Closes for lunch now. 3 employees standing at the door saying they’re closed for lunch. My business will go anywhere else on the planet besides this ridiculous store that can’t manage a staffing schedule. So many of these stupid store popping up to be closed in the middle of the day.

This store is usually out of items or they haven't been unloaded and put on the shelves yet. The lines are long, there is usually only 1 cashier but multiple employees. If you want easy, convenient shopping this IS NOT the place. You will wait in line way longer than any other store I've been to.

Employees seem to be exploited and downtrodden with impossible tasks causing the customer experience to suffer as well employees. Nice people and they put in the effort but DG overlords are stepping too hard on them. Corporate obviously could care less. Always "technical difficulties" registers don't work, self checkout has packing tape all over most of the machine. I wish independent locally owned family owned businesses were still around.

Very clean, well maintained store. In a great easy to get to location. The employees were very friendly and helpfu. A large parking lot. I love shopping here. I am able to find name brand products at a great price. Especially I was able to find cleaning supplies that I cant find in other stores.

I have actually only just started shopping here, and there are always great deals and sales.They have an app where you can add coupons, so when you go to check out, you just type your number into the credit card screen and it will automatically take off any coupons you have added to your account. So on top of any sales they are having. You can apply coupons.They have such a huge variety of items. And the staff is usually friendly.

It's a Dollar General but a go-to one in the area. They recently added a food section with a frozen food/refrigerator section. That's huge. Able to take a quick look before having to drive the Acme. They usually have it. Could do better restocking items. There are quite a few times I went recently and noticed items missing but they are up high in the storage section.

The pass few weeks it smells so bad in there. I honestly can’t believe anyone goes in there. I will not be returning anytime soon.

I just recently moved into the area and started shopping here,everytime I have shopped her they have want I need,the store is clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful,I can usually find what I need and that helps me to avoid going to Walmart all the time.

Every Time I'm in this dollar general they never have what I need or I can't get to it because they have it blocked! The store always looks a mess cause there is stuff just everywhere. And when it is time to get in line they have just one person checking people out and that person is like 80 years old and its taking her a hour to check my 3 things out. It was all Together just a very horrible experience.And to top it off this has happened to me 3 times at this store. NEVER AGAIN

Great name brand items at a decent discount. Store was well organized and clean. Staff was very helpful and even found some items I was looking for in the back stock area and was willing to look for items normally on display that have been removed.

It's a good place for low costing items and has some cool stuff and the lines are quick but there is normally a 1minute wait on the line.

They have a nice variety of healthy options for a reasonable price such as fluoride free toothpaste ,natural deodorant and just a better quality selection then our neighborhood Family Dollar. The only downfall is they're usual out of things or just haven't opened the shipment boxes yet.

The new manager flipped this store in such a great way . shelves are stocked ( product not sitting in boxes on carts blocking aisles, ) or stashed in the receiving area. More organization of the entire store .... A Hugh shout out to kelly she is an Hugh asset for store. She is always moving .... In the aisles straightening product for presentation on the shelves , always offering help to find things with a genuine smile. We look forward to shopping there now , we started going to the Clayton store because of the lack of cleanliness and organization of franklinville store. Ohhh kelly actually goes outside a completely disinfects the shopping carts . if I were still in .business I'd be blessed to Bea able to hire a few people with her work ethic.

Love this dollar general, they have seld checkout along with cashiers to help the wait time be less. They also have FedEx drop-off. Great utilization of the store.

I've Been to many Dollar Generals ... This one is the WORSE!the Isles are very small & their shelves weren't stocked! They had pallets in the small isles where no one was stocking shelves! Didn't find anything I was looking for Because it was on those Pallets !! They need to stock their shelves!! Also Get a Bigger store!!

Changing to a one star due to the simple fact that my wife got "kicked out" stemming from prior drama involving my daughters mother. I finally had enough and called customer relations, extrrremley helpful!! They opened a case for me right away!! As for the employees of this location, iam sorry you couldnt use better judgement especially considering iam a 75$+ a week customer that you"ve just LOST. Again, if anyone loses their jobs over this i do apologize but you played into the lies and all will be reviewed via the cameras in the upcoming weeks. Tisk tisk tisk.

Any Dollar General is typically cluttered and overstocked, this one is the same. The employees who work here are either super helpful and talkative, or the complete useless opposite.

Good prices, easy access locally. The manager in there is a sweetheart will help you if you need what you are looking for id say come in for a basic needs.
