One young lady there was AMAZINGLY helpful when my puppy got herself tangled up in fly-paper in her long fur. Excellent compassion and knowledge about the products and care for the puppy!. She helped me tease out her fur strand by strand. It took us almost an hour to help me at the Bath-tubs and even offered the nicest shampoo, conditioners, de-tanglers, to get out the glue. Just super friendly and it only cost 10$ using their materials and even their towels and dryer. WHAT a great CREW and wonderful store. i stop there at least once a week now and they are always pleasant and not pushy. What a great place for pets.

I bring my pooch for her baths convenient since she's big. Dog food prices are a little on the high side but the staff here are great.

Love this store! Friendly and attentive staff! Love the pet washing station. Love seeing the kitties. Picking out those adorable dog treats from the case it always enjoyable. My only complaint is it can get pretty hot in the store in Summer.

The best pet store I've ever been to. Love that it's local, carries a wide variety of terrific, high- quality pet items, and the staff genuinely cares about their customers, human and animal. Prices are fair. Much less overwhelming than the big-box stores.

Manager is wonderful and very helpful. It was my first time to pet value and I won't be going anywhere else for my fur babies needs. The store was a bit busy and the manager was alone she was kind, efficient, and the store was immaculate.

Great place, helpful staff but terrible policy on returns / coupons. You earn coupons for shopping. I used a coupon and needed to do an even exchange-same day with all documentation and packaging (same product,same manufacturer and same price, just needed a different size) because I used a coupon on the original purchase I had to forfeit the discount. Makes no sense and not very customer friendly.

I buy specialty food for my cats here. They have a decent variety of food, toys, and furniture for a small store. They also have dog wash facilities. Staff is friendly and willing to give advice.

This place has everything in the dog food department, toys for dogs and cats, shampoo, all pet aids , PLUS they have a killer pet wash set up to be easy on your back and your dog ,excellent place.
