I only regret that I didn't get her name to call her out but I had to get my kids back to school after their lunch break. You know cuz some of us actually have things to do other than stand around and talk

Switched my prescriptions to Rite Aid since CVS closed it location near me. First tried to transfer on their website 3 times but nothing happened. Stopped at Rite Aid and was told they need new Scripts for all medication to transfer. Had doctors send new scripts, waited 3 days before stopping at the store myself and waited another 2 days to get 2 meds refilled. Pharmacist advised me one of my scripts is not covered at Rite Aid so I still have to go to another Pharmacy for that refill. I received 2 automated phone calls and texts today saying they need more info to refill another script. I keep calling the pharmacy and never receive an answer. I am probably better off staying with CVS and traveling a little farther to pick my medications up.

Sucks. The pharmacist does not answer and i called 1800 rite aid. That sucks too. They dont answer either ... Take ypur business else where after being a customer there for 27 years you are gonna lose the whole family of 4...shame on the management! 6 months later. STILLLLLL SUCKSS

I have been going to Gibbstown Rite Aid for years, as has my family. But here lately the pharmacy is lacking! Since the one in Paulsboro closed there is a lot more business for them. It takes forever to pick up a script, if it's even ready. If they don't have something in stock you will NOT get a call telling you that which pisses me off, especially when it's happened a few times. Though I must say there are a few people that work there that are wonderful and thr store is clean and stocked!

Very difficult to get through to by phone. I called several times in one morning trying to speak to a pharmacist and each time I am asked to remain on the line with a comment such as I will only be a second and in every case I was hanging on for over five minutes after which I just got frustrated and hung up. I did manage to get through once only to be told that my doctor's office failed to respond with approval to renew my prescription. I then called the doctor's office who told me that they had never received a request from this pharmacy. I subsequently have been trying to contact a pharmacist at this store to tell them this and I just can't get through. This pharmacy used to be quite good until one of the better pharmacists left to go to another location. Those currently there function in slow motion and appear to be unconcerned.

No line. Had to wait 10 minutes. Employee Didn’t tell me how long it was going to be or set any time expectations. Waited another 20 minutes while they helped other people who rolled up. I asked if I should come back tomorrow and they were clearly overwhelmed. This location needs more employees to function

I would give no stars for the 3x I have tried to use this pharmacy. I had to wait for a medication that wasn't I'm stock. Denied 2 rxs before bc of medicine I'm taking for a completely separate condition. Up north I have NEVER HAD PROBLEMS GETTING RXS FILLED AT WALGREENS. Rite aide up north was horrible but this location is by far the worst! Go to Walgreens! Never have a problem everything is in stock! The last rx I tried to get filled was for 4 pills!! 4! Horrible! Gibbstown is small and this is the worst option to get rxs.

I managed to find the medicine I was looking for just fine. When I went to the counter, the two people there were very fixated on what they were talking about. Unfortunately, this conversation happened to be about the recently released Star Wars movie.More unfortunately, I didn't realize that was what they were talking about until THEY DECIDED IT WOULD BE AN AWESOME IDEA TO BLURT OUT A VERY CRITICAL SPOILER WITH ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD TO ANYONE WHO COULD HAVE BEEN LISTENING!!! AND I WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE!!!Their complete lack of consideration sunk this down to 1 star, but I'm giving it two stars because they saved me the 15 bucks I would have otherwise spent on the movie ticket.Thanks, Rite Aid!
