It's 7:57am, I been here since 7:40am this CVS is supposed open at 8, the manager is just pulling up now and going in. Most people have to be at work at 8, CVS should be open alot earlier, and your management should be arriving atleast 30 mins before open to set up, count drawers etc not to mention she parked 3 spots down from the front door. Employees should be parking at the back of the lot and not taking up the nearest spot to the front door.

Meets my needs for medications and vaccines. Don't have to wait very long when I have a scheduled appointment. Sometimes they do seem a bit overwhelmed but seem pleasant enough.

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy in the area!!!! A simple prescription pickup takes hours, prescriptions are not filled on time, I'm transferring my prescriptions somewhere else.

Me and my family have been going to this CVS since it opened. They were always, courteous, friendly, and willing to ho out of their way to help with great customer service..... NOT ANYMORE we'll take our business down the road to RiteAid

I have always bought at this cvs for 20 years. Last year i changed from rite aid to use The pharmacy which has saved me money. They always text me when my meds are ready. Sending me reminders as well. The workers are friendly.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Been coming here for 10 years purely because of convenience. New(er) pharmacist they hired is rude and cocky. Infant daughter needed motrin for fever and he claimed they were too busy to fill today. Ended up going to Rite Aide in Clementon and it was filled infestationImmediately. Understand it's busy time of the year but have some compassion. Will never step in store again.

Great Pharmacy! Even with as busy as it is they are taking the time to help each client and make sure you're well taken care of. The staff in the front is always nice and helpful, always stocked with everything and very clean! Really good place to shop, never too crowded which makes it more comfortable to shop and proper mask and distancing in place. The pharmacy should really get a lot of credit too they're so nice despite how busy!

Very rude. For 2 weeks going back and forth with the staff and doctor office. Doctor sent the script several times, they said they didn’t have it. They didn’t realize Tom and Thomas was me the sand person!!! Pharmacist refused to fill my wife’s script even though the doctor approved a higher dosage. My wife had the script transferred to Rite Aid. The pharmacist told the Rite Aid pharmacist the doctor withdrew the script. NOT TRUE! My wife has filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs. The worst pharmacy we have ever dealt with.

Overall the experience at this store is ok. The isles are beautiful stocked and every now and then the person at the front may greet a client.The pharmacy colleagues attitude is poor time after time. This definitely contributes to the overall rating for the stores. Here’s my opinion of a comprehensive rating so that leadership can know exactly how to make a change to positively impact the scores:Parking Lot 5 StarsBATHROOM 1 Star ( This area needs immediate improvement for health reasons. This is the worst in South Jersey)Pharmacy 2 StarsFront of House 4 StarsOverall Layout of Store 5 StarsConsistency in delivering key behaviors such as greetings, sincerely caring regardless of who you are serving, a smile, remembering clients name and saying thanks, will definitely help to drive up the score. There must be a change or else this office will eventually have to close.

Great pharmacy! Staff is so helpful even with how busy it is, the front staff is always available to speak with. Proper social distancing and mask wearing in place, never too crowded which makes shopping much easier! The pharmacy should get a lot of credit as they really keep things moving in the drive thru even when it's busy!

Employees are nice and work hard but there are ridiculously few of them. If you want to check out you have to find the one employee that is both stocking and updating the price tags and is responsible for the registry. Pharmacy is worse, two people are working as hard as they ca but it’s just not enough Staff to fill prescriptions, answer phone calls, serve drop off, pick up, and consultation lines as well as drive through. I have been waiting to receive a confirmation for my prescription for two days before I called (with no success) and went to the store only to find it’s not ready; and I need to start taking my antibiotics before my face blows up because of a stuck wisdom tooth. A couple in front of me in line had the same issue with their prescriptions. I could see that the staff was working very hard and we’re very polite. They just need at least two more people. In summary: great employees, bad management.

Why is CVS making its pharmacists give vaccines when they are so short staffed that no one is answering the phone??? I waited on hold for 36 minutes and no one answered. I drove to CVS while on hold and 1 1/2 hours later I still do not have my prescription filled. This is ridiculous!!!!!! My poor dog is stuck with me in the car because who would have thought this would take so long?!?! Oh, the drivethru window is broken too. Smh

Literally the worst when it comes to pharmacy. No one answers the phone …. Ever ! Your scripts don’t get filled until days later and when they do , u don’t even need the script anymore. Their drive through is broken and when u stand outside and call the phone to see if any of the lanes work , they don’t answer their phone. When u go inside and tell them to put a sign at the entrance of the drive through that it’s not working , you get an attitude. I mean it’s common sense u will have less angry customers if u put a sign up front saying the service is not available. The worst !

Like other reviewers have said, this used to be a great pharmacy. Scripts were filled very quickly, very little wait time at the drive through. But, lately it has gone downhill. I have to call THEM to ask about a script I wanted refilled days ago. And Judith. Complete nightmare. This woman should not work with people. She is extremely rude and ignorant, every time I interact with her. Hopefully they will be making some staff adjustments soon.

CSHR#0053060 ( KRISTINE) was the cashier in this store. This lady needs to be seriously evaluated. I work at a jail and I can put up with that bull. But this was not okay. She was very rude and argued with me while I was at the register. I was pulling up my card and she rushed me. I said I have to get the card and what is the rush… and she continued to argue. I then proceeded to the next order and she continued to argue. I then said she had horrible customer service and she continued to argue the fact that I said that. I am a customer, who is pregnant and do not have time for any ones attitudes. Horrible store customer service.

