Came here for the first time with my Bulldog Bella and was very satisfied. Mike met us at the front and explained everything to us. Pricing was very reasonable and you got a lot for it. Bella had a bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, teeth cleaning all for under $50 super satisfied and will be coming back regularly. Also an excellent barbershop next door so you can get your hair done while your dog gets cleaned!

A fantastic establishment with an incredibly friendly staff! This was my first visit, but it certainly won't be my last. I had an amazing time washing my pet here, especially since they provide all the necessary tools for larger breeds. My dog, Loretta, weighs nearly 100 pounds, and they accommodated her perfectly.

This morning I brought my Border Collie Skipper to be groomed. He can be difficult at times and Joanna did a wonderful job. She was able to give him a full groom. I have already made a future appointment with Joanna for the end of May.

It had been some time since we took our pups here due to pandemic and home washing, and boy has it changed, but not for the better! $19.95 to wash each dog myself! Received ripped up, ragged towels and watered down shampoo (I say shampoo lightly because it was 95% water) no conditioner (extra charge!!!). Employees had minimal experience cutting nails and we left with random, partial nails groomed, and no offer of spray and bandana, as listed on menu. Not a huge deal, but for $40, I am knit picking and trying to justify price. It seems like a desperate bid to bilk customers and take advantage. Sad to see a local business resort to this.

Brought my mini golden doodle to the park and he got all these little sticky seeds got in his fur. This place was the only place open and Ashley was an angel. The place was clean and she was incredibly sweet to my dog. Five stars and I’ll be back!

Took our 11 month Siberian Husky to use their self-service dog wash. Shop accommodates for large breeds, provides shampoo, scrub brush, blow-dryer & offers nail trim at reasonable price.Super friendly & professional staff as well! Highly recommended :)

First time visiting an In N Out and I must say I really enjoyed it. The place was clean and the employees were nice. For $16.95 (if I am not mistaken) I was able to wash our big Golden Retriever without having to think about the mess with the loose hair in my bathroom floors and walls. The price included a selection of 4 shampoos, towels, blower finishing spray, nail trimming, ear cleaning and more.Regarding Covid 19 they have signs throughout the building asking to please wear a mask and protect others. 💪 Employees were also wearing masks.

What a great experience at In N Out Pet Services! Gabby was fantastic in answering our questions and letting us know about all the promotions! Gabby even shared where we were able to go to get our boys special birthday treats! In N Out Pet Services made giving our dogs a bath hassle free! I recently just started taking my dog Winnie here and always so flexible with timing + options for availability.My dog is 5lbs and super agitated by brushes and scissors and Anna has been so accommodating and patient with Winnie. It can't be easy to keep her calm and groom her.What I also love about this place is they call you to do check-ins. They had to shave Winnie down the other day bc her fur got so knotted and wanted to double check with me that was ok. I am so thankful they are easy to communicate with, have well trained groomers that can help out with agitated dogs during the grooming experience and go above beyond.10/10 recommend

I always do the self wash here with my dog and have no complaints. It is very convenient, they provide towels, help me trim my dogs nails and provide a blower to dry her up. The staff are always firendly and ready to help if I have questions. I do however bring my own shampoo since I feel like the ones there are a little diluted.

Ashley did a great job doing my senior dogs nails. He’s gotten old and can’t walk and they have been super long. She did them very quick and he was happy. Next time I will try the self wash looks like they give you shampoo, towels, and a blow dryer. Friendly staff and good prices. Give the place a try.

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS DOING SELF SERVICE BATH. Their prices online are not accurate and are not even the same services they offer in person. They tried to charge me 43 to bathe my 12 pound dog and another 31 to groom her when most of the services are the same so double charging. They also changed my groomer without prior knowledge and were extremely dismissive. They also stated they wouldn’t groom my dog if I chose to bathe her MYSELF. If everything besides a hair cut is included in self wash why the heck would anyone pay 50 extra dollars for a trim!? And then making a comment that it would be more because she is a senior … she has five teeth and would sleep through the groom.. never coming here

Loved Loved Loved this place! Super clean, comfortable and friendly environment for an amazing price. The owner and staff of this business really take care of their clients. The water pressure of the self service dog was perfect and so was the air pressure of the blow dryer. Quick and easy way to keep your dogs nicely groomed, I will definitely come back and highly recommend to my friends and family.

She did a phenomenal job with both of my German Shepherd & Samoyed mix, leaving their hair looking fantastic! Usually we go to Petco’s self wash, but we wanted to try a different place today. After today, we will never go to Petco again. The staff here were friendly and very helpful. The tubs were easy to get our senior dogs into. The water pressure was great for our Malamutes’ thick coats. The high velocity dryer was actually strong and did a great job of drying their double coat. Afterwards, the staff even clipped their nails for me and the price is more than reasonable. I would recommend this place 100 times over.

I usually loved bringing my dogs here but I won’t be returning. Aside from the fact that whenever I call it always goes to voicemail, the grooming is usually very good. I have two dogs and I’ve been bringing them in for face trims. The other times I’ve had no problem until this last one. I’m paying for a service so I expect when I pick up my dog, I see the service preformed. If you have trouble with one dog being difficult, call me, tell me the issue and don’t cut them. I don’t mind not receiving a service if you aren’t able to to the best of your ability. This was the first time I have had a problem with one dog in particular otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered to bring him in. Don’t charge $90 for services that weren’t met.

In n out is a great place to groom your pup without all the cleanup at home! Perfect for an endlessly-shedding golden retriever and the staff are all definitely dog lovers. Will keep coming back for sure!

My fur baby lost access to her former groomer who she had been great with, and she would freak out when we tried to wash her or trim her nails, so a good bath and clipping became long overdue. I felt so bad and I was so nervous she wouldn't let anyone else take care of them either. My father in law recommended this place. The folks here are so nice and kind, and took very good care of her. Now she smells so fresh and clean, and her nails look great! Thank you so much. We'll be back soon! <3

This is a long review but I hope you enjoy it. Today was my first visit to In N Out. I was a little nervous not knowing where my owner had taken me. There's other dogs here but it's not the vets so I didn't know what to expect. As I sat with my owner a nice lady came up to me trimmed my nails and cleaned my ears. She said I was cute. Afterward my owner walks me into a bay, closed the door behind me, and walks me up a ramp, pulls up a door that leads me into a smaller bay and puts a collar around me. What the... Im in an enclosed tub. I know because my owner turns on a hose and starts bathing me. This is great for my owner, what a relief on her back and the plumbing. Im very hairy and shed a lot. After the soap is washed out my hair, I also get a blow dry. My owner does not seem rushed as she thoroughly dries me. Afterward the tub is opened, I walk down the ramp feeling and looking good. At checkout the same nice lady sprays me with a blueberry scented spray and puts a bandana around my neck. I'm happy, my owner is also happy, she received a coupon for $5 off our next visit. Im sure we'll be back. Walked out like queen boss🐕

Wonderful Groomers. I've had both Anna and Jenn groom my pup (she takes alot of grooming!) and both have done so lovingly and perfectly. I will continue to take pets here exclusively. I can't imagine finding a better place to trust with my pets!

We took our pup for a bath. Very clean tubs with shampoo, towels and dryer. People who work there are so friendly and accommodating for our needs. Lots of pet supplies also. Definitely recommend them. Will be back for sure!!
