I was in the area after a nice stroll and opted for Weis over the local ShopRite, as I wanted to try a different store. I was impressed by the lighting within the store as well as the mini stations that serve hot/cold items.The store was very clean, well-organized and the staff were quite friendly. The self- checkout was a smooth process and I got a fresh sandwich and deviled eggs. I was in and out in about five minutes and pleased enough that if I'm in the area, I can stop by here again.

So this was our first time being in this store anywhere. We were coming in town headed to skydive Sussex for an event and needed to stop in and get a few things. Walked in and man people were nice and wow the bakery I just wanted to get 2 of everything. Went to the deli amd they had a great selection of meats and cheese the fruit and vegetables all looked fresh and amazing. This store had everything you could want to find. Even a great selection of seafood as well

Strange experience now I have been here a couple of times. On the produce and bakery side, staff walks by customers without acknowledgment or assisting. Every other area of store, staff greets and assists customers proactively even when stocking shelves.

I was there yesterday shopping for a DoorDash order, and my phone died while I was online, so I had to go to my car to charge it. Samantha and Matt were both very nice enough to hold the order for me until I got back, and helped me checkout in a very efficient matter, so I felt less time was lost. They were both incredibly polite, kind, and were incredibly easygoing about it. Thank you Franklin Weis!! Thank you Samantha!! Thank you Matt!! You both were a humongous help, and you both definitely made a positive impact on my shift as a DoorDasher!! ❤️🙏

Nice and clean store to shop. The majority of the checkout lanes are self checkout!!Friendly staff. Reasonable prices normal for the inflation we are all experiencing.Don't forget to bring bags for groceries.Bag banning jersey!!Stupid law!!

Prices rise every week. They advertise low low prices, but that's far from the truth. Meat prices in this store are out of control. They have only 1 checkout line that has a real person. All the rest are self checkout. Many problems with this situation. The items don't scan correctly so you have to get a person to clear the error constantly. I also notice there were 4 employees hanging around the front end doing nothing. They hire less people to use as cashiers but raise prices. They are saving money in salaries and I have to check myself out. Ridiculous. Also, store not kept fairly neat and poorly stocked. Very disappointed. Used to be a great store. Now, marginal at best

Best Super Market in Sussex County! All the staff is courteous and we'll help you out and answer any questions you need answered. Take advantage of the point system and save money. Also go to their website and you will get 100 points by entering your receipt number. You get a coupon for $5 off your next order for every three hundred points.

I just there a few minutes ago and I haven't say that store is always clean and the employees are always pleasant. The kid that rung me up today was super polite and helpful. His parents should be proud. Sorry I didn't get your name kid but great job.Was just in again today 4/17/23. Young man that helped me was again super kind and polite and respectful. I like that this store is never crowded and has just about everything. The store brand quality is very good. My only gripe is that it's definitely more expensive than the ShopRite a light over. But there are still things I'd much rather get here, and their flowers are very nice.

Deli and Produce Depts are fantastic as well as dairy and bakery. Florist does great work. Nice items there to choose from. YOU MUST GO THERE ON A FRIDAY MORNING. NEAT TO THE MAX AND FLOORS SO SHINEY I WANT TO DANCE.

Parking is easy. The place is immaculate. The prices are pretty good and the staff is AWESOME. I freaking HATE the self serve cashier lines. But other than that this is my family's go to supermarket. Did I mention how helpful the staff is? How nice they are? Seriously, it was my Mother-in-law's supermarket, it is my supermarket. It is great.

Lets just concentrate on the deli section. Everyone who works in this area is rude. Should you ask them to make you a pizza, unless the manager is within eyes view its not happening. They throw a snark as if you are asking them to go above their pay grade. Either the ovens are broken, they ran out of sauce, no dough, always some excuse not to make pizza. The take out dinners all sit there and rots for days. Are you into florescent yellow egg salad? Maybe florescent yellow mac and cheese that taste like chalk. How about some GMO dinners (have you seen the labels on these take out containers). The food sold here is below airline food quality. If you like bones crushed up in your alpo, I mean meatloaf this is your place. How people still shop here is beyond me. Now lets go to the self check out. This is where one worker will watch you like a hawk to make sure you don't steal anything and direct you on how to scan your items. As soon as you pay they walk away. Why do you have self check out at this store??New update as of 8/2/2023. Gave the store another chance. I phone ordered a pizza for pick up 30 minutes in advance knowing it takes 30 minutes, why a pizza takes 30 minutes is beyond me, any local pizza place it takes 15 minutes. Its always 30 minutes busy or not. Anyway, I ordered a pizza with meatballs under the name David. OK no problem the guy says on the phone, 30 minutes see you then. I get there 30 minutes later. I'm here to pick up a meatball pizza. Deer in headlights stare, we don't have a meatball pizza your wife called in and changed the order to sausage and onions. WHAT! No she didn't, she doesn't even know I placed an order. Well sir she changed the order. Am I speaking another language? No one called in to change my order. Duh Duh Duh well sir I can make you a new pizza it will take about 30 minutes. Unreal the morons that work the deli department. If you need help at customer service after 6:00pm not happening at this store the counter closes at 6:00 but the store closes at 10 or 11 at night. The customer service at his place is a complete disaster and is nonexistent. To top it off I called the number above to make a complaint and the customer service rep on the phone hangs on me up because I would not give her my phone number to have a rep call me back about my issue. I wouldn't give it to her because there's no point I will never ever step foot in this establishment. I really think aliens work there. Don't believe me go there and ask anyone at the deli section simple questions like whats larger a 1/4 lb of salami or 1/2 lb, ask them if there is mayonnaise in the egg salad, go experience the odd interaction you have.

We went the first time shopping there last week, and let me tell you it was amazing!Everything looks fresh and clean, and the prices are unbeatable by far in compare to other similar Stores like ACME, ShopRite etc. That's now our new Store to go to.

Tends to have low stock of fresh fruits and veggies. On numerous occasions, they've not had strawberries or blueberries and/or they were moldy. Best to travel 30 second down the road to ShopRite, Walmart is there with quick bites and liquor stores. I've given this store plenty of chances mostly for the gas points but I'm through.

The staff, in general, are very friendly and accommodating. Most smile and greet you. Some, that we have become familiar with, take the time for simple conversation. They stock the items we enjoy the most and do their best to keep the shelves full. We perfer the Weis brand on many products to the National brand's. First time there and I liked it. Needed help in seafood went over to deli and they made the quick announcement for me. Guy was there in less than a min. Seafood tasted amazing. Nice prices. Bread was delicious. I'll be returning

It is a very clean store and well organized , the bakery department was fantastic. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's day, they did an amazing job. The flower selection was great. Plenty of help at the registers and employees are very professional.

If you've ever been to Texas and had the pleasure of visiting an HEB then you'll enjoy a place like this. So bright and inviting unlike several other stores up here. Their vegetables were fresh and the cooked food was great! Stop n shop/shop rite could take some notes.

Very clean and comforting facility. Staff is very helpful. A very large and diverse selection compared to other shopping centers which is impressive. If you become a Club member for free, you receive the best deals and discounts than any other food market out there!
