First time I was here for a vaccine shot I thought this pharmacy was great. Got the shot quickly. Very courteous and personable staff.But I am sitting and waiting here for a flu shot that was scheduled for 2:15. I arrived at 2:10. I have been sitting in the waiting area for about 30 minutes and I still haven’t received my flu shot. All while a woman that showed up after me was able to get her shot before me.Tech staff is great but understaffed. Not surprising but I thought maybe this one might be better than others.

It's been years since I've been in a pharmacy this dysfunctional, and I've been reminded why they used to suck. I waited 20 minutes for them to figure out an issue that I couldn't imagine existing anymore, and the person next to me seemed to have their important prescriptions mishandled. The line was 5-6 people long. It looks like there are major system and management issues. Everything about this place feels old and yucky. Avoid coming here if you can.

The Pharmacy employment is full of the laziest people I ever seen. The manager of the place , David is the cause of this locations failure. I went there and there were 9 people in line. It took me an hour to get to the front of the line. When I gave them my information they said I didn’t have a prescription. After looking they found it and told me it was not ready, even tho it was sent in 4 days ago. They told me to come back the next day , which I did and had to wait in anothe long line… again they couldn’t find it and told me it would be another hour for them to fill it…… these people are slow moving imbiciles and can careless about customer service……

The pharmacy is trash . 90 people working back there and they can't fill prescription on time or properly communicate to patient or doctor about medication

This by far is the worst pharmacy service. They messed up our medication order and gave us someone else's medication . By the tile I got home and realized it and called them back they were almost closing and would not wait for me. Two people suffer d no medication for 18 hours because of their mistake. The person in charge on new years day was a total arrogant a$$hole

I had the greatest experience at this Walgreens. I had ordered some holiday pictures. There was an issue with my order when I arrived but Jeffrey, the Walgreens associate working at the photo section helped me solved it. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue and he was so resourceful. This kind of professional and yet caring service is hard to find nowadays at big corporation stores. Thank you.

Dirty and abysmally slow. What's the point of calling ahead or requesting a RX refill if they don't start processing until you get there? This is not the first time I've called, talked to someone at the pharmacy and promised a time my prescription will be ready - arrived well past the time I was told and it's not ready. Management needs to get on top of this ongoing problem. Hire more staff, or get rid of employees that are causing the problem. I can't believe corporate allows this.

Received a voice message last week that my daughter's prescription is out of stock and will be in 4 - 5 days. Now on day 7, no prescription. I called to be on hold for 25 minutes and told that it won't be in for another 2 -3 days. I questioned why it would take so long and it would be close to 2 weeks without prescription. The rude female pharmacist asked why would I wait 2 weeks and to call another pharmacist to see if they have it in stock. I asked her why would I do that to be place on hold for 25 minutes again and why is she's being rude and her response is to hang up on me. I called back to speak to the manager and will not be at this walgreens again!

Went here looking for the new pink cow squishmallow. Some workers are rude to collectors but this worker was great. I didn’t get his name but he had short brown hair glasses and had ear piercings. He heard me say i was looking for the pink cow and he told me he thought they sold the last one, but he went back and double checked for me and he found it for me. Super grateful as i checked about five walgreens for it and no luck.

Horrible experience at the pharmacy with Dennis the pharmacist, Alex the person who works there and Bryan the store manager. Worst customer service and completely inept employees. There are too many pharmacies around to deal with this level of unprofessionalism and I am definitely never filling anymore prescriptions at Walgreens or patronizing the store ever again

Worst Pharmacy ever!!!!! worst staff!!!I was in so much pain crying trying to get my prescription they are very rude telling me the prescription is not on the system I called my doctor he said he spoke to them on the phone making sure the prescription is ready for me because I was in so much pain. i’ve been waiting for my medicine nobody’s trying to solve the problem nobody’s trying to check on me nobody’s trying to help literally the worst pharmacy ever!!I had to scream and asking for a manager once I asked for a manager all of the sudden my prescription came up!!!WORST WORST WOST STAFF EVER!!!!!Not professional at all !!!I HATE WALGREENS BECAUSE OF THIS LOCATION!!Every time I go there getting or asking for anything their answers are nasty, rude not professional nobody’s even smiling!!! I’m a manager if this is my staff I would quit my job!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZEROTHEY DON’T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR I WISH I COULD RATE THEM ZERO!If Walgreens is the last pharmacy on earth I would never ever buy or get anything form them!Me and my family taking our business to CVS at least they are more professional !!!!

