I bought a hamster around 3-4 days ago and he had ringworm. I went back in after speaking to the manager over the phone which he had a very dry response and overall I find it really unprofessional with how they handled the situation. There’s so much animal neglect going on in the store, the hamster I got was in a cage with other hamsters so most likely they have ringworm too. Not only are they not caring for their animals properly but putting your customers at risk for a disease is crazy! No apologies or nothing just a refund and the possibility of getting the hamster back after being told I’d receive updates but haven’t.

I want to Thank Petsmart groomers for taking care of my Loki during his seizures, I appreciate it so much that the groomer and her manager brought my Loki to the hospital and took great care of him. If you need a groomer desire is your women !! My yorkie is very difficult and doesn’t like anyone but for he sure loved her and his haircut is to die for !! I have taken him to others that end up leaving cuts on him and never finish the job but desire did amazing

Took my mini poodle to get groomed and Ana did a fantastic job with her! I was so pleased with the result, everyone always wants to just shave my poodle because of a few knots, but Ana took the time to brush the few that she had and gave her the most beautiful haircut ! My little poodle looked so cute . I really appreciate groomers who take their time and love working with the dogs. Ana gave her exactly the haircut I wanted. My pup was so happy with her too, you can tell she was in great hands. Will be coming back to groom her here again !Update: went again, again Ana did a fantastic job!!! Love taking my dog here !

All you need to know, he explains in professional way and with care. I also met Gladys who despite the super busy time, was happy to meet all my needs and I didn't feel rushed.Very very helpful staff!

This is my pet bearded dragon we bought him 5 months ago along with his lights and tank accessories.He has grown significantly since we bought him and he is as healthy as the day we picked him out.They supply food for your pets and the employes are super helpful.I recommend this place if you want high quality accessories and food for your pet.They employees recommend some items for your pet and things do with them in some cases.

The grooming team here are excellent I’ve been bringing my dog here since before he was one definitely one of the best places in terms of quality. The pricing is definitely not cheap but you really can't expect anything less considering it's a commercial name. Overall: Expensive but you get what you pay for.

The Grooming Salon is Excellent! My 2 cats go there every 6 weeks and are so clean and smell so good when I pick them up. Devyn is great my boys love her 😻

If you want your dog to be manhandled and covered in fleas by the time they leave the grooming salon, look no further! For an absurd price, your dog will be seen by a different groomer than you booked, given a subpar haircut, and the manager will gaslight you into thinking your dog is the problem and not the groomers there.

2 stars for grooming services. Do some research, be careful which groomer. There is a high turnover. The two I was using were great but no longer there. I went in for an appt and saw a small dog secured only around the neck on the table, groomer had her back turned, playing on her phone, and chatting to another groomer. When I brought it to their attention the response was the dog is trained. What!? Three groomers were present--one grooming while talking, one with back turned on her charge, one at desk. NEVER turn your back on a neck only leashed dog (10 minutes!!) while it's on the table. These three groomers were irresponsible and unsafe. Do your research before choosing a groomer.

I think PetSmart is a very great place I was there recently with my friend who came to purchase food toys and treats for his cat and over 4 years ago I had to put my dog down and I was treated so good Petco has a heart and when it comes down to putting down animals that are very very old my dog had cancer and he was 15 and it was nothing I could do to cure it when they put him down they made sure he ate treats candy anything he wanted so when he left this world he left this world with a full belly and a smile on his face so this day I will always miss my dog and love him may he rest in peace Maxie boy but Petco I was treated with the most respect was treated like I was part of that store dated rush anything they told me take as much time as you want at the end thank you Petco for being so understanding

This will be the last time I take my dog to this location, I have taken him there for 2 years and always gets the same service but the usual girl is no longer there so the last two time I had to pick another person I was not too happy with the last one so for todays service I requested someone else and what a mistake, when I picked up my dog not only the hair cut was too short ( I specifically asked not to be short) but it was uneven, both ears look different lengths, hair on his head it’s all over the place as it is the one on his private areas, is long while the rest of the body it’s super short, and ok the hair will grow back and he will look cute again, BUT the worst part is how scare he is even hours after being home, he is a lovable dog that loves to be held and cuddle and every time we reach for him he runs scared :(Extremely disappointing
