Walmart has every staple item for your home, Including a wide selection of food. They have a respectable amount of random gift ideas. The prices are decent. There is a wide range to fit most budgets This location has great clearance sections as well. There is a very wide selection of anything you may need for the Summer. Go check it out.

Hard to find a live checker anymore. They may have a new buyer. Women's clothing not as nice as they were. Store was clean last visit, even in the restroom. Still good prices on most items.

Waited for 30-40 minutes to get assistance with a vacuum. The item was locked behind a case and after asking around 6 associates, and even requested help at the customer service desk no one came to help. Each one would let me know they’d call for someone else, but no one showed up. The final 2 associates that came over attempted to open the case with a key, but then said it didn’t work. Lastly, I was told there was only one employee with the right key, but he had gone on break so just to wait another 30 minutes…I understand the store can have items locked up, but at least give your employees some keys to open the cases up. Very frustrating experience.

My brother was able to use an electric scooter. The woman out in the entrance way was a huge help getting a charged one out for him. We're grateful for her help and being so kind. Thank you ma'am.

I was in the area , so I needed a few things, I went for 1 specific thing "CASSETTES" for MY New AM/FM Cassette Player, so since I purchased it at Wally Mart .Com, I will get the cassettes, well they didn't carry them, I was hurt because I've had the Player for 2 or 3 months , anyway back to the drawing board. I ended up getting everything else, but not what I came for, Lol, the store was clean, items were not tossed everywhere, checkout had a few register's open & 1 Manager, Mrs. Kathy, she was on the "BALL", that Lady moved Customers through from "SELF CHECK OUT, to CASHIER REGISTERS", , wasn't in line for long. What a "WONDERFUL👸 LADY. The Gentleman 🤴at the door coming in was very Accommodating, I had my "Walker, & he took it for me while I shopped in the "HANDICAPP CART". When I needed something the "ON FLOOR STAFF WERE RIGHT ON THE SPOT , as to where the item was, even took me to it. One thing I noticed, they're "SECURITY WAS SPOT ON", that made me feel so "SAFE to shop there, I've been in Wally Mart when the Staff was assaulted & stolen goods RAN PASS them out the door, so Shop with ease , you are "PROTECTED while you shop. 'BE BLESSED' & STAY SAFE. 👑👑🕊📿🦋❣.

I was shopping at the store yesterday. When I got home I realized that my chain broke holding my deceased dad's wedding band. I called the operator to see if it was turned in. I was refused help, they wouldn't take my name or number and had the audacity to wish me a Merry Christmas as I tried to ask for help. Great customer service. If I conducted my business like that I'd lose a lot of customers.

I've been there just a handful of times and so far I had good luck finding everything I was looking for. Returns were easy and quick and the store feels clean. It can be a little bit more organized.

I shopped at the Freehold Walmart this evening. Once I was ready to check out there was only one cashier/ register open along with multiple self checkouts. The lines for both options were so long it was awful. I chose to check out with the cashier and there were at least 8 carts/ people in that one line. Everyone was unhappy. The self check out lines were even worse. I’m not shopping at a Dollar Store. I expect some semblance of service even in this crazy world. I need to think long and hard before I’ll return to shop at this store again. I believe in service. There was none in this store. This was a negative shopping experience for me!

So updating my most recent visit to the store and the self service registers are a perfect offset to the 2 cashiers that are normally working. I think the worst part of my visit is the product in the aisle and not on the shelves. There was laundry Detergent spilled on the floor with a mop in it. No caution sign on the floor and nothing else blocking it. Someone could have slipped and hurt themselves on the multiple pallets on the floor. People cannot find items because it is usually on the pallet wrapped. Only good thing about this is I was able to see lysol and microban (still wrapped) on the pallet. Everywhere I turned, I saw return carts filled with product. Some that should definitely not go back on shelves. I took a few pictures after I got fed up trying to find a product behind the pallet.Good thing the emergency door was not blocked but I have to say the rest of the store was a fire hazard.

Ordered flowers got them delivered and they are not what I ordered and I was not contacted about any substitutions nor did I authorize any substitutions but instead of sending me what I ordered they sent me the ugliest arrangement of flowers that they had in the store which I cannot return per Walmart policy and after 20 minutes of calling the store repeatedly could not get anybody on the phone to try to get this resolved. I guess I'm going to have to go to the store in person if I don't want to be ignored.

