviously distressed. I called Lori at On The Spot at 8:30 am who immediately said she'd try to get someone to us. Within 30 minutes, Matt showed up at our door. He was professional, knowledgeable and ready to help. He was able to get the flying squirrel and planned to release it away from our home. That was my preference. Then Matt tried to figure out where the access to our home was -- which he identified. 'Joey' called half an hour before arriving, making sure the prep sheet instructions were followed. when they arrived, all my last minute questions were answered and i was assured if i followed post treatment instructions, the house would be safe and most likely 'flea free' within in 2 weeks. i waited a week to post because i had to see if the treatment worked.After treating the cats, washing clothes and vacuuming daily, there have been no new live fleas or eggs on the cats, and i have stopped getting ankle bites. If you have to have flea service, the price cant be beat; for as stressful a time as this was, Laurie, in the office and Joey our tech, made the process aa bit easier.

On the Spot sent their representative to do the usual monthly service and I made a request for mouse bait traps. The representative, Jamel, had the necessary bait on his truck and filled the existing traps in the house, but also set up some new ones outside. I appreciated his thinking about how best to deal with the potential mouse issue for this winter. He was professional at all times and very courteous. I started using On The Spot when I moved to a community where sugar ants were infesting my newly renovated home. They were quick to respond and started treatments right away. I continue to use On The Spot as the quality of their product has kept the sugar ants under control. In the last 5 years all the technicians have been professional and courteous. As far as a Good Value I never even looked for a better deal, as I am completely satisfied and recommend On The Spot.

We have been customers of On the Spot Pest Control for several years now. They do a wonderful job keeping our home bug and critter free! Lori and the others in the front office staff are always very helpful and accommodating with scheduling our monthly visits. We usually have technician Buddy for our service, and he is always friendly, prompt and thorough. He has years of experience and really knows a lot. Most recently, we had a new technician, Jamal, come to investigate wasps that were inside a wall in our house.