Shout out to the wonderful customer service at Walgreens from Leah and the pharmacist. I needed to fill a prescription, and the store did not have enough of it in stock. They called around to other walgreens locations to find a store that did have it. I have been using walgreens for years for all of my prescription needs and would recommend them very highly.

This is my last time dealing with this disaster of a pharmacy. They constantly bill the wrong insurance on me. Doesn't matter if I tell them the correct one when I bring in my scrip. Doesn't matter if rhe doctor puts it in the scrip if it gets sent electronically. Then, when I go to pick it up, I have to leave and come back again.It's just a mess from top to bottom. A dozen people waiting on line with only 1 person working the counter and 8 more scurrying around .If you want to add blood pressure and ulcer meds to whatever meds you're getting here, by all means, keep patronizing them. Me, I'm done!

Calls me the night before getting my second dose of the vaccine to tell me they have to cancel because they are all out. I had already taken off of work and got my schedule based off of my vaccine. It is unbelievable that they can do this to you. To make you scramble at 9pm to make a new appt which is impossible to do and don’t even try to help you rescheduled. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR VACCINE. Rude about it as well.

I was on hold for an hour and 5 minutes to refill a basic prescription and could not get through. I called this Walgreens to refill the prescription yesterday, but it was filled at another location and they would not assist in changing the pick up location in person.

Rhe worst pharmacy ever! They never know what meds you need even though they work out of an entire system! No meds are ever ready when you receive the robo call so dont even bother going to pick it up! Then they get mad at you for being frustrated by people that cant even tell you which med is for cholesterol! I think that would be important to be able to tell customers! Disgusted!!

I go here to buy beauty staples like shampoo and mascara. The "beauty consultant" prowls the aisles asking if I need help if I ever pause in an aisle too long looking at something. It's at a point where it's not helpful, it's just bothersome. If I need help selecting a nail polish shade, I'll ask.Went to the main register to check out. There was no line at the counter. I unloaded my basket on the counter, then the cashier looked at what I had and told me I had to load it back up and head to the cosmetics counter instead. I wasn't allowed to buy cosmetics at the main register, even though everything gets scanned the same way. Makes me wonder if she works in commissions or something?Honestly, it's not a pleasant experience to run in here, and I only do it when I need something quick. I'd much rather hit up a grocery store. It carries the same products as Walgreens, and without the hassle.

Dr. Torrrente is by far the best Dr to administer vaccines. I get all my vaccines from him and he is so sweet every time I go. I would rather wait an hour to get a vaccine from him than to go elsewhere. Staff is also amazing and nice to everyone, they’re so under appreciated.

I purchased a blood pressure monitor for my dad approx 4 days ago I received with receipt 7 dollars cash rewards on next purchase if I spent 25 dollars within 7 days When I went to use coupon was told can not be used toward this 41.00 purchase which was next purchase So please do not give rewards and be told cant use on this purchase Receipt did say on next purchase this was, But very bad service. In store manager got called at least three times while I was waiting patiently for help after waiting awhile I asked her to honor coupon nicely on this visit as coupon stated and I stated not trying to give her a hard time . Her answer to me is I am giving her a hard time Great customer service asking for what coupon stated She was unhelpful Would not recommend her or this store

Had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get a prescription filled . Then when I went to drive up window Trudy walked by 4 times in 10 minutes looked at me and walked away until I pressed button. I would understand if they were busy but they're was no one at counter waiting. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy as well as my family. Poor customer service.

Highly bureaucratic and inefficient company. For example, for Covid19 vaccination company store refuses to schedule 2nd vaccine shot quoting unclear reasons. Employees don't seem competent. I would recommend to get vaccinated in other places than Walgreens to avoid being rejected for 2nd round of vaccine.

Consistently bad service on the pharmacy’s end. Nasty staff. Always stuck waiting around they are always short staffed. Was ignored on multiple occasions. The idiotic staff has been ripping off my family for years on perscriptions, they have wrong or outdated insurance info in the computer and blamed us. Goto walmart they are cheaper and smarter

Terrible service . They missed up my medication order when my husband picked it up they didn't give him everything .. on New Year's day they would not wait five minutes after five o'clock for us to pick up my COVID medications .Even when I asked to speak to a manager .. the person in charge was rude