I visit this store all the time and spend money here when I visit my friends house in this area. Today I kneeled down to look at trading cards. I picked up a pack and just looked at it. The mj holdings girl was super rude. She said "you can't buy anything or touch anything untill I am done." With a really rude voice. I replied "are you serious" with a little bit of a laugh. She replied "yea I'm serious" Being really rude for no reason. There was nothing roped off or anything in the area. When I asked her for her name she replied "for what, I'm not giving you my name" with a rude tone again I said ok and walked away. Then I see this walmart worker pointing at me across the store. Which is super rude. While the mj holding employee was saying things to Anna in her ear. Like a high-schooler not adult like.I am unsure to why you would single out a customer. So, I approached them both. Anna starts screaming. "THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WALMART." As she stood guarding the employee for mj holding which I was no where near I said, " If I feel like an employee is being rude, I am allowed to call corporate." The mj holdings employee replied with a snotty look on her face and attitude. "Call corporate for what". So then I asked Anna who's the manager here?! She replied "me im the manager." I said "ok", "so who's in charge of you then?" She stated I'm gonna call security. I said "Call security for what,? Asking who's in charge of you? I said that's fine. I'll speak to them no problem."I asked who's her boss. She said on the walkie-talkie "Would Will come to the front." No one ever came security or will. I'm not sure why she's threatening customers trying to speak to whos in charge of her. So I just walked away eventually. I asked 5 other different walmart employees towards the back by toys and by the bedding section. They all said that Will was her manager, and that he's not there today. So I'm not sure why Anna was threatening me. Also calling someone on the walkie talkie that's not at work today? When I got home I called customer relations. They stated that Anna is not even a manager that she lied to me. Maybe, because she didn't want me speaking to who is in charge of her. Both of them were super rude and aggressive. Which is not ok to do to customers. Anna and the mj holdings employee that wouldn't give me her name. Lying in a big corporation is super unprofessional saying your the manager when your not. I'm not sure why someone would even do that. When I walked out of the store she was at a register. Not sure why you would lie about being the manager when your not. Threaten to call security on a customer who is allowed to call corporate if they feel someone is being super rude and disrespectful. Customers are allowed to have feelings to. They should not be pushed away from shopping at this store when you purchase a lot of items here. All the other employees that I have dealt with from the woman with glasses who checks receipts by the door and the man with glasses that stands with her have always been super polite. Never any issues. Everyone from bedding area, back by toys, and self checkout woman by the lottery machine side were super helpful and very polite in the pas, today, and always. I appreciate the workers who actually care about the customers thank you. This review is not for all of you. This is for Anna and the Mj holding girl with the grey baggy sweats and air force ones. You shouldn't work at a job that your miserable at, also lying to customers that your a manager when your trying to be professional and speak to someone above about an issue. Then she threatens to call security twice for wanting to speak to someone above her. I will also be reaching out to Mj holdings corporate customer service to. Because I have never been spoken to by such a rude mean human being. It's like two high schoolers whispering and pointing across the store. Adults don't do this and employees shouldn't be doing it to paying customers either. It is unacceptable. I hope the manager adresses this situation the correct way.....

Francisca who works the front end (self checkout) discriminates against people of color. I don’t see how anyone here speaks absolutely no English but halfway through my checkout, she comes grab items out of my cart asking if I scanned/purchased them. Told her I was not finished yet, she watched me the entire time as if I was a criminal! Didn’t bother anyone else while checking out. After I finished, I asked for her name to report her, she hid her name tag and begged me not to report her because she knew it was wrong!!! Calling corporate asap! I am no thief and it was embarrassing 😡

Understaffed Walmart is very crowded on Sunday’s. Staffers are not trained on other roles and can’t take initiative. Not all self-checkout registers are open.

I was pleased to see only 2 people ahead of me as I joined the pharmacy line which moved surprisingly quick.5 minutes and I was being helped.Chris, one of the managing pharmacists is always on top of any issues that can come up with prescriptions.im there often to pick up for my Dad who's filling 11 different meds including 2 different insulins , and additionally 2 different types of syringes. Any mix-ups can cause problems ,the least of which is my making 2 trips to correct issues. Luckily it's a rare event. Everyone behind the counter is always pleasant and helpful. I recommend Walmart Pharmacy.

Wal-mart Freehold supercenter is possibly the worst run Walmart I have ever seen. When you need help finding an item there is rarely anybody on the floor. When you eventually run into an associate they’re not so willing to help you locate the item. At very busy times there is next to nobody on the registers making it impossible to check out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Just about any time I go to use the bathroom it is a disgusting mess. When I bring it to a managers attention nothing is ever done about it time and time again. Corporate needs to send someone to the store who can get it back on its feet again. At this time it is a total disaster!

ATTN: CORPORATE--Horrific customer service failure. Drove an hour to get something that was locked in their electronics cabinet, only to find the electronics people left early in the middle of holiday shopping season. Had 3 people including the manager tell me they leave at 10pm. Problem is it was NOT even 10 pm yet when she told me. As I showed her the clock on my phone it was 9:55 and I had already been back there 5 minutes before that. Why are these people cutting out early in the middle of Black Friday sales when Walmart's stock price is getting killed because they expect poor sales in Q4? Total failure of management. BTW the manager should have the keys from 10 to close anyway. That's how it's done at a normal Walmart where they are more concerned with customer service as opposed to leaving early.

This place is absolutely one of the worst Walmarts I've ever been to they never have what you need. I suggest if you're taking a Walmart trip to travel a couple more miles to the Howell Walmart they have what you need and everybody there is friendly everybody in freehold is just there for a paycheck

Grocery pick up is the worst. There’s no way you should get ready status for an order and arrive an hour later to wait for 30 minutes and still be told your order won’t be ready and out for another hour or more. No where to park in the pick up area, with many people out there just walking for who knows how long.