I had similar, bad experience with the cashier Kristine (like Robinson below) two weeks ago. She was extremely rude and agitated and lacked basic professionalism. I'm not sure she got trained before taking job. CVS should take action to get her in good training or simply replace her!

Store is nice. Not a big fan of the pharmacy. A lot of the staff seems cold. Not rude but cold. If I ask about prescriptions or pricing that involves looking on the computer they really make you feel you’re a bother. I try not to ask anything.

Unfortunately, this CVS has gone downhill recently in terms of the behavior and lack of professionalism shown by some of the pharmacists and pharmacy techs and therefore my 5-star review from 2014 is no longer valid.When Pat (who retired) and Clarita (who was moved to a higher volume CVS location) were the Pharmacy Managers, I had no problems with medications being filled, getting refills called into my Dr's office or getting a phone call if they were low on stock of a medication and had to give me a few pills until the full 30 day supply was available.Fast forward to 2018 and into 2019: Everything fell apart in the pharmacy when Clarita left. NOW, when I'm out of refills and need a new e-script from the Dr's office it's a NIGHTMARE! The Techs or the Pharmacist swear up and down that they've NEVER gotten authorization from my Dr and that I need to call my Dr, who in turn tells me that they have already sent the e-script to CVS.At first, I blamed my Dr's office for screwing up, only to find out that a Tech or Pharmacist dropped the ball and ignored the refill authorization!!HOW did I discover this? I spoke to an after-hours nurse at Advocare who is affiliated with my Dr's office and she tells me that Judith the CVS Tech was extremely rude and callous when the nurse tried to find out why a prescription that was sent to CVS multiple times wasn't received and filled. Turns out the prescription WAS already at CVS but was overlooked by the Tech. Seriously?? CVS Corporate: Please terminate her. The Advocare Nurse actually said "she probably shouldn't be working at CVS". I'm not even joking here, so CVS Corporate, wake up and smell the rotten pharmacy staff.Another problem area in the pharmacy is one of the Pharmacists, a harsh young Asian man named Brian who seems to enjoy treating people of color rudely and callously as well. He is a strange person with horrible people skills.After calling the pharmacy today and confirming that I would be there in 1.5 hours to get 2 refills, I had to find out that "Opps, we don't have enough to fill a 30 day supply of one of your meds". They didn't bother checking inventory to confirm available stock when I called?? WTF?So I got home and called Shawn, the store manager, who explained that there will be some pharmacy staffing changes within the next week or so. New Pharmacy Manager and new Staff Pharmacist(s).We'll see if things improve, if not, I may just switch to Rite Aid in Voorhees.

They take care of me VERY,VERY WELL EVERY TIME I’M THERE!😄😄,& both the store& pharmacy employees ALL know my name& ALWAYS greet me SO warmly! Some of them even know my birthdate by heart! They’re all so amazing! They take my health very seriously. I know that I’m in good hands at my CVS Pharmacy in Gibbsboro. Went here for a COVID-19 test. Immediately had a horrible experience with the woman at the drive-thru window explaining the test. Pretty sure her name was Jenny. Extremely rude, has no concept of customer service or patient care. Horrible employee. Anyway, still have not gotten my COVID results back and it has now been 10 business days since I've gotten the test. Can't even get ahold of anyone. Don't go to this CVS and especially don't see Jenny.

Awful experience. Both my wife and I had scheduled a PCR COVID test a week ago for today. Went to the drive-through, no services. Went in the store, been told that testing was cancelled 3 days ago. We hadn't received ANY advanced warnings whatsoever! Avoid this location!

This Cvs Pharmacy doesn't deserve not one star. I had the Worst experience at this pharmacy while picking up my prescription. I came to the drive through to pick up my prescription my copay for it was a bit expensive so I came inside the store with my discount prescription card to see how much cheaper it would be an employee Judith came to help and instantly had an attitude took my prescription card and told me it would have to wait a half an hour to check the price because it was busy. I had to step out of the line while she helped 3 other customers that I was ahead of and I sat down she looked at me when and continued to help the next customers in the drive through. It wasn't until another employee asked me if was being helped I explain to her the situation she looked up the price it took her less than a minute to tell me what I needed to know. I don't assume people are racist but she definitely treated me differently out of all the customers that was there being helped I was rushed out of line as if my time wasnt as valuable as any other customers and she was very rude to me with her tone and not once did she apologize. Judith did a poor job of representing cvs pharmacy. I hope the next young black African American women doesn't get discriminated because that's exactly what Judith did!!!

9 days and counting for my Covid results. Absolutely unacceptable. I had several friends go to several other locations who got theirs in 3 days. What is the point of getting a test if you can’t get your results within 2 weeks? Close your test site down! I will be contacting my health insurance company and hopefully they don’t pay you for this now useless test!

Unprofessional and Rude! Do not go to this CVS for their pharmacy or for COVID 19 testing. I called this CVS testing center for information. The phone tree explained about how to go about making an appointment, but I had a different kind of question and it did not answer the question had. So I though I’d wait to talk to some one and see if they could direct me in the right spot. The woman on the phone got an attitude with me and agitatedly/ sternly say to me“why are you Even asking me this didn’t you hear the phone tree. There was a number you were supposed to call” then I said can I please have the number. “Then She said what do mean you didn’t write down the number didn’t hear there was a number. You want me to give you the number didn’t you write it down”.This whole thing is so confusing and upsetting, I didn’t really need this from CVS.

Made an appointment and drove 20 minutes to get my vaccine. When I arrived pharmacist said they earlier ran out of vaccines . No call or message left beforehand. Not very polite about it either.
